This store needs better customer service they are very rude they don't want to help you when you ask for help and they act like they don't want to do nothing when you come to check out they give you dirty looks when you go into the store is very dirty nothing is put away so they need better management and better customer service

The Reading store has gone through a lot of changes over the years, they have just recently started doing some displays which I find helpful because I can see it all at once and decide what items go with each other.The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable of the locations that you will find your item within the store.I would shop here and I often do.

Very messy store. Merchandise laying around on the floor makes it difficult to walk around. Counters and display racks are a mess, very little order, items in several places. Puzzle books tipped sideways and in no order at all. The employees are usually courteous to me, that's about all I can say for the Reading Dollar General.

Used to work here and have shopped here many times. Ever since Janette stopped working there the store is going down hill. The shelves are not properly stocked. The employees are constantly not wearing their dress code. (At least not the dress code they had when I worked there) They seem very grouchy whenever someone asks for help.

Always seems to be a mess in the store.Hard to shop around u-boats in the isles.Do not appreciate being called "hun" by the cashier, ma'am or miss would have been more appropriate.

Employees are very nice and helpful but the store could use a good cleaning and organizing. Boxes and tossed down items on floor and most of the time they are out of things that they advertise

I know its called a dollar store for a reason but damn some of you products suck they don't last at all especially kids toys ,I know there cheaply made but least look at the product before you sell it at your store ,least I would ,and I more of a selection,instead of the same thing all the time ,I know some products ya but keep up with the times and styles at least ,sorry just saying what I think would help you guys,cause one great thing is your popping up everywhere I mean everywhere but if you don't have what the people want they 'll quit going there when you won't get any bigger

I really like reading dollar general but it seems that the store is always a mess, employees are very few. Boxes blocking isle ways so you can barely go through.

It's a typical DG, but unfortunately at this one in Reading, you have to usually wait for the cashiers because they're it front on cigarette breaks. ALL THE TIME!!!! They don't care if they're customers waiting, they are all out there in front smoking.

Very cluttered. Could barely get down isles. The same items in two and three different places. However, the clerks were very courteous and friendly.

New cashier couldn't figure out how to pay cash part payment the rest cash. Cost me 50 in overdraft fees. Very unhappy my said there fault. Nothing I could do.

Dollar General are mostly great stores but this one in Reading Michigan is horrible corprate needs to step in raise the pay and get some better staff
