There's a male cashier that scans items way too fast. He literally shook up a soda because he basically threw it through the scanner. Very Rude as well. Acted as if I was a bother even though the only words I spoke to him were hello, and paper when he rudely asked what kind of bag I'd want. He was wearing red flannel on 3/27/24. The rest of the store is nice and well kept. The customers of Ravenna... not so much. Would recommend going literally anywhere else if you're not a local Ravenna resident

Ravenna Foods is a convenient grocery store in the neighborhood. You can always find what you are looking for. The owner is great at supplying the store with the product needs of the customers. The Cashiers are simply wonderful, and they are always so willing to assist each customer. I have been a frequent customer for years and I have never been disappointed. Brian is great at taking requests for a product that he might not have in the store. I would shop at Ravenna Foods before going to a different grocery store. They are the best 👌.

Did not know this place existed, but stopped in to grab something for dinner. They did not have what we needed in the meat cooler. Asked a staff person and he brought us out a great selection to choose from. Great produce selection as well, was pleasantly surprised.

The dark-haired, short-cut, male checker was either angry or not a people person. Both times when I was in the store yesterday he never smiled, asked if we found everything...he was very unpleasant. The second time I went to the store, I purchased some items, and as he was bagging, I asked if I could have the single sized candy in my purse. He pulled them out of the bag and all but through them as me. It was very obvious he was not pleased.

Countryside type grocery store - but big enough for the area has plenty to offer and prices were reasonable too!!! Considering the size of the town was pleasantly surprised to see such a large enough place to shop at- the people and clerks there were quite friendly- definitely not the big city attitudes!!!!

Visited the deli today for some fresh sliced roasted turkey the deli staff was fast and friendly. All employees were happy not sure if that's because they love their jobs or if it was the sun shine. Convenient and usually have what I need. I recommend shopping local and recommend Ravenna foods

Everything was well stocked and clean, easy to find and quickly. Just stopped in to return some cans and bottles, but they weren't taking any more in, until Monday the 31st of August, so we just grabbed a few things and went to our uncle's house down the road. Very friendly staff, too!

I have been going to Ravenna Foods since before i can remember. They have always been the best with customer service for as long as I can remember. They have given me my first real job and ever since they have been like family to me. I can honestly say with an unbiased opinion that this store has a great staff and an incredible atmosphere.

Best meat prices for a smaller family you'll ever find. Deli foods are never bad choices either. Most groceries are on the pricier side so shop other stores too but this place has never ever in years let me catch a moldy bag of rolls or produce beyond this life..

Employees are always friendly. The fresh produce and fresh meat are of excellent quality, much better than at Meijer. The prices for things can be a bit higher than Meijer, but so is the quality. Great store, great items, great employees. It's a great local business to support.

I live out near this store, so it should be convenient. The prices are high and today I discovered the 5th moldy produce item I have purchased from this store. Very disappointed. I have also found several moldy produce items on the shelves.
