My family and I wanted to give credit to this small town business and their employees; including Rachel.My mom and I came in with many ideas; gave her (Rachel) our inspiration. Additionally we wanted to include many personal touches to the piece itself which were brought in from home. They were willing to accommodate us. Cost of arrangement fairly priced. We were very pleased with the turn out and received many of compliments that followed. Thank you for bringing our vision to life.Great work Richmond Flower Shop.

I have ordered flowers from Richmond flower shop for my mom on Mother's Day a few times over the Years, and she's always very happy, and says they're beautiful, but she sent me a picture of the arrangement in the butterfly vase, with the hot pink roses, and white daisies, and the daisies were not positioned all throughout the bouquet in between the Roses like what was pictured. I was a little disappointed, because the white daisies really gave it contrast, and made the bouquet look beautiful. My mom was still satisfied, but they should try to make it more like what is in the picture online. Also, I asked them to deliver 12:00 p.m. or later, and they came around 11:00 a.m., left them on the table on her front porch, then called her to let her know they were there. Again, I was a little disappointed, because I was hoping they would hand them to her at the door. They also could have called her to say they were there in her driveway, giving her a minute to come to the door, instead of just leaving them on the porch, and then calling as they left.

Stunningly beautiful arrangement: I ordered same day to have delivered to a funeral home. When I saw my arrangement there it was fantastic. Prettier in person than the photo online, which was already outstanding and appealing. Thank you so much RFS. It meant so much to me and I know the family would appreciate its color vibrancy too.

We were not home when flowers were delivered. The delivery driver was kind enough to call me, on my cell, to ask for directions on where to leave the flowers, if at all. Great service and the flowers were beautiful.

When they were unable to fulfill exactly what I had asked for (due to seasonal restraints,) they called and made sure that they could design a replacement I’d be happy with. Delivery was as stated, the next morning, while the arrangement was beautiful from the picture they sent it looks a little heavy in the greenery, a few too many green petals vs coloured flowers. But overall a very lovely arrangement at a comparable price.

Every time I order direct with Richmond Flower Shop, the arrangements are AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful. I love ordering direct rather then with FTD or 800Flowers, etc. Website is easy to use and prices are reasonable too.

The Richmond flower shop had done a excellent job on the beautiful greenery basket with the extra flowers added in for my brother-in-law's funeral. This was my first time ordering flowers online, from the beginning talking with the sales woman I felt confident that she knew what would look good, and boy, did it ever. My brother-in-law loved plants and flowers, so I am happy the basket was what he would have liked. Thank you to all that made this beautiful arrangement happen. I definitely will be using your flower shop again.

Beautiful flowers and other things. I stopped in to get my wife some carmel and chocolate pretzels. I also bought a single red rose. The prices are very good for flowers and other types of treats. I will definitely be going back.

We purchased a bouquet online and what was delivered was not even close. My mother got a vase with pink carnations instead of the multiple flower arrangement in the picture. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also there add says delivery within 4 hours. We purchased flowers at 8 am and they weren't delivered until 430 pm. The mind boggling thing is that the shop literally is a few miles from my mother's house.

Tried to place an order on the phone and was spoke to very rudely. I live miles away from where the funeral is. Was told by the employee that “maybe I should give them a call back when I have all the information they need, they’re too busy” so I get the name of deceased and funeral home address and call back and the worker tells me that I should find another flower shop because she thinks I’m rude. She disrespected me and insulted me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I placed my order with blue orchid afterwards and was pleased. But unless u want your day to be almost ruined by an unprofessional and rude employee, I wouldn’t go here ever or order from them. Zero stars

I got all of my wedding flowers here. They have amazing customer service and are a joy to work with. Janet was easily accessible by phone and email (even when she was on vacation). Ordered an arrangement for a funeral of plants and cut flowers from a local florist who then wired the order to Richmond Florist. I was sent a picture of what the arrangement looked like and was extremely disappointed. It was a very small basket of plants with no cut flowers. I went back to my local florist who called and spoke with someone who stated that they would go and add a few cut flowers to the arrangement before the viewing started. They never did. To be honest, I could have done better myself. In my opinion it was a rip off.
