This place is clean and organized. They have a little bit of everything but produce. They have a pharmacy even with a drive thru for it. I get make up, hair care, and vitamins here mostly as well as use their pharmacy and photo. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They also have a red box. They have their own app really easy to use. Can clip digital coupons, check or refill prescriptions, or easy photo orders. The photos I use to make personalized cards and poster.

I want to recognize Tray in the pharmacy!Whether I go into the store or through the pharmacy drive thru, I am happy to see that Tray is behind the counter/window. He is always very kind and has a smile for everyone. As well anytime I have called the pharmacy and was fortunate enough to talk with him his overall attitude is pleasant and professional. His kind of customer service is exactly what is needed these days and I appreciate him for that.Keep up the good work Tray.

I will go out of my way to avoid this Walgreens location. I’m honestly saddened as I have been coming here for a long time, and I live just down the street. I feel this location has steadily declined over the years, and more so the past 6 months or so. This is evident in the lack of customer service all the way to the messy parking lot. Cashiers are always friendly but they are swamped. Management seems to be no where in site or nonexistent. I sat in line for close to 10 minutes as the line continued to grow , and the cashier repeatedly had to call for back up. Eventually a young lady came up to help the poor guy out. Once I completed my purchase, I went back to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they were closed! The pharmacy seems to have very select hours. And considering it was a weekday morning I was caught very off guard. I take a daily blood pressure pill and prenatal vitamin and had taken the last dose of each prior that day. When I went back up front, I asked the cashier if there was a manager available. He asked if he could assist me, but I let him know I was hoping to speak to a member from management. He called for a manager and let them know there was a customer who would like to speak to them, there was no reply over the headset. I sat for 5 additional minutes before the manager acknowledged the numerous pages. Over the headsets she said “she was busy and it would be a while.” I decided to just count my losses. I went home and decided I would call the next day to discuss my experience with the store manager. When I called I was unable to reach any member of management. As a former business owner, I understand the importance of having polite professional staff and efficient management. I hate to no longer shop and fill my prescriptions here, but that time has come.

First and foremost I want to give a shout out to the male employee at the front cash register at night. I don’t know his name and I’ll make sure to ask him next time but he is absolutely amazing. I wish every place of business had pleasant people like this man. I will come back and edit this review once I find his name out because he is A+ and deserves a lot of credit. 10 stars in my opinion!The store on the other hand gets a three star because a lot of the products there are incredibly overpriced (I can’t believe what you wanted to charge for a bar of secret deodorant) and the hours at the pharmacy were cut. Those pharmacy hours are very important to working people so it’s really inconvenient. I gave an overall rating of four and you can thank your employee for that one!

I have been using the Walgreens pharmacy for years but will be switching to a new pharmacy this week. The hours continue to fluctuate, there are days where they are just closed because they can’t seem to keep a pharmacist on duty, the drive thru window is broken, I show up and they only have half the prescriptions ready “can you come back in 20 minutes”……..endless issues. I hate to change but this location has become ridiculous!

It takes the same amount of time as walking up to the counter inside except you're burning up your gas🤷‍♀️Folks don't listen either which contributes to the longer wait times✔ doctor issue?✔ insurance issue?✔ health question ?Take your butt into the building. If everyone in the pharmacy drive-thru drove up picked up their meds and hit it, it would be a short line.Don't be an indignant baby when you interact with pharmacy staff.It is not their fault that✔your doctor sucks✔ your insurance sucks✔ that pharmaceutical companies are greedy.Or ✔ A supply chain issue.Lastly YES they are short staffed but don't be a Karen to those that actually came to work, showed up and are doing their best!

A clean, well stocked store manned by a generally helpful and upbeat staff. As a regular customer, I have come to enjoy the Walgreen's family - Terry being particularly memorable. Unfortunately, as of late items no longer seem to be properly fronted and there's an older gentleman working nights who's curt, bordering on rude with customers. I have come to expect higher customer service standards at this store and hope to see the Walgreen's family return to such a standard.

