Unfortunately, my son's medication was filled incorrectly. Not only did he get extra of his medications, but there was a different medication mixed in with one of his medications. The very sad part is that it was signed off by the pharmacist. But she admitted to her mistake and opened an investigation. We now will have to find a different pharmacy to ensure that this doesn't happen to us again. Please lookat your medications and count your pills. Human error happens a lot. The pharmacist was not rude at all with me and owned up to her mistake, which shows a lot.

EXTREMELY RUDE PHARMACIST. The pharmacist is the rudest lady i have ever met. For ONE lady how about you don't speak over you customers and maybe let them speak and explain themselves? She wouldnt even let me speak, well acting like she knew everything, BUT lady didn't even know the generic names to the meds. That’s embarrassing Acting like she knows what she was talking about? One it was a misunderstanding and you decided to be unprofessional and just straight up rude. Have some professionalism, and get over yourself. You need to learn to have respect for your customers, and maybe let your customer finish what they were saying before you start talking over them? This place is a joke do not go here. Also she started yelling at me saying “SECONDLY THERE IS A SHORTAGE ON IT” yea um thats not my problem, I still need my medication??? the med shortage isn’t my problem that seems like a PHARMACY prob you guys need to figure it out and get people there meds why where you acting like its our fault there is a shortage on a man made med? Completely unacceptable behavior from a pharmacist

Extremely rude Rx .....Asked a simple question to see if they had hard to get script in stock . Would not answer simple question if they had it before we would go through effort with Dr office on formal script transfer .....Bad attitude claimed she WAS the main pharmacist said good luck trying to get at CVS and hung up. : (Had to add more.....Called 3 other Rite Aids right after this review all three answered very politely and performed quick check on availability of Rx I asked took them 30 sec......For the all the effort of the rude Richmond pharmacist she could have simply answered question in 15-30 sec.

All the pharmacy staff are caring and non-judgmental no matter what prescriptions you're getting.. they are friendly polite and always in a good mood , if you don't know something about your prescription. they won't let you leave without understanding.. I'm so glad I switch from the very judgmental New Haven rite aid to Richmond rite aid.. And the Richmond rite aid is always clean even the store staff are helpful and professional

I used to shop at CVS until I came into the Richmond store one day and was greeted by Pat & Greg. On another day thereafter, I was greeted by Brad. They are the reason that I continue to come into your store at least 3 to 5 days a week to purchase items that I need. They all are so kind, caring, friendly, helpful and cheerful individuals. Majority of the time they remind me that I am forgetting an item by asking me if I need this or that because they actually remember what I previously purchased. They work together as a team waiting on customers and stocking shelves. I just wanted to let you know that you have a great team of employees working at the Richmond store. Pat, Greg & Brad are awesome!

There are a couple drug stores to choose from in Richmond, but I prefer this Rite-Aid by far. It’s always clean and orderly. My dad gets all of his prescriptions from this store. They are always friendly any time I’ve ever gone to pick them up for him. A couple even know him by name and joke with him.

Best pharmacy I've ever used I drive out of my way to Richmond.. they have not have their normal / regular staff in pharmacy lately but everyone dose need time off. Never have had and issue love these people amazing and friendly. Btw I have been driving out of my way to them for over 3 years every 2 weeks. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Richmond Rite Aid. 🌞

I love this store. Every time I stop it is always so clean and everyone is always so nice and friendly. The beer is the coldest around and very good priced. I travel a lot and this is by far the nicest Rite Aid with an awesome staff.

The people that work there are the friendliest staff you ever want to meet. Sarah and Emily, back in pharmacy don’t come any nicer. Sarah truly cares about your well being. She. took time out of her day to discuss some shots that I have not received. That really meant a lot to me. It shows she cares.
