Same as the rest... except the people in Ravenna are the best! :) Friendly staff and helpful service. This Dollar General is clean, stocked, and organized. It has good hours and is easily accessible. Most items are a good value for money. This location has a large grocery section as well which is convenient if you are shopping for other small items.

Pretty typical dollar general its very convenient lots of great stuff and has everything you need probably it's a great store go there almost everyday and they let me keep my car there overnight to get a tow the next day great customer's service and great people I definitely recommend it.

As we all know Ravenna is a small town, so not much to choose from I go to this dollar general all the time. Today I was treated like a dog, never had I had a person let alone the manager who said she goes by George “georgette” treat me the way I was treated today! I simply asked a question that she couldn’t answer about something I was charged on my receipt and she flipped out. Gave me a refund (5$) and slammed the money down I asked if it was correct she said no but as you can see we are busy and you won’t leave. The money wasn’t the issue at all I simply wanted a explanation of what 2 items were that I didnt have accounted for in my bag that was blanked out on the receipt due to malfunction I’m guessing. I ended up sitting in the parking lot and calling corporate will be having the district manager call me in 24 hours. I feel like I can’t even go back to that store now and that’s the only place we have locally besides a grocery store and gas station. So disappointed...

App sucks worked fine until latest update no wont accept my e mail address but yet they send me e mails with that address and I swear once you pull in parking lot all cellphone reception is lost probably lead in there bldg.

It didn't have the Baby Ruth I was craving and it was dirty n cluttered. I used to be a manager at one in Brandon,Florida on Kingsway so I kno how they should look

This is by far the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I've visited! They always have great customer service and they support the local community!

Everything was in disarray and clothing was all over the place, lots of empty spots on the shelves, broken items on the shelves and floors, Was looking for a new tumbler with a straw and asked an employee where I could find them and she takes me to 4 different places in the store, I can understand the Halloween ones being with the holiday stuff but why are the others separated and all over the world 🙄
