This store is great! The store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I needed a transmission cooler for my 16 year old truck on a Friday afternoon. O'Reilly's was the only place able to get one next day. Best part, it comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

After going to 3 auto parts stores to help put a blinker light in we were unsuccessful because they said they could not do it because they said they would have to take the whole bumper off we went to O'Reilly's and Alan did it with no problem so I know what store I will be going to from now on I thank you so much Allen again for helping us out 😁

Worker named Dylan helped me and my mom when our car battery flat lined. Was very helpful and offerd a charge pack to see if it was the battery or an alternators. Tganks Dylan your a good man.

I had pulled into the parking lot to get a battery/alternator test and when they came out to test it, my vehicle wouldn't even turn over. One of the young men, Dalton, there brought his car around and the other awesome guy, Daniel, proceeded to jump my car to get the result of the dead alternator. I was 2.5 hours away from home and had no idea what I was going to do. Chris, the lady that wouldn't let that be, called a mobile mechanic and saved my day! They were so kind, so helpful, and so professional! She even got me a chair to wait in the store until the mechanics came to my rescue! This is easily a 10 star. Thank you again Chris, Daniel, and Dalton! Forever grateful.

After being sold the wrong parts and over charged at autozone I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts... and they not only got me the right parts, they installed the part on my car in the dark in the parking lot.... Brennan is the best... if you ever need parts... GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! GET HELP FROM THE BEST AUTO PART STORE THERE IS!!!!

Store manager needs to be removed. He is clueless to finding the difference between a 2wd and a 4wd speed sensor. Called 2 other o reileys. Both customer service reps had the price and part. Why couldn't the store manager at Richmond? Seems like he can't fill the shoes of store management. Common sense. Can't buy that.

I needed a caliper mounting bolt and was told by employees from both Autozone and advanced auto that they had it. After they both screwed me over(advanced auto employee even told me it was a dealership only part!!!) I called O'Reilly's and they had it delivered to their store in a couple of hours. They really saved me from having to cancel getting my one kid to his first day of school, my other kid to the dentist, or myself getting to work. Thank you so much for having the competent employees the other stores are lacking. I appreciate it! Please give those guys a raise!
