Nice store. They have a nice selection of items. Clothes are too pricey. Like the candy area, lots of choices but pricey. Staff I give A+ because they are nice & helpful & that's very rare in stores nowadays. Good job guys! 😊

Usually have great experiences here, however we just bought a mower and our 2nd time using it and it stopped working. They are unable to exchange or return the mower and best option is to have them run it to Alma to troubleshoot. It’s just a huge inconvenience for such a big purchase. This tractor was recommended to us by one of the staff members.

I am looking for some fruit trees to plant by the river. They had a bunch of dwarf fruit trees, very good price compared to other places i have seen in ionia. There are lots of good things for the farm, pets, and so on. Plan to come back for a few trees later.

This store has good prices compared it's competitors. I like that this store is not usually crowded. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They usually have the cheapest price for a pallet of wood pellets in my surroundings area.

Nice store. We found our preferred dog food, Science Diet at a reasonable price.It seemed well stocked and the staff was friendly. Also bought some nice Lee cargo shorts.

I was greeted with a friendly hello upon entering this store! Another employee happily asks me right away, if he can help me find something as he was assembling a gas grill. This store is very clean, well organized, and generously stocked. The check out clerk/associate was very cordial, quick, and attentive in processing my transaction and bid me a fond farewell, and said to please come again. I most certainly will! I highly recommend this Family Farm & Home store🙂

In August we bought our first set of layer chickens. We bought 6 and ordered 25 meat chickens to start. The employees personally walked me around the store and taught me everything I needed to know about owning chickens and what to prepare for. Now I am a Crazy Chicken lady! So thankful for the wonderful staff and all their help with every venture to Family Farm and Home. They help more than the internet ever could!

I love the variety of products this store has. I get bird feed and suet here, have bought baby chicks here, little horses, cows, chickens, etc. figures here for my young son to play with. All the employees I've came into contact with have been extremely helpful and professional. It's never sloppy, cluttered or dirty. Great store. 😊

Unlike mommymilestones I have had nothing but positive experiences every Time I have entered the store. Very friendly and helpful staff who have helped me with anything from bunny care, dog food and dog care to clothing, toys and out door furniture. I do not live on a farm but the store carries so much more than farming necessities. I have even purchased batteries for my grand children's cars. Thank you for being one of my favorite go to stores

I do love a trip to a random farm store, and this one was no exception to that rule. They had all the things one could possibly want for a farm, they also carry my favorite type of brushes for my dog and the candy that I love. If you're looking for farm supplies or just other fun home and pet goods, go here for extra friendly service and a small town feel.
