I am convinced that a couple employees are actively trying to do a bad job and make things difficult for customers. What seems like intentional mistakes are happening far too often to be accidental. Quite a few others I know are having the same issues. I tried to hold off on complaining thinking there's no way this can keep going on but has been a year now. How can a pharmacy possibly be this bad? I am begging anybody to try to use their services and tell me that they are functioning even remotely properly. It's unbelievable how poorly the place is ran. I am not sure how it's possible unless it's intentional.

Really disappointed! Arrived at 6:03 on a Thursday after hubby was diagnosed with a broken vertebrae, the pharmacy just closed but the pharmacist was still there. I explained my situation (having just arrived home from the hospital in West Branch and a 5 hour visit to the ER, hubby in severe pain). I was told to “try Rite Aid”. I asked where that was and he said, “Look it up”. Another tech suggested I drive to West Branch or Gaylord!Meanwhile, the pharmacist at Rite Aid was very sympathetic and filled the script for pain meds in less than 20 minutes. Next time we will go to Rite Aid first.

Prices are a little high but for me it is the customer service, I love the people who work there! Super kind and understanding, they actually take the time to even spark up a small conversation while ringing up your items. I never had that before so thank you guys for being awesome.

Large clean store and lots of things on hand. I like the large selection of vitamins and so forth. I like the drive up window too!

I’ve been nothing but disappointed with the pharmacy. I’ve been there four times to get a prescription and still don’t have the entire thing.1st-came at 8:00, pharmacy doesn’t open until 9:00. Not helpful for those of us who work.2nd & 3rd-Drive across town on my lunch break. Told that they only had part of the month supply I needed. When I asked if I could come back at 5:00 to pick it up they said that they were closing early that day and I would need to be there before that. She asked me to come back in 10 minutes for the partial month supply. I came back four minutes before they close from 1:30-2:00. Subsequently, I was late driving across town back to work. Assured that if I came back the next day at noon my order would be in.4th-Arrived at 12:50. They still do not have the medication in stock and it will not be ready until 2:00.I’m beyond frustrated and will not be back in the future.

The rewards are useful. I love Walgreens, I check out the discounted items, plus after an holiday, items are marked down. I use the Pharmacy when I can't use mail order, Staff always seem to be helpful!!

Terrible service in pharmacy! Got a Text to say script was ready , my husband waited 1hour for it, then they tell him 1script isn’t available. Had other issues also. Will never go there again.

Go ANYWHERE else for covid testing.They are not shipped out over night. The 24 to 72 hours they tell you about is from when it's picked up at the store, not from the time you get tested. And every time I called got different excuses as to what was taking so long.

Whoever I talked to on the phone with for the pharmacy was rude and acted like I was a bother to them. And was basically yelling at me and said “do you even have an account with us or what?” If you’re gonna deal with the public maybe learn how to do so.

Friendly staff whenever I've gone in. Decent selection, can usually find what you're looking for. Plenty of space for parking.

It just always seems to take forever here. Even when it's empty. Normally always waiting on something. Most of the time the cashier is stockong when they should be at the register
