I went there for the first time last month and I thought that the people there would be just respectful because of the younger generation but boy was I wrong.The people there where the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet I don't even get that kind of respect from the people in my town or from family or friends. I will truthfully recommend to all my friends and family to go there for their personal needs.I would like to shout out to the business owner a big thank you for your services and respect.

Not to happy when I make a order drive from gladwin here just to be told you close early why not contact me by phone number on file instead you sent a text saying 6 pm was fine for pick up like wow I won't be coming as much as I usually do and whomever your rude little girl is that works here I hope she enjoyed my rudeness right back I'm the customer I'm right your wrong I made the order you should have contacted me to say the time I chose wouldn't work due to you closing early your bud tenders are a joke and so unprofessional I'll take my business to hlpc more now facts !! And I've referred tons of people here never will again hell folks go to Hempire in Clare I never had this problem they contact ya if not gonna be there lmfao pleasantries can't even pick up a phone and say hey we close early and don't say your site said it cause nope sure didn't so nobody was aware you closed early that day when I got there for pickup there was 5 other cars in the lot trying to get in your door calling y'all you didn't not only not tell me but you didn't tell any of your customers you people are a damn joke suck on them weed apples

My boyfriend went there 6 minutes before closing and they denied him service! Luckily we made it to provisioning center 2 minutes before they closed and they still let him put in his order.

Good people, nice store. All the flower was pre-weighed in 1g and 3.5g packages. Good deals on concentrates. Decent selection of gummies. Fancy, everything under glass cases with good info posted. Some of the flower was out of stock but it sounded like they were in the middle of tagging a new shipment in the back while we were there.They saw us taking this picture and thought it was adorable so I had to post it.

Stopped by here when I was passing through for an event. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. They had a pretty good selection of flower. As well as their own products. Would love to have gotten to try them but I was only in for edibles. Which they had a very good selection of and the prices were great! Definitely would suggest anyone stop by and check it out. I guarantee you will leave with fire products and a smile on your face.

Not from the area, but I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised to see a wide variety and great customer service. I’d highly recommend this place. Although it’s recreational only, they have exactly what you need.

Well from Charlevoix we stopped in before the Walmart visit and made a purchase. The store is clean and tidy. The parking lot was perfect for my Wheel chair. The store is big and has a lot of room for the handicapped. I thought the prices were inline and decent. We got a few edibles that the dispensary sells for my pain management. The staff was actually very smart about weed. 5 Star will stop by again back to Grayling.

i have been trying to purchase shake from houghton lake and they never have it...it has been over a month... i am going to yr competitor cause they said they will accommodate me with an ounce of shake cheaper than pleasantrees...i call all the time but to no avail...you MAY HAVE lost a customer...

I'm super hard to please when it comes to customer service and All of the staff were awesome. Every one of them were amazing. Awesome selection of products. The building smells amazing! It's almost worth it to drive here instead of going to my local one and I live almost 2 hours away. I highly recommend this place!

Great experience, friendly service.Concerning the bad price review one of the only one star reviews. Dude an 8th is 25$ of great stuff, roll a joint once in a while. Also platinum vapes were 12 or 15, not bad at all. I’m disagreeing this place is expensive the cbn gummies were but that brand is expensive and this is far out small town. Not everything is someone’s fault, be friendly and kind and see how your experience is then.

Pretentious, overpriced, and downright shoddy customer service. Walked in and asked about pre-rolled selection, was told with an exasperated sigh and a "you'll actually view most of our menu online" and the 'budtender' held out a tablet with tiny text arms length away from me. I recognized a familiar brand of infused pre-rolled joints (their own Clout King brand I may add) in a new strain I've not tried before. I know what these products should cost, so I didn't try to decipher what price was being shown to me because the initial reaction to my question was so dismissive and quite honestly condescending. After a 25% discount somehow my total was $70 for a 5 pack that I can obtain at JARS on Alpine for under $55 without any discount whatsoever and under $50 with a 10% coupon. Thoroughly displeased. Clearly this place is set up to push their own brands on unsuspecting tourists at inflated prices. Don't visit.

This place is great. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and Jason made sure to help me find the perfect product. The manager, Brandon, is amazing and as helpful as can be. This is definitely one of my favorite dispensaries! (They also have one of the best loyalty programs- you even get points for referrals)

Well I had a pleasant visit. Other than they never have what my fiancé goes there for.good percentage off on new customers was cool. Place over all has it together. We had a young lady who was training process, but she did pretty good.
