Insane that they won't cut or sell smaller packages of brisket. You have to buy a 20lb plus size. They won't custom cut a 4-5lb piece for you. It's just the two of us what are we going to do with 25lbs of brisket. But the nice girl at the meat counter did suggest I could buy the corned beef brisket it's the same thing. Can walk into just about every other butcher shop and request a 5lb cut and they will do it no problem but here you have to buy $125-$150 cut

Cleanliness, quality, and kindness is what you will get if you come here. It was my first experience here and definitely will not be my last. I came into the store to pick up a couple of deer I had processed. As it was my first time here, I did not know my way around. I asked a lady at the register where I could pick up my meat. She just closed her register down and helped with without question. As this kind lady was preparing my meat and bonus goodies, I noticed she did everything with a smile and handled everything in such a way that it gave me the assurance that Ebels takes food safety as a priority. The quality of packaging and cuts of meat were breath taking and demonstrates clearly that Ebels strives to provide the highest quality of service.

Loved the casual themed comfy high end clothing choices, candles, home decor with Bible verses, Christian themes, huge selection of Warmies, holiday themed clothing(soft pajamas), carhardt clothing, skincare products, the attached coffee/tea/smoothie shop called The Bridge was really great too! I got a 16oz Earl Grey Hot Tea Latte. Superb. Had to drag myself outta there.

On this visit we found many good bargains. But back in December when we bought shrimp we were overcharged and it was on sale. So my husband called and explained to the manager, think her name was Linda, and she was so very kind and offered to send us a gift card for the refund. We bought at least 6 pkgs. We gave her our address and our name and thanked her. Unfortunately we never received this gift card. Saddens me. Was really hoping they would follow through.It won't stop us from visiting their store because it is great, but ALWAYS watch what you are being charged. It's happened in the past with other items. I'm so much more aware and I ask what it rang up as.

So far, so good. I am very impressed with this store. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The meat selection and pricing are amazing. I go out of my way to buy here to stock of on fresh meats and meat to freeze.

Not sure about the deer processing? I took a deer I. Almost 3 weeks ago and picked up today finally. Got the wrong summer sausage, ordered snack sticks that weren't there, and one of my ground venison packs was open. Guess you get what you get. You may want to look elsewhere.

Purchased 2 hams, 1 garlic pepper ring bologna. Ham dry not much flavor, ring bologna no garlic or pepper flavor and no smoke flavor.

Love the precooked packages homemade lunches, sides, and desserts. They keep it cold in the store. A lot of open freezers. If you get cold easily bring a sweater. I was shivering . I can always find something good to eat. Great deals on meats and other sake items. Very friendly staff.

they older guy at the meat counter was dickish when asking about ham bones for soup, he showed me hocks. I said no I don't want that. he acted if it was so much trouble to talk with a customer about a ham, bone etc.

The general groceries are a little higher than big box stores but the sales are good. That being said it is the absolute best place to get meat from. The prices on meat are good and it's great quality. The store has a wide selection of meats to include some random animal meats that you wouldn't expect at your average grocery store. The premade deli food section is big with family sized meals and salads to grab and go single size meals and sandwiches. They also have a large selection of jerky, meat sticks, and other smoked items. They also have an ongoing special where if you spend $50 you can get the item of the week for $10 and it is able to be used every $50 so you can get more than one of you have a cart full. In addition to the main store they have a clothing store and a coffee shop. I really liked the coffee shop the scones and the coffee were great and the decor is neat and super comfy. I can't speak to the clothing store as I haven't been in but if it is like the Falmouth store they will have a good selection. You can't go wrong stopping in to check out the store if you have never been there

The meat selection is vast and also processes deer for you. Has the largest selection of Sanders chocolate in the area. Our work had food catered from them and it was on point. Sources meat from local, nearby farms, definitely a neighborhood staple. Now with the Evart location opened, makes it even more convenient.

More of a tourist spot than a grocery store. Grocery choices are limited,which is unfortunate. I've been to comparably sized stores in the area, and their grocery selections are much better. Some meat is cheap, but it is USDA inspected meat that fails to earn a "select", "choice" or "prime" grade. Good for a budget, but not the greatest quality. Also, mostly sold only in large bulk quantities. The smoked meats are good. (By the way, commercial stores can only sell USDA inspected beef. If local farmers take their animals to a USDA inspected slaughterhouse, only then may that meat be sold in a commercial establishment. It's a safety and monitoring issue. Anyone wanting "locally grown beef" needs to deal directly with the farmer in most cases.)

I have been to the Falmouth Ebels location many many times over the years. Every time we go north, we wind up loading our freezer, and grabbing what others want me to bring back downstate. Although some prices are high for grocery items, many of the meats are reasonably priced, some cheap! The meats, beef sticks, many of the Dawns products are 2nd to none.Store is HUGE! Employees were great.

Wow what an amazing store. I can't believe I waited so long to browse around. Their produce, salads, and meat sections were top tier, it all looked beautiful.I have been eating Little Town Jerky for years and I had no idea how many different products they made until I stopped here. The store is spotless, and the people working here are so friendly. I will definitely be coming back here.

Ebels meats are well known in Michigan for their quality. Their steaks, smoked meats, ground pork and ground beef are the best I have ever had. A several generation family owned Christian based business that is proud to put their name in big letters on their products. Employee speak very well of the store and the owners and say they love working there as they are treated like family. I highly recommend making the trip and stocking up on quality meats and more.

Their “designated” driveways that are placed directly in the middle of the parking lot should be indicated somehow, that way people spending money at this establishment wouldn’t be rudely asked to move by employees. Otherwise a great place that’s got everything you need. 😃

Great family run meat store , great products at reasonable prices! I drive from Muskegon to buy meat for my freezer. Their smoked picnic hams are the best I've had. Make excellent soup later after having a ham dinner. They have many specials!

Clean store with roomy aisles, deli at one end and meat counter across the store. Great selection, friendly staff, store a little on the chilly side for me so I wear a sweater. The store is family owned, a little pricey, but it saves a trip into Big Rapids or Cadillac. The specials and sale prices are usually good, and the bulk candy is great. I am usually pleasantly surprised when I go to Ebels thinking they won't have a particular item but low and behold they do!
