Just wanna start off by saying this company goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and your expectations are exceeded. I brought a ring to them to have cleaned, resized & dipped, their service was top notch! I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Darrell and his wife Cindy take pride in their business and it shows. Words cannot describe what our experience was with Gold Rush. My fiance and I went in to check prices and sizes of rings for our upcoming nuptials. I fell in love with this ring. We have had a couple ring resizes done here over the years. But this last job was amazing. I had 9 diamonds added to my wifes wedding ring. Gold rush fixed the prongs on my wedding ring, connected my 2 bands, repaired a broken spot from where it was cut off and resized them. They were so professional, so nice and friendly, prompt and when I picked up my ring today, it looked brand spanking new! Definitely recommend! No wonder why you've been open for so many years!!

My husband bought my original engagement ring at Gold Rush and I made the mistake of going to Kay’s. The part of the ring I bought from Gold rush as held up so much better than Kay’s enhancement. I have so many missing diamonds, part of it broke off and came unsoldered. Gold Rush saved me a few months without my ring. They were able to solder it in about a half hour. They even said they could fix the small diamonds that were missing. Best local jewelry store in the surrounding area!!! I highly recommend! Don’t go to Kays!

The staff at Gold Rush are impeccable at customer service. The owner took time to talk to me about the correct sizing of my engagement ring so it would fit perfectly and had it back on my finger in a matter of days!This is a beautiful establishment with a great blend of jewelry for each persons taste.I appreciate the time that each staff member takes to answer my questions when purchasing jewelry. Whether it’s the difference between mined and lab grown diamonds, or asking about the difference between plated and solid metals, they are courteous and patient in answering my many questions.We will definitely continue doing business with them.

I received great customer service that you find rarely. The owner and staff remained open after hours on a Saturday when I called last minute and needed a necklace for an event. The fact that I told them I didn’t want to spend much money on the piece made no difference to them. They were so kind! I will definitely be back again!!!

Absolutely love this place. They have done beautiful work for me over the years. I just recently went and had my Grandmother's wedding ring sized. They took such great care of it. They usually take about 2 wks to work on jewelry. Which is a reasonable amount of time. But they had my ring done in about 3 days. Great place, great people.

Couldn't be more happy using Gold Rush. I recently had a diamond that had fallen out of a ring I had inherited. They helped me pick a new setting to make sure the diamond was no longer in danger. After having this done I have already ordered custom earrings, a pendent and ring in the works from hairloom jewelry. They take their time to get you what you are looking for. My hubby had Gold Rush design my wedding ring 25+ years ago. They did an amazing job. We stopped in to have a repair done on a pair of earring and had them look at my ring. Thankgoodness we did. All the progs had worn completely down and they where not sure how the diamond was still there. We left the ring and earrings for repair. Just got the ring and am sooo happy with the work. It looks beautiful again like day I had it placed on my finger.While there my mom asked if they could help her. Her wedding ring has been on her finger for 53+ years and her knuckle had gotten larger (arthritis) and she was not able to get them off. She had to do the unthinkable and have them cut off. I am hoping she goes back to them to design something new.We will be back. Very happy with there service and pricing.

Being new to town, we went to Gold Rush on a recommendation. I was looking for a new setting to my 33-yr-old engagement/wedding ring. Wasn’t sure what I wanted. Though the selection wasn’t vast, the staff was patient and kept sharing options and making suggestions. The final decision was a beautiful result. Then it was our turn to be patient. First, it took more time than expected for the order to come in; then the jeweler got sick. Every time I called to inquire, I was treated with respect, kindness, and understanding. We’re very content with the final product. The yellow gold engagement ring was resized, cleaned, and holds its original place on my left hand as its nestled in a beautiful white gold jacket, surrounded by brilliant new diamonds. I came in with an antique engagement ring that was my grandmother’s with a complicated setting. I bought a wedding wrap from Gold Rush and the two obviously weren’t made to fit together and my request was not to change or alter my antique engagement setting. I was guaranteed that they would make it work for me and make it look nice. That is exactly what they did! I am very impressed and will be coming back again! Other jewelers told me I could not have a wrap with my band and Gold Rush Jewelers made it work. I highly recommend them.
