The staff there was very rude and showed no compassion what so ever about my situation. Acted like I was a problem because I needed a refill bc I was going to be out of town when my mess would run out. So my Dr wrote a script for my refill. They would not fill it and got disrespectful when I asked why they wouldn't refill it. It made no sense to me at all. He said we can't bc you can't cross state lines with it. I asked why bc my name would be on the bottle and got more disrespect. I am so disappointed in our hometown pharmacy that I have used my whole life... so sad.

Be VERY wary of getting any vaccine, here. I selected this store specifically because of the availability of the Covid Moderna vaccine, which I specified on my paperwork. The girl behind the counter verified that I wanted Moderna, and my follow-up paperwork verified that I was in the system for the Moderna shot. When the pharmacist took me in the room, she read my paperwork, and said, "Oh, Moderna..." She then injected me, and then said, "I gave you Pfizer." This is absolutely unethical and could've been a fatal decision. If she had told me beforehand, I could've made a decision/given consent, but she did not. This is a violation, and should never happen to anyone else!

The pharmacy people will call you drug addict if you go in asking for help to find something like ZINC!!! Why is that ok? Why is there even people working there that is judging a person at all? This needs to be handled.

Went to the ER this morning and was feeling a little sick!! Have always thought the people working at rite aid in the Reed citypharmacy were polite and considerate! Until today! While waiting I was polite enough to let them know my covid test came back positive at that very moment! Being curious to the people around me!! A pharmacist named Anne told me back away from the counter! So I said I will go get a mask right away! Came back and then she ask me to leave the area! She made me feel like a criminal for the first time in a rite aid store!! She could have used a little more compassion!

Sooooo extremely unprofessional that they never have their answering machine turned on so when you call it just continuously rings on forever so you can't speak to anyone or call in a refill or get any information!!!! Then when you finally decide to just go in the older lady in the pharmacy is beyond rude and makes you regret ever deciding to do business here and wish this small town had other options...

Went in to pick up a prescription it was exactly 125 they rolled down the window and said sorry we're closing for lunch we're close from 1:30 to 2:00 apparently they're able to close whenever they feel like it at the pharmacy

They practice bait and switch. Overcharge for sale items. i just got 140 test strips for what they wanted for 25. Avoid at all cost.

Pro: Store is clean and well stocked Cons: They are not Friendly , they do not answer there phone unless you call the pharmacy number. I called at 8:15 am to get some information they open at 8:00 am. after 5 mins I just hung up. A Employee or manager never answered my call. Its a 10 mile round trip for me to go there. That is why I call ahead. I go there a few times a month its always the same.

I love this store. Very clean and mostly friendly staff, Except for the gentleman who works in the pharmacy. He was quite rude when I was trying to get a script moved from this location to a walmart due to insurance changes.

When I walked in with my 3 year old daughter in search of a restroom, I asked the lady behind the counter where they were. She asked if it was for my daughter. I said yes. The lady then rolled her eyes and told me they didn’t have any.

There is a guy there with a bad attitude at pharmacy
