Michelle was wonderful. This was my first time bringing my labadoodles and she made us feel very comfortable. She explained all she was gonna do and completed 2 dogs in record time! I was shocked at how well they looked and they smelled great! Thanks again! I would recommend this salon to all who need a great groomer.

I took my two dogs here, (German Shepherd and Daniff) and was VERY happy with the results of both...but especially with Charlie, my German Shepherd. Charlie was given the "furmination treatment" to help control her shedding and it has worked WONDERFULLY! I have many tools at home to brush her out with, but it is not at all comparable to the professional service I received here. So happy I found such kind people with affordable pricing to groom my pups! It definitely makes for a lot less vacuuming at home ;-)

Just got home with my golden Sophie Grace. .I absolutely loved the experience..They talked with me on what was best for her..When I picked up my 4 year old girl I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful she looked..One other important thing when I picked her up I noticed how friendly she was with the groomer. That has never happened before. I would highly recommend Groomingtales..

I have had the best experience, she listened to what I wanted and did what I wanted! Having a goldendoodle that I don't want shaved she didn't shave her and she looked Great! She tried to put Jessie in a kennel and she didn't want to go into it..so they just put her on a leash and she sat next to the groomer.. totally impressed!

Simply took my dog in for a nail clipping and we will never be back for any services. First off, the groomer had just finished shaving a shih tzu and placed my dog on the stand without brushing off the fur or cleaning it in any way. Then, I watched in horror as my dogs legs were twisted around to his back so the groomer could clip his nails. They made him cry from the stress and pain of the situation. Two of his back nails were clipped short, causing the vain to be clipped. They saw he was bleeding and sent him home with me without dabbing his nails in kwik stop or anything.Update: I just got off the phone with Michelle. It was a pleasant conversation in which she apologized for my experience. She stated that she had already spoken with the Richmond team about the incident, and offered my money back. I greatly appreciate her concern and attention to the matter.

Love this place! Cute place, my cat looked fantastic and you could tell she felt better with all the hair off of her!!(she is a ragdoll Persian mix, so her hair gets super long and knotty) will definitely recommend for cats! I’m going to get her done again tomorrow in her marysville location

They did SUCH a good job with my goldendoodle :) she came in a hot mess and left a beautiful diva doggy :) they were prompt, my dog was done when they promised, and the salon is adorable :)

Just took my poor dog in there. She's a small shih tzu and she was given a large cut under her arm and her paws had blood on them, she wouldn't even let me touch them. I'll never take her here again.
