I have been going to this store for many years, and loved this store. Never had any issues with employees, or service! Since they switched out all of their old employees to new ones! It is awful! There's a couple of girls who are very nice, but the rest of them including management are rude, and act personally attacked if you ask any questions at all. If you ask them questions they don't know any answers, about any products. Etc. I'm done going in here, until employees switch! My daughter refuses to go in there anymore either she says she'd rather go to Dollar general, because they are nicer. I'm not shopping at a place where i walk in and the atmosphere is negative always, and i have left their upset the past 6 times I've shopped there! They do not care to help you, at all, and do not dare ask them questions, they either don't know, or feel personally attacked by your question. This is the closest store for me to get to if i run out of anything, and it is terrible that i can not go in to the store, and not feel like an appreciated customer! I'm giving your store MY money, not the other way around!

Okay store but the staff is kinda disrespectful, they were really rude to this guy asking for signatures for a petition to increase minimum wage and extra money for the disabled. The guy was doing a good thing and this store chased him off.

The staff is always courteous and fastidious!! Their employee, Lisa Ridge, know where Everything is!!! Just call out what you're looking for as you walk through the door and Lisa, without looking away from the cash register, will tell you what isle it's in, what side, and how far down the isle, your particular item is.Awesome!!!!

I liked the store until they remodeled it and hired new management. Ever since then the store has less and downgraded and for a cheap store some of their prices are ridiculous. Most of the employees are nice, the only problems I've had is a couple cashiers messing up my purchases and giving me back incorrect change or charging me for something I did not buy and overcharging me. Other than that it's an okay store.

It really must have been a really bad day for Michelle when she was there! I was looking for something in particular so I thought I would go into Family Dollar to check it out based on Michelle's review! I was pleasantly surprised by the GREAT amaaaazing help I got from Sandra (the manager)! She showed me where to find the item! The price was right and the variety was abundant! Also; Sandra was verrrry friendly!

Went to the store 3 hours after it was supposed to open and the doors are locked. There’s a light on and a car out front meaning someone was there but didn’t bother to open the store when needed.

This is my local Family Dollar. It's like a dollar store but it's not a $1.00 store. They sell household supplies, health and beauty, home decor and necessities, clothing, food, pet supplies, cleaning and laundry supplies, a few put together yourself shelves, small racks and tables and pretty much any thing you need in your household.

Store was pretty cluttered.....things on shelves in disarray....frozen food haphazardly thrown on different shelves....I've seen the store in better condition....and am sorry to leave this criticism.....this store seems to have a large turnover of managers....more than likely it's a district or corporate problem.....carol kewley

Do not shop here , advertised sale items are not on sale you will be charged full price at the register no way to contact customer service not by not by email no way at all so a pic of sale price and receipt are being forward to the ftc ..

Disappointing when they are never open during their posted hours. They are closed today due to a family emergency?.. I was here about a month ago and they closed an hour early for no reason posted!!! How can I depend to shop here if they aren't there!?
