This store is HORRIBLE on all accounts your always tripping over stuff they always have rolltainers/U-boats in the way of you walking around the store and not to mention they have expired food a friend of mine got sick from their food...I used to work for a company that did their resets and they would always hide my Planogram packets or say that they were never received and even told my boss before,I quit that I was never there to do my job when I was there twice a week once during the week and once on the weekend just to make sure their resets were done also Management could some improvement at this store they are always rude to their Vendors, Employees,and their Customers!... Recommendations for this location you would be better off shopping somewhere else all together unless you want your day ruined!...

I get anxiety in this store. You have to move things or navigate a way to get things you want. People are friendly and hard working. Just they have no where to store inventory. It's insane. They build new stores but don't help the stores that are really busy.

Last two times I’ve stopped during open hours the store is locked and the employee is just messing around in there. Happened today 10/31/23, says they are open but the doors are locked and the lady just looks at everyone trying to get in. Employee drives a blue suburban.

My daughter and I love coming here for the 2 dollar smashers toy. Its a surprise toy that can be rebuilt and redone. Negative is the store aisles are too narrow. Too much merchandise makes it cramped and have to dig for somethings. Parking lot rough

Would have gave it 5 stars but they need another checkout lane!! Since our ONLY grocery store in town closed there's usually a line of people.checking out. The employees are.always very courteous and helpful and the store is always organized and clean.

Good prices on most everything, shelf food freezer foods, socks, slippers, all kinds of hair stuff and shower soaps. Household towels floor mats seasonal decor and food, even some one dollar items. Some locations have hand sanitizer FOAM pump bottle in th one dollar section which is so soft and less drying than the gel or liquid type .smells great too.

Too much turnover in staff. Good thing the manager (Judy) is a great constant! Plus corporate does not seem to keep it stocked well on some items. Judy is always helpful and efficient!

So glad we stopped here! Extremely clean and organized store as we shop Dollar General throughout the country! We actually stopped for one thing and ended up leaving with bags of decorations for the garden and the best sounding wind chime!

The manager here is pretty untrustworthy and rude. The online site lies about the initial starting pay and when asked during an interview she laughed it off. After declining the job for obvious reasons things felt tense whenever I shopped there. Workers here tend to be rude as well I'd just avoid this place honestly.

Does not accept wic like the wic store locator says it does!! Super clean, lots of items best store in Reed City! Nice staff, great deals! We go here at least once a week and they almost always have what we're looking for. You can call ahead and ask about items or download the app and see if they have what your looking for!!

The variety and quantity has expanded, but the aisles have contracted! Floors look dirty (probably aren't) and the aisles are hard to navigate if there is someone else in that aisle! More grocery, cold and frozen food variety because of Vic's closing! Now; they need a bigger parking lot! Registers are not as clean as before and it seems to be only 1 open most of the time! On return visits; the variety has gotten even better! They still need to improve the checkout (usually only 1 register is open), the parking lot is toooo small and the doors need to be automatic! On a visit a couple weeks ago; someone brought in a cat and what smell was on the person themselves plus the fact that the cat sprayed; the store stunk soooo bad that I abruptly ended my shopping and headed for the register to s'cat'daddle out of there! Believe me; the stink was Baaaad! On a much better note; the workers are ALWAYS pleasant whether it is General Judy the store manager or Karen the cashier; smiles and laughs are abundant!

I come here almost everyday, and I enjoy the service very much. I am thankful that they opened a large food section for Reed City after losing our local grocery store. Great Staff, Great Store.

If i could i would give it a -2!.. 4 workers in store only one is at cash register theres 10 ppl in line one worker is eating by register and yelling across the line at a customer they must know inappropriately... Then finally get to check out they are switching out tells. Only be a moment they say. I walked out. Was waiting in line for over 15 minutes then that. Nope not going again

They need to have more than one cashier!A line of 5 to 8 people when you walk in makes you want to turn around and leave! Especially when the line is longer when you get ready to check out!

Dollar General uses has that odd item you're looking for along with the staples & a friendly staff to help if you can't seem to find it. There is however a problem with using the internet inside the building, so the app isn't functional then which makes it difficult to clip n use the coupons

Worse kind of place ever. Dollar store stuff for Meijer prices. Plus they also have stuff that secretly sells for pennies. My opinion is that they need to get there system fixed. I don't understand how a company can stay afloat with a system that faults out so much. Plus most me the managers and employees know about this fault. They should change there policy to pull all these items and if items ring up like this then they should not be able to sell it. The company would make more money.

Dirty and tired store. It doesn't seem like anyone organizes or cleans the store. I am not normally so harsh, but some cleaning up should be done here.

It has a very strong chemical smell Everytime we visit upon entering. The prices are rip offs, because there is no competition in the area. Wouldn't shop there, unless had to.

It is to crowded with to much merchandise. Either expand or decrease the merchandise. Moreover, they pay their hardworking employees next to nothing. I stopped shopping there. I go to Family Dollar now.

Various products and seasonal goods as well as grocery items. Aisles are narrow, and usually the end caps have cardboard recycling bins taking up space as well, but prices are fairly reasonable.