Got fantastic service today. Had a script sent to the location on W Main and Drake, which was closed for the 4th of July. They were able to transfer and fill the script in a half hour.

It's a little ridiculous how lackadaisy they are with your medications. They are ready to argue with you over their mistakes, leave you sitting there with no communication, or waste your time instead of having things ready to be picked up. I shouldn't have to go into detail and do basic math for an assistant to understand how my prescription works either.

I’ve always had a positive experience from the pharmacy staff. I needed a particular type of syringe for my son’s injections. They took the time to find the right one and order it.As for the store itself, they are neat, always have someone whom you can ask for help, and they’ll stop stocking shelves to help. If something goes wrong with a transaction, I find it’s NOT the staff that are to blame—it’s the company policy itself.

The Pharmacy staff are awesome. Management should keep the room clean where their guests get their shots. It has always been dirty. Always. At every one in the Kalamazoo, Portage area. It would be such a quick thing to fix.

The pharmacy staff here is excellent--possibly because they know me on sight--and always willing to give me the time and attention I require to get my scripts figured out. Yes, this means it's a busy pharmacy with long-ish waits. I don't mind; I'll happily wait five minutes in line if it means my scripts are filled and billed properly, and don't overlap.

I only used the pharmacy a few times because my mother who was ill switched to them shortly before she passed. No big problems. I answered her phone after she passed to close up some loose ends and told the pharmacist my mom had passed recently. They went out of their way to send a sympathy card. I don't know if it's just policy or not but it was not expected and appreciated. Thank you.

Sure would be nice if the pharmacy included the dosing syringe with medicine!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Also, it would be nice if they'd acknowledge you while you sit and idle for a full 5 minutes in the drive thru. To pick up the phone and say I'll be with you in a minute doesn't seem so hard.

Friendly staff and very efficient. They have some excellent savings as well. Sometimes lower priced than Amazon and Wal-Mart. Shop online as a Walgreens + member and pick up your items for maximum benefits.

We love this store and the pharmacy staff. Couldn't ask for any better or friendlier people who care.Our only complaint is the condition of the parking lot especially by the drive thru and where their trash bins are. It's gross. Someone needs to do some serioys swerping and puck up of trash.

I used to love this Walgreens, but for the past several months there have been a lot of problems. 1: they keep switching manufacturers of rx drugs and they do NOT all work the same. 2: I have tried to refill a RX, and have been told that I don't have a RX for that on file. (This has been for a standing rx that I have refills on so it's not like the doctor just called it in and it hasn't hit their system yet.) A couple of days later I will get a voicemail saying that prescription is ready to be picked up. Really?? This has happened at least twice, luckily I don't wait until the last minute to refill! 3: Today when picking up my prescriptions, I received 2 bottles of one I was only supposed to get one bottle of, both are marked "no refills", I only got one paper pamphlet thing corresponding to getting that refilled... And I did not receive a medication I was supposed to get. This is the kind of absolute headache that caused me to leave Walmart's pharmacy years ago. When you need medications, the LAST thing you should have to worry about is the pharmacy.

As far as Westnedge & Milham Rd “most” of the pharmacy staff is wonderful. There are a couple real unusually grouchy & that wear a permanent mean face but almost all other staff in pharmacy as well as throughout the store very helpful.

Just left Walgreens and I normally don't write reviews. This staff did an amazing job. I have a crying baby at home and the manager pharmacist and cash out personal was very helpful fast and friendly. Great job

Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they could not fill my Rx fue to their error. Dropped off my Rx an hour before that and never received a call to let me know they couldn't fill it! Waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to someone! Never again! Support your local pharmacy!

Horrible service and overpriced - especially the pharmacy. There are 3 other stores that offer the same products all for a way cheaper price within a half a mile. Do your research and save yourself a buck where you can, people!

When every other business up and down westnedge has their sidewalks and curbs shoveled...also their bus stops shoveled with easy access to the curb my question is.. WHY CAN'T YOU....every winter it is the same thing...you are the last and the worst to accommodate walkers and bus riders...won't you consider doing something about this...shame on you
