Went here for the 1st time. Very nice and friendly place to shop! Ordered chicken dinner that was delicious! Tried smoked salmon and smoked pork chop was excellent! Didn't buy any meat this time, but I will be back with my cooler! Nice cuts of meat and great prices! Very clean store ! Thanks for the great experience. 😊

I love Norms they have a great deli. Lots of jerky selections as well as sea foods,fresh produce,baked goods. Also your everyday things. They sell alcohol and have a great selection of that.

Don't know what happened here. Been shopping monthly here for 40 years and never seen a hatchet job like this. Customer service is also lacking when you ask for a loin sliced and get "the look". Are they still a full service deli or no? Attaching pictures of what is supposed to be boneless skinless chicken breasts. Update: this package contained white and dark meat so it was not as advertised

Meats and the best pretzels on the planet is a great combination..... i swear ur the best store sales wise and its because u have our rack right next to the checkout and people cant resist a great snack ... customer service is the very best.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service I just received in your store. Came in to get some boneless chicken and the blonde girl that was helping me said ok then walked away and started talking to another customer and just completely forgot I was there. Someone else helped me because this woman was to busy flapping her lips to someone else. Customer service is very important and she should be reminded of that. It won't make me stop coming there but I guarantee she won't be waiting on me again.

We stopped by there just by chance to look at see, What kind of meats they had and ended up having the best sandwich ever that they made right there before us. I would definitely go back there. It was clean the people were really friendly and very helpful.

I never really liked pork chops until I started buying them at Norm's. Friendly, helpful staff &quality place to grab supplies for a great dinner! I love their burger, roasts &steak. This is the only place I've seen in the area where you can get a large selection of meats such as Elk and buffalo. Pretty nice variety of fish as well.

The absolute best meat counter ever!!! Got a porterhouse. It was over an inch thick and large enough that hubby and I shared it with enough left over to shave into a steak sandwich the next day. And I cant remember the last time I could cut my steak with a fork! Deserves more than 5 stars. All their meat looked high quality

Went in today and was the only person left at the counter. After getting two things a man walked in and started talking to the guy helping me behind the counter. I was dismissed and ignored while they continued their chat about the guy moving and the man behind the counter giving him his personal number to hang out in the future, and then the worker left the deli area while i was still standing their wanting to order more things, went and checked out and the girl said nothing to me but my total. Dont know if the manager was on vacation or what but this is how you lose customers.

Great selection of fresh meats. They have some unique and hard-to-find items. It's definitely worth a visit. Prices are fair. Staff is usually quite polite and helpful. You never know who you might run into in this quaint little hidden gem.

Love Norms Market meats & cuts are great. The customer service could be much better. Sometimes they make you feel like it's an imposition to service you. If attitude was an air craft, Norms would be the Air Port. I am bog on customer service and where I spend my money. I only go of it needed and time don't allow to go elsewhere.

My first at Norm's and it most definitely will not be my last. They have such a wide assortment of groceries and meats. Their 5 different flavors of jerky are all amazing. Did I mention "smoked shrimp"!I also give them credit to the way they are controlling crowds in their store during "Covid". I have never seen that before and it was so refreshing to see.Thanks again, I am glad I found this meat market. It was worth the 45 minute ride.

This is probably one of the best meat markets we have in Michigan and some of the nicest people in the world work there with some of the most amazing prices on fresh product. Please disregard the review from Kate below as you can look at her profile and see she has a habit of going around and living poor reviews for several companies. She's a troll. If you need your meat fix can you want something fresh and potentially something you can't find around here make your way to norm's market
