Used to shop here a lot. Went back earlier this week and couldn't believe how disgusting it was. Product on the floor in every aisle. Stuff just crammed on the shelves or thrown on the floor. I was embarrassed just being in there. Nasty.

Cashier was very rude tonight, usually have a good experience. I guess a lot of people left the line because of a hold up due to something at the register, heard her loudly complain to someone about the customers that left. When I got to the register she was cold and didn't greet or talk to me. I wasn't in a hurry so unsure why she treated me so rudely due to others.

Not a lot of stores to choose from in this area. I was really bummed out that I couldn’t get something small that I needed because of too much merchandise sitting out on the floor. What kind of fire marshal shuts down a store in a town with 10people for that reason? Apparently, there’s not much going on in Richland for them to do.

This store has the most wonderful staff! Every employee I’ve experienced has been kind, warm, helpful and professional. They truly care about their customers and their store. It’s a delight to go to this store because of the great people who work here! Refreshing!

The store in Richland, Michigan is an absolute mess. I've tried going there 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they are CLOSED. 3:00 in the afternoon and they are closed. This store just continues to go downhill.

This store is junky. You can hardly get down the aisles. Unpacked shipment boxes block the aisles along with general unkept stock shelves

The last hour before closing the staff are incredibly rudeI ran in to get some milk for my daughter after my shift at work and was told I need to get out quickly in a loud angry voice. Customer service skills lack heavily. Will be going out of my way to spend my money elsewhere.

usually i go here when my school decides to go since they tend to buy groceries. the service is okay, but some of the employees seem very amateur because whenever we couldnt find a certain item they seemed to be quite clueless to where the item was as well, sometimes not even knowing if it was in store or not. but the atmosphere is friendly and they have essential items.

I have found at the store to be cleaner than most of its likenesses elsewhere. The staff presents with super fast and super friendly and I noted upon entry that the cashier made an effort to make eye contact and greet me.

The store is in disarray, gosh-dang always. I feel sympathetic to anyone I know that works there, because it takes a crew to run a ship -- not just one person.I would love to change my rating, as soon as the store improves. There's a long way to go, DG.

I walked out of this Dollar General with way more than I intended to. Low cost and budget friendly, fast and convenient this Dollar General is one of the better ones. I love their seasonal summer selections, as well as their convenient snacks and drinks. Nothing beats a cold Bai to quench one's thirst. Yum!

I am saddened by how Dollar General is kept now days. It was always so clean and now day it is so dirty and messy there are always boxes of stuff being unloaded and always boxes that are empty just sitting out in the store. Also there is a lot of dust on things in the store. I always like going into this Dollar General but anymore it just sorta gross. I wish it wasn't like this. I lowered my rate twice now because of how bad it is in there. It is very hard to get around the stuff that should now be sitting around in the store.

Store people are friendly, needs to be faster at the check-out. Always waiting in a line of 4 or more... "stop talking checkout dude!" Fully stocked with product!

Richland Dollar General is the best around.. Always clean, shelves are never bare, very large.. The employees are always polite and very friendly.. Will travel the extra miles to come here for the best shopping experience.. #1 in my book

The store in Richland is very cluttered. Clothes on the floor, items off shelves, stock carts in isles etc. I am a senior citizen so this makes it difficult to shop. I visit often and find this to be a constant issue.

Convenient location. Parking lot a bit different. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Clean facility. Happy bunch of associates. Lot of stuff in a small space. And the price is right.

The new Dollar General there's a Starbucks frappe caramel frappe do not stock in the refrigerators so they're cold for customer the other flavors they do they have more than one role and no caramel.

Oh my gosh! This little store has (almost) everything you need! It's a mini Meijer!! Clean, friendly employees, prices at or below Meijer or Walmart. What's not to love!
