The Manager (that was dressed like a bum) checked me and my child out and asked if I wanted recipient only bought 3 things so no. Got home to dye my hair and the box was missing step 2 of 4. Took it back not even 15 minutes later. The same Manager told me she wouldn't exchange it without recipient. She acknowledged she just checked me out less than 20 minutes ago. Than she accused me of going to my car and stealing it. Well lets see you need the entire kit not just step 2. I since have pulled all my prescriptions and will never go back...........

Rite Aid is a great pharmacy and with their point rewards it’s easy to claim your savings as you check out. They always greet you when you come in. Very friendly staff. Good selection of a variety of products.

I cant say enough good things about how wonderful the Pharmacist was going above and beyond with my insurance to make sure my daughter was able etc fill her Rx the same day! So grateful!

They are really disrespectful and I was looking for a foundation that would match and and had to crouch down because they were on the bottom shelf and a lady came over and in in the rudest way said “can I help you” I’m watching u from the cameras and accused me of trying to steal makeup when I was just looking at the two keep in mind I have my card right in my hand ready to buy them

I called because I kept getting an error on your website and was told no need for an appointment even though I was trying to schedule one you can just walk in and then when I get over there oh it's going to be a significant way because you didn't make an appointment switching pharmacies

Called ahead to see if I could get COVID-19 booster later in the day (hence why I called ahead, aware some pharmacy's have a cut off time for late walk-ins) was assured that their cutoff time is 8PM walked in at 7:10 and they asked if we had an appointment, said no but we called just a few minutes ago, pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude and spoke over her employee helping us at the window saying she's not doing COVID-19 boosters tonight because of a family emergency (but she was still there working and socializing with the other employees....)
