My dog's ear were never cleaned. Any time I took him there. His ears are so built up that I thought he was going deaf. I looked in his ears, they are disgustingly built up with filth. I'm extremely sorry I ever took my boy there. It's not just a job, it's about the comfort of our critters. Shame on you alleged groomers for not caring about your sweet clients, our pets. I'll be sure to let everyone know how neglectful y'all are there. You only care about money, not the pet. I'm completely angry and disgusted!

I've got 3 dogs (one being a high-anxiety Dane that identifies as a Chihuahua, and is literally afraid of her own tail). Isabella was WONDERFUL! She put us and our fur babies at ease, we left them feeling timid and anxious, and returned to well-groomed, happy doggos! They were all soooo soft and smelled devine! The cost was very reasonable. They were bathed, dried, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, anal glands checked, and got all the love they could handle! Definitely going to make this a monthly treat for our girls!

We absolutely love LOVE MY PET in Richmond, MI. Our pup Sassy loves it there.... They are so sweet and they do such a beautiful grooming on our Sassy. I won't take her anywhere else for her grooming !!!!!

My pup was hit by a skunk in the face, unfortunately my facilities for washing aren't the same. They took her that day and helped calm the nerves. She smelled much better and I'm looking forward to our next visit, because let's be clear, my pup has been skunked and this isn't fading anytime soon.

I have a 10 month old puppy that was very anxious to get groomed. PetSmart would not take her. Called Love My Pet, made her an appointment and no issues at all. So thankful I called. Also very friendly staff! 100% recommend.

I drive all the way from Harrison Township to get my 2 little Shih Tzu’s nails cut. They let me hold them and it works out fantastic! I’ve been other places where they want to take my dogs in the back and they scream and yell. It’s well worth the drive. Thank you so much!!

I brought my 18 year old diabetic cat Fisher as he doesn't groom himself much anymore. They did great and he acted 5 years younger. I even brought him a second time. Also my 1 year old large breed dog Violet and six months later she still looks and smells great. My entire family bring their pets here and they always do a GREAT job. Violet goes this weekend for her Christmas grooming :)

Kristen Vennettilli is the sister of Cathy Vennettilli who killed a dog at Shaggy Dogs. Kristen is a groomer here at DePaw Place. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Kristen left a review at Shaggy dogs defending her sisters actions. If her sister was that careless what makes you think Kristen won't do the same thing. I called last minute due to an unexpected day off. Patty said she would take him and squeeze him in. This was our first time here, I wasn't satisfied with the last groomer I took him to. When she called me to pick him up he was so cute! She did an extraordinaryjob. His face and paws were perfect. Very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

Love Heather and the others. They seem to love the animals & care about them in their grooming. They did beautifully on my older chow mix rescue. Now we have an older miniature poodle rescue & a Labradoodle puppy. I won't take my dogs anywhere else.

Jackie has been my dogs groomer for over 5 years now and she is absolutely the best! I used to take my baby to one of the big commercial stores and they treated him terrible. He used to huddle on the floor in a ball and whimper. Now he prances around like he owns the place no matter which salon of hers we take him to! He is a rescue so he is naturally anxious, so it was a Godsend that I found her. Thank you so much Jackie for always treating my dog like he was one of your own!!!

I love love love Colleen!!!! She does a wonderful job with dogs of all sizes! I brought my great dane puppy to her and spent an afternoon in her shop. I watched her with several clients both large and small and she was great! She had patience with the little one that was not a happy camper and very anxious...and the rather large labrador that came in for his nails to be trimmed...she was fantastic with! She got right down on the floor with him! Colleen is super sweet and as accommodating as possible. Her appointments fill up fast, but give her a jingle...I am sure she can squeeze your special pooch in!! You won't be disappointed!!

I took my 2 golden retrievers there and both came home with scabs from their neck to their tails. Took them to the vet and they put them on antibiotics. Very bad experience
