Pizza has gone downhill! Last time they charged me for a 2 toppings even though all the pizza had was ham. For goodness sake. There must've been 4 grams of ham on that thing. 😂 Greed is never good!

I'm seeing a trend as I travel through the Northeast and the BP stores are not that clean, certainly no emphasis on cleanliness. Just felt dingy and I am not even picky.Only had one bathroom and there was a big line for it. Again, cleanliness was like 4 of 10.Decent supply of cheap and local wines. The liquor supply was good.Gas was the same as everywhere else. The machine is not that user friendly if you ask me. Could've been me though.

It use to be a nice place. I been going there everyday for snacks and gas, but not anymore. The new staff is rude. All I did was inform them that they accidentally charged me twice and the cashier started yelling at me in front of everyone and shaking her head saying she doesn’t have time for this.

I tried to buy 4 slices of pizza but only got 3 due to the employee dropping the 4th piece on the floor decent pizza the rest is a joke.And I had them put the pizza in a box not one of the little containers and they still dropped it on the floor.

Always friendly and courteous employees, has a little deli with good prices and great food... Also has free air to fill your tires and if you don't have a tire gauge just ask and they'll let you borrow one... Open 24hrs

Always my favorite place to go for gas and coffee. It one of the few places left that are family owed and locally owned. They know there regulars and always make you feel welcome.

My wife and I stopped this early afternoon and she bought $20.00+ of merchandise.She asked if she could get a glass of free ice for her water (had her own cup). Was told she would have to pay 75 c for the ice.I was born and raised in Charlotte and will never shop at Frank's in Charlotte again.

Good employee's parking is okay but could inprove a little clean but price's should be better could sell more if it was cheapest other then that okat and didn't use bathrooms but other then that a good place to shop for easy stop and go access.

Pizza is still off the chain. Cool new wooden countertop. Wonder if wanda still works here. Wanda was pretty cool.
