Kat and Tasha helped me pick the best food for our dog. Our dog was very itchy and we had an allergy test done on him and he was allergic to almost every thing that is in a lot of dog food. So they listened to me on the phone and then when we went to the store to pick it out! Great customer service! No other pet store would have the knowledge or the patience.

Very upsetting experience here today that will result in me no longer shopping here .Today I took my 5 months old puppy in for a bath at the self wash .After our bath we walked around the store and shopped a little. On our way out an associate walks out of the bathing area and talks about that “ little rat dog “ that used it last , right in front of customers, which happened to be the owner of the “little rat dog”Sadly I won’t be back in this store, which has been a great store with amazing products but due to one associate I no longer feel like my business is wanted .

I went to this store weekly and spent over $100 every time. But after today I will not be back.My kids and I went up there after school today to get our puppy a new leash and collar and our cat some foodWhile I tried on harnesses and collars on our pup the kids got into some dog toys that they probably shouldn’t have but they are kids.I guess one the toys was “misplaced” and they assumed my kids and I stole it, why would I need to steal a $20 toy when I literally just spent $80.But who knows?While I was checking out she pulled my kids to the back to look for this misplaced toy, then she came and got me and I looked for the misplaced toy.I don’t even know if it was ny kids that misplaced it or not, but we tried to find it for themAfter about 30 min or more I finally had enough, we had to go.She came outside and once again accused us of stealing.Why would a thief spend an extra 30-45 min looking for the toy that stole.Anyways, I drive off and I won’t be back.

Bought a leash for dog for over 20.00 . It was supposed to be chew retardant, and my great Dane chewed through it in like 5 mins. I didn't have the receipt yet the manager helped me and returned it and I got a replacement. Everyone at the store was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back for great customer 🐕‍ service.

Always have my dogs favorite treats in stocks.Employees are very helpful and very nice.Love the washing basins. Makes giving our pup easier bath time. Loves to look out window when getting clean and bark at everyone walking by.My to go to pet supply store.

Fantastic michigan-based pet supply store! They have so many kinds of food that are hard to find anywhere else with buyers rewards. We also ordered a mail in allergy test kit for our dog from them which was very convenient. You can find anything here- they also have a self service dog washing station.

i really love this store. the staff is kind and they have a great selection. lots of things you would usually have to order online. they gave me a free sample of sous vide dog food, a Pup Above, and it’s now the food i feed my dog, because he loved it so much. thanks for all your help!

We’ve used the self wash before and had a great visit. Everything was fantastic just 3 weeks ago! Although we ran into difficulties with the self wash station this past Tuesday-Steve (the owner) followed up with me today; and made me feel that he understood my concerns and assured me that he would look into the issues we encountered; and correct them. I appreciate his response-and I’m hoping our next visit will be as wonderful as our first one.

This pet store is fantastic. They are the only place that carries my puppies food in the large bag. There are so many treats and toys to chose from. Also, they have a large variety of no rawhide treats and highly digestible treats available

They have a lot more options for dog food than places like pet supply plus or petsmart, however they still sell toys and treats that are unsafe for dogs, small animals, and birds. they sell small pets the same way big chain stores do which is sad to see (small enclosures, not the right enrichment, sourced from animal mills). i expect better from a local business in that regard but it is still the best option for dog food in my opinion

Have a Question the know where to find what you need! Abbys New Doggie Store! There again today looking for Kitty Kibble and wet food! Same WONDERFUL, PLEASANT PEOPLE! Yes, a Puppy & a rescued baby Kitten! She weighs 1&3/4 oz. They Have EVERYTHING!
