Love this store! Margaret checking us out during our purchases was an absolute Earth Angel 😇 gave that beautiful lady a huge raise... the customer service here is Stellar. We loved that the gum and candy display was lit up. Awesome idea 💡 😂Visited 10/12/2023 Thanks Loretta for the Sweetheart greeting and excellent speedy service. Great deals found EXACTLY why I needed and came for!

Not the best place for meats for sure! Every so often they have a power outage and soon after there’s a flash sale on the meats! You’ll always need to check expiration dates, more often than not expired goods are still on the shelves. Store has an unpleasant smell to it towards the back! If you’re looking for a quick shop, milk, bread, chips, booze etc… it’s fine!

They are a small down grocery store and pharmacy so they are limited on what you can purchase there. We like to go to supplement our bigger trips to Meijer since Rosati’s is only 10 minutes away.

It's good for I need groceries, it has post office boxes, seemed like a cute little store, it's just a bit expensive but it's not to expensive as opposed to going all the way to Walmart to get over looked or under brought items. As always you pay for convenience of not making that 20 mile trip

I grew up maybe a mile from this store and have been shopping there for all 32 years of my life. They have a great variety of stuff for a grocery store basically anything you can think of and they are pretty fairly priced. I will speak very highly of Carrie their manager, (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) works so hard up there all the time so do all the other workers but anytime I have an issue if something is priced lower than what I am charged at checkout she'll correct it and normally notice it before I do it's a great place to shop I would recommend going there if you haven't. Not to mention there's a Subway attached to the same building so if you're hungry you can grab a bite to eat it's like Skidway's Walmart :-)

We have a cabin in Skidway Lake so most of the time I just go to Rosati grocery store instead of going into West Branch. For a small town grocery they have a good bakery

Great friendly workers and decent prices for a hometown small ran business. Their meat is awesome and cheap for what we need for 2 ppl. They are open when we need something last minute. Could use updated pop return machines and access to Po boxes when closed but other than that it is a great small town store with all ur needs in one place.

Clearly they need to change some things around with their store. There is absolutely NO excuse to sell medicine that expired 04/2015. That is over 2 years ago! Truly disgusted. When I called and spoke to a manager, the tone of her voice made it seem like it was a hassle for her to answer the phone. She did not even offer for me to return the item or anything.

Wasn't able to use my W.I.C Benefits at this location and the milk that was purchased although it wasn't outdated was spoiled!! They have horrible costumer service and I would rather drive 20 miles to avoid ever going back!!!

Well stocked. Everything you need from a grocery store. They've been giving the place a facelift: new flooring and counters, some new shelving up front. It looks nice.And there's always the friendly, hometown charm too.

I love this store!! I don't go very often cause it's nowhere near me. When I visit family in that area, it's the only store I stop at so I can take food and drink too our family get together. Items are easy to find, there's always somebody around to ask for help. And the best part... Employees and customers alike are always happy and full of smiles!!! Absolutely love this market... Oh, and the prices are great too!!

They have good specials every so often. If you don't want to run to Walmart they will do it a pinch. Seems like they remodeled part of the store but not all of it. Staff seems pretty friendly. Prices on things are higher than the local stores unless you get it on sale or when their is a special. Overall not horrible and worth stopping if you dont want to waste the gas to go into town for cheaper prices.

Really hate having to shop here because there is always outdated items on the shelf, produce looks terrible, meat coolers are junk and break all the time, the roof leaks and you can tell. Not to mention the store needs an update on the inside. I only shop here if I really need something and don't have time to drive to the next town. The staff is amazing though.

The staff here are all so very friendly and accommodating. Whenever there is something I want but they don't carry, all I have to do is ask and they almost always get it in for me. They've made so many improvements to the building. The meat and produce are quality products and the dollar aisle is so awesome!

Well I personally think the prices are too low to high. That when I got dry hard Donuts yesterday and return them today they gave me my money back so that's good and have some Refrigeration problems freezer Department problems so kind everything is squeezed together right now.

I will only go here as a last resort, I have only been in this store once and it's honestly a dump. Extremely dirty, fixtures are out dated and banged up, needs an update. Items were also expensive. Cleaner cheaper faster place to get your items right next door pretty much. Staff was friendly. Store just felt uninviting.

Great little grocery store makes you feel at home. I have property on the other side of the river and they're my go to place rather than the gas stations. Staff is fun and outgoing.

Was only in store about 10 minutes but it appears to be a full service grocery store minus all the B.S. in the chain stores. Big enough selection for the area it's located in, fresh meats looked fresh, veggies looked fresh, prices seemed reasonable. However maybe change the mop bucket water because the entrance area had a bad musty smell (it didn't carry throughout the store) and the floors had an overall dirty dingy appearance. The product areas however were clean and organized and well stocked. It was my first visit to the store so I'm not sure how long it's been around but my overall impression was it's a good place to buy groceries if you're camping or cottaging in the Skidway Lake - Presscott area. I guess it's exactly what I would expect for a grocery store up north. It is now another option for me while camping at my property along the Rifle in Sterling.

Good for quick in and out. Store has an oder to it. Saw Flys in the donut display case. You'll spend more time waiting in line while the drunks count change for there tall boys they are buying.

This store is very expensive, I guess mostly for people that don't want to drive the 20 miles to grocery shop, 2 - 3 times the cost of WalMarts, although WalMarts is raising their prices weekly and they are not customer oriented, and if they don't get you all your bags and you go back with receipt they tell you to make police report. West Branch, Meijers will be open in Spring and I will be done with WalMarts to. 3 time they ripped me off and the last time almost $60.00, I usually do self check out but theirs is only cash or cards and I had to use 4 methods.

So we stay up here in the summer. U can find most things here. U have to watch the dates I have gotten expired food from here. We don’t buy meat from here. But everything else is fine.

It's skidway...so I think 3 stars is actually pretty good. They could use some new flooring and a better clean up crew but I think I'll survive it...friendly people

Friendly staff. Clean store. Perfect for everything you need. They have food, cleaning/household goods, water refill station, a redbox, scratch off lottery machine, medicine/toiletries, bottle return and much more.

Their shelves are full, they're always making food or slicing it so you can grab and go, it's always clean, and the folks that work there are always friendly and helpful!
