Love the stores, such cool gifts and have everything you need for go kart motors and mini bikes (basically) New chain cost $20. Not bad!! And OMG the baby Carhearts 😍 Baby pink and classic tan/black. Oh and winter boots were like $20.00 too!!

Vet is never there, scheduled only Tuesday and Thursday and never there. This has been going on since November. Time to find another place to take my dog for her shots. This used to be an awesome location don't know what changed, but it is very disappointing

Stopped in too look at a gun safe. Lucky for us Frank, the sales associate, helped us out. He pointed out a few different safes to us and was extremely knowledable and helpful in making our decision. I don't think I have encountered someone that was this friendly in a very long time. He made the whole process easy and painless. I will definitely return due to the great customer service we received.

Wound NOT recommend the Richmond location. I don't know if all customer services are bad but Richmond is definitely one of the worst. I had bought a 0 turn lawn mower a month ago for just under $4k. Called a couple weeks to Richmond location where I bought it and explained one of the tires had a slow leak after owning it just 2 weeks. Manager told me its under warranty and to bring it to Outdoor Equipment and they will take care of it. So brought tire in to Outdoor Equipment and they were like "well tires are kind of a grey area" and wasn't willing to fix it unless I paid $60. Brought tire to Richmond location and now changed it up to yeah tire is not under warranty and nothing they could do. I also bought a trailer for another $2k. After spending $6k you would think they would be more empathetic and willing to figure something out. Will no be back to this location if any at all.

We are new to raising chickens so when we stopped in here to purchase some things to get started we had the most friendliest and helpful associate, Frank! He took his time with us explaining the “do’s and don’ts” with chickens and gave my kids a little chicken lesson too! We will certainly use this tractor supply for whatever we may need to purchase in the future!

We were met at the door by friendly personnel who answered our question, rang up our order and directed us where the staff would load the car!Nearly effortless. Very pleasant experience. And the product had a low priced.We had looked all over just to find that size and tractor supply had it at their Richmond store 😊Thank you Tractor Supply 😊❤️👍

Staff are hit and miss. I just bought a bag of dog food where the employee ringing me up didn’t greet me in any way. Told me the total without asking for my membership number, and when awkwardly handing me the change and some fell, didn’t even wait for me to collect myself and just set the receipt down on the bag and mumbled “have a good night” while already walking away.

Was in there this evening. I’d like to point out the terrible terrible terrible customer service given to me by Ashley. She was extremely rude. She threw my receipt at me with no explanation this was before she yelled at me to come in her check out line while she was standing there twirling her hair. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning. If you’re reading this Ashley I highly suggest you switch career paths. YOU ARE BEYOND RUDE.

I take my dog here to wash him. This store is equipped with a dog-washing station in the back of the store, next to a professional groomer and a vet. The dog washing station is fully stocked with towels, blow dryer, brushing stand, two types of brushes, nail clippers, shampoos, and conditioners. A customer can pay before or after the wash, only $10 at this store for unlimited time. The price is worth the amenities. There are two dog washing stations within the area.

Very friendly service and great selection! The only reason for four stars instead of five is their cash registers... When you make your purchases, the layout of their checkout lanes force you to be in the same line with the cashier so that as you proceed through the line, you actually have to go around them. It's a bit clumsy and awkward.

Received 2 of 5 cases of ball jars broken! They only offered to replace the 2 cases and i had to drive 1.5 hours away to get them with no recompense for my trip! I don't feel that was very good customer service at all!

Went to actually give my dog a bath they had everything I needed rite on the spot. I also bought some other stuff. I am giving this store a 3 star because of one of the women working there had an attitude. I still like TCS

I went there yesterday morning to get a black Friday deal on a safe... I was by myself. I FIGURED they would lay down the safe in the back of my truck but the kid wanted me to drive with it up right!!!!! Then told me to strap it down while I'm 35 weeks pregnant and couldn't help me!!!! 😂 ..... I had to have him take it back out of my truck... Drive another 45 minutes to come back later with my boyfriend. When we did a super nice guy that worked there said THEY ONLY LAY DOWN THOSE TYPES OF SAFE!!!!!! NEVER LEAVE IT STANDING UP!!!!!! I won't go back to this one only because that kid in the morning was so lazy!

My family has two large dogs with "quirks" when it comes to trimming their nails and grooming, one of which is a senior which now adds arthritis and cataracts to the mix. Unfortunately, for many reasons, I am unable to take care of their needs myself and usually take them in to a groomer. My father suggested bringing them to the grooming facility here after he went in and talked with the groomer Dominique, saying he was impressed with what he'd seen and heard.Dominique was very attentive and understanding as I explained our yellow Labrador Retriever Chewy's fair few quirks and geriatric concerns. Our black German Shepherd Danika is often a nervous dog and doesn't take to new people very quickly, but she took right to Dominique. All-in-all Dominique's professionalism, the way in which she interacted with our dogs, and her grooming work was very very impressive.The services were very affordable as well, which, for anyone who has large dogs, is a bonus.Danika and Chewy will absolutely be returning to see their new friend soon! Thank you, Dominique! From all of us!

Went there for bug killer, very little to choose from, prices seemed extremely high, left the store, went to the Family Farm & Home store, they had lots to choose from and at a reasonable price .
