First time going to a groomer. I was very nervous for my hyper 10 month old German shepherd mix to get groomed, but when i came back they told me he did so good. They handled him with care and treated him so well. I didn't catch anyones name, but they were all so sweet. He came home smelling and looking great. Affordable price for a great job.I already recommended Puppy love to one of my friends and I will be going back.

Left my last groomer over a terrible experience, so I was nervous about placing my skittish dog with a new groomer. I heard good things about Puppy Love from one of their current clients. We had our first appointment today, and Madison absolutely nailed the cut I showed her. They took their time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted. My dog was much calmer than she usually is and hen I came to get her. I’ll be taking my dog here from now on, will recommend and give references if anyone needs one. I am relieved and so happy with the service!

My friend and I were dropping off her dog for a grooming appointment and there was a mix up of when the appointment time was and instead of owning their mistake they behaved very rudely and said she wouldn’t be a good fit to continue to come here. The unprofessional behavior for a mistake was not ok.

I was told I was not a good fit to have my dog groomed there because I was upset when they insisted I came for my appointment at the wrong time. I would not have set up an appointment for the time they said because I drop kids off to school at that time. They were unprofessional and rude

I have an eight month old Australian shepherd boy, that can be a handful took him to a few groomers some food, a very good job, but sad that he barked a lot while he was waiting to be picked up so they wanted me to schedule morning appointments so we tried puppy love for the first time, and they were great, they said our boy was sweet and no problem at all. Thank you Anthony for doing such a great job. We will see you when he is due next time hats off to puppy love and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾🐶

We found our go to groomer, Trish! We are a bit much honestly. My girl is a bit high maintenance as she cannot be crated and my anxiety makes it hard for me to leave my babygirl with just anyone. However, during our last visit, nail trim, when I expressed it was hard for me to get my babygirl, Zoë, groomed Trish assured me that she would take care of her and would not crate her. Trish did so wonderful with my girl during her nail trim that I decided to give grooming a try again. Our last grooming experience at a well known Trenton shop was a nightmare. This experience was absolutely wonderful and we will return for Trish.

I have been coming here for years and I never had a bad experience! Everyone is super friendly. Even after one of my dogs bit Connie, she still insisted on being her groomer since my dog, April, had been abused in her past life.

This company decides to cut my dogs nails short after i said no please don’t do that she said she has forgot and cut them so short my dogs nails wereStill bleeding after wards . Besides that she’s always super late never on time . I do not know who owns the company. They do not want to give me a call back.

They did an amazing job! Made us feel super comfortable leaving our fur baby there, it was my dogs first time getting groomed, she’s a rescue and you can tell she loved it! They’re very patient and kind with the animals, and my dog came out looking completely new! 10/10 would recommend and will continue going!

$52.00 bucks and they didn’t wash or cut her from the neck up! She still had dried tears around her eyes! So disappointed. I didn’t really look that close until I was in the car with her!! At least wash the top of her head and wash those dried tears from her face! Not happy at all.

I love this groomer. After moving to Monroe 6 years ago I changed dog groomers and went back finally after 6 years. They do a tremendous job in a shorter amount of time than previous groomer in Monroe and for almost half the price. Had 3 dogs groomed for under the price of 2 dogs at my old groomer. Please make sure to tip these ladies when you pick up your pet. They rock

I took my dog there for the first time and boy was I ripped off. They claimed they cleaned his ears and they were filthy when I picked him up… I paid nearly $100 and he looks about the same from when I dropped him off. I should’ve known better when they said it would only take 2 hours… will NEVER go back. Very friendly staff but do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.!

The grooming on my bichon poodle was just okay (which is why I will give two stars instead of zero). Usually she is very symmetrical, but twice her cut was crooked. The last two times I took her in she was shaking when we walked in and started acting scared. However, the rudeness and poor attitudes of the staff is a huge discouragement and so we will never be back. They are snappy, rude, crude, they hang up the phones on you, and interrupt you when trying to speak. I never ever spoke to them the way they spoke to me. So sad.

Our 7 year old morkie has been going here since her first hair cut, she gets so excited when she knows she going to see Trish. They give a bath, trim her nails, cuts her hair, brush her, for her it’s like having a spa day.

I have been going to Puppy Love for years! We are major animal lovers so it was hard for us to find a grooming service we liked. The ladies are all great but we always go to Shannon. Very accommodating to us and did a great job! Also always straight forward and you can see there is a real concern for all animals there. I would never go anywhere else.

A terrible experience. If you love your dog do not take it here. I dropped my dog off at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment. Our usual groomer (different business, away on vacation) takes only 1 hour because he gets 1 on 1 attention. When I went back at 11:00, they told me it would be 3 or 4 hours. I returned at 1:30 and he still wasn't done. I was now told it would be 2:30. I told them that it was completely unacceptable to have a dog in a kennel for that many hours with nothing being done. I told them that they overbook their appointments way to much. Even though my dog wasn't done I told the owner I wanted him back. The owner was very rude and told one of the cashiers to charge me full price anyway. Terrible attitude to match a terrible business!!!

I would never take my 3 dogs back to a place that is as unprofessional as this place is. They said I had to prepay for services because I was a no call no show in November and January. That might have happened in November but in January I called to cancel the appointment and I was put on hold 6 times. My dogs never smelled good after leaving there and they still were very hairy. I have went to the place over 25 years and I am extremely disappointed. The owner didn’t even have the respect to call me back.

I just love Puppy Love. Connie is who I have grooming our dogs for many years. She is kind gentle. When we pull up, Max starts to wine and gets so excited. He loves her.
