This was the worst McDonald's visit I've ever had in my life. I got pulled ahead for 3 small sandwiches. 20 minutes later I walked in because 6 cars received their food before me and we're parked after me. When I entered the manager was there talking to an employee. He had the audacity to lie and said he asked a few vehicles about the order I was waiting on, when I saw him check one vehicle and walk back in. Luckily he didn't lie about them remaking it and the food was fresh. The Frappe I got was not filled all the way and was very bland and icy and I imagine it was because the caramel frappe bag was low. But if you read this much, please avoid this place. They need to know that people expect better and if you are charging 3 dollars for a mcdoubles, try to get it to the customer within 5 minutes. It's a pretty simple sandwich, no need to park everyone if you staff the grill area properly.

Avoid this place for now. Covid went to their Christmas party and now lots of people are sick. Management and owners are aware and nothing is being done to curtail the spread. We were infected by a family member who works there.If you don't want covid, stay away. Especially if your are elderly and have other health issues.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders 1filet of fish 1lg. Fry. Was told to pull off to the side to wait for the fish. Got home no fish. Why did I have to wait for the one item I didn't get? Poor!

You come to McDonald’s because it’s quick, not terribly expensive and mediocre food. Our order took 15 minutes to come up while about 10 drive through orders came and went through. They forgot part of our order. The chicken nuggets were cold and soggy, the drink machine was gross and the ketchup fountain clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was also standing water on the floor. This place was gross and worse than the previous times I had visited. They definitely need more visits from the health department and from corporate because I’ve seen home kitchens better than this place.

Never had problems before... but whoever was the cashier on 05/11/2023 around 4:45pm needs to learn how to count change. Our total was $2.73 and we gave her $5.73. She counted the change at least 3 times and gave us $2.99 back? If she was missing a penny she could've just asked if we had another one. I'm sorry but if you can't count the money then you shouldn't be at the register. I purposely took the time to count out 73 cents so I wouldn't get any change back. She didn't even give us a receipt. No point in even waiting for one because she walked away from the register!! I’m not usually one to complain, I get it. Everyone messes up. But when you don’t even care enough to come back to the register or at least give us a receipt it’s unacceptable. Do better.

I visited the drive-thru this morning at 6:30. I waited in line for a half hour...AFTER I paid. I finally parked and went into the store. I was handed my food...and I suggested to the woman that they might want to let customers BEFORE they order of the long wait ahead. Even though I was polite, she got snippy with me and said, "Would you like an application to work here?" I couldn't believe she was that rude! I will never be back there...and will encourage others to not give this store their bisiness.

This McDonald's is horrible don't go there if you want to be waited on. They ignore their customers everyone was waiting a half hour before we got there and no one came to take anyone's order. Very POOR management. We waited a good 20 minutes and still no one came to take our orders people were coming in in back of us and wondered why we were all waiting. So my husband and I just left. We will not go back there ever. All the help was movi g at a snail pace and one employee taking a break outside.

We get iced coffee from here regularly. today when we ordered, the ‘coffee’ tastes like tea/sweet tea instead of actual coffee, didn’t mean to cause a hassle but when we went in to see if they could correct the order they remade it 3 times and each time was no different than the other. Knowing how it usually tastes it was really disappointing when each time they handed us a new one and it still tasted like sweet tea…We just wanted what we paid for, instead we gave up and left because each drink was no different than the other.I feel bad for those ordering iced coffee today, and not getting the drink they paid for.

Always double check you have your complete order before pulling away. Learned my lesson after returning home too many times and not being given my complete order. This has happened more often than not. Ice cream machine always seems to be either being cleaned or out of order once the sun goes down. Generally the employees are friendly and courteous. However the last couple of times i have encountered a few employees with not very pleasant attitudes closer to closing time.Parking: Parking lot allows for multiple locations to park without congestion.

I left my doordash review before trying my burger and had to add another review. Whoever added that heaping amount of pickles to my double cheeseburger is the real MVP. On top of the fries being perfectly salted, the nuggets being crispy, there were also sauces included, and plenty of pickle on my burger which is a win!!!!

Better than your average day food joint. We barely had any weight the food was hot and our order was right. I would say this is one of the better McDonald's. We used our apps rewards without an issue and had no problem with them using the phone.
