Under no circumstances should you yell at a costumer. Especially just for walking on the floor. If you needed to close the entire store to do the floors then that's what you should have done. Not put up police tape in a super confusing way throughout the store with no guidance or signage to indicate how one is to shop during this mess. I made it through the store to the wine section without crossing and visible boundaries. Then had to duck under police tape just to find a person at register. As I'm waiting to check out, a woman yells "what did you do?" and then proceeded to incoherently yell at me for walking on the floor. What? Am I supposed to walk on the ceiling? It's the only place open on my way home from work. Honestly I've never had a bad experience here,everything is great. But after tonight, I feel embarrassed and wish something else was open late..

Will tell you it’s your doctors office fault for the prescription but their system is down. Will never use Walgreens again I waited 3 hours to finally get the rx right. Had to pay for a doctor visit and teladoc so I could get multiple scripts sent since they say they never got it. Also the cashiers may not want to wear any pins based on the Israel/Palestine issues.

Pharmacy full of lies. Promise times of 915, waits until all other Pharmacies are closed to alert me that my meds were back ordered. Had a script transferred to this location because they said they had stock. This Pharmacy is worthless.

If I could give a negative review I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever had. They lose the scripts from doctors, give fake reasons they aren’t filled. Say it will be ready on a certain day and you wait forever in line to find out nope not filled. If you’re smart go somewhere else anywhere else. I will be.

Called pharmacy to check if they have my medication as there are shortages currently and they claimed ridiculously that for their safety they can’t tell me if in stock because it’s a controlled substance. That makes zero sense because they are a pharmacy so of course it’s already public knowledge that they carry controlled substances!! And no other pharmacy has had a problem telling me they do or do not have the amount in stock to fill my prescription. So stupid.

Filled two scripts, one was partially filled.I was told to come in the next day for remainder.Went in the next day and was told it would be 30 minutes to get it filled. Went back and was told it couldn't be filled until next day.I needed the scrip filled because I had run out of the previous days partial.They found 3 of the 4 I needed and said they would deliver the one pill the next day.Went home and got a call from doordash saying they had a delivery for me but the Walreens wouldn't release it without more info.I was transferred to the pharmacy and they asked my birthdate and told me it couldn't be filled until the next day.I am expecting the delivery sometime today.IF. they can get it right.VERY disappointed

Got my little ones vaccines here and was super pleased! The pharmacy was busy the whole time we were there but everyone was so sweet despite the rush. Ella was super upbeat and got my kiddos set with two vaccines with no years in no time.

I’m not sure if this is going on at all Walgreens or just this particular store,, but I’ve had to wait excessive time for meds for my kids. Each time I’d call, I’d never speak to the right person. When I talked to the manager earlier this week about my long wait last week, he gave me the run around about triple booking people for flu and Covid shots, making it difficult to fill meds. I get that places are short staffed, but come on, people need their meds too. Pretty sad for a place that fills meds. I’m waiting over two days for a refill. I’m done with Walgreens.

The wait for the pharmacy is no less than 30 minutes every time, no matter the time of day. The drive thru is frequently broken, which leads to masses of people standing in line inside, which is a nightmare for people with kids. If you value your time at all, go anywhere else but here.

We are on Walgreen's "PROGRAM" where all our scripts are to be ready for pick up at the same time. Two months in a row I had to go back to pick up meds because they all were not ready and I could not wait. I called the pharmacist and explained what happened. She did some checking and assured me this would not happen again. Guess what, this month same thing. This is YOUR program so figure out where the flaw is and fix it. Lines at the Shaver Road Pharmacy are ALWAYS long and this is the slowest pharmacy. I fail to understand when the line is 5 people deep why someone does not come out to get things moving. Call the manager, call for help from the back. Just be efficient. Oh, and please bring back the print version of your weekly flyer.

I have had several occasions where I have gone to pick up my medication and have been told that they do not have anything for me. I will call my Dr's and they will tell me that it's confirmed by Walgreens and I will have to go back through the line and tell them to look harder for my script. I don't know what kind of a computer system they run here but I think they need better training or a better system in place if the attendants are unable to find scripts on it. There is always a line. I used to pick up my script late night to avoid the lines but they have done away with 24hr at this location which causes it to be even more busy during the day. Staff is usually very friendly, but seem to lack proper training or have a poor system in place making it hard for them to do their jobs.

Customers receive friendly and patient treatment. Come on, people, we all get what we give. The pharmacist here and at the S Westnedge, Portage branch have always been helpful and worked with me on getting scripts right, at the right price, but these two locations Are frequently slammed with customers, so the process can take a few minutes.

Avoid this Walgreens at all costs. I would drive 20 miles to another store to pick up scripts. Poorly managed drive up system. The employees are rude because of the cluster**** of an operation they run. I get it, tough year and crazy circumstances....we all have had to adapt. None of the other locations seem to be struggling like this dumpster fire.

Got text message that both of my prescriptions were ready get there and only one is ready. I ask how long for the other and the girl tells me 5 min. Mind you I'm on lunch! I ask if I can pay for the prescription which I have been taking for many years and get told no the Dr. might have questions or recommendations for me. The young lady waiting on me was chewing bubble gum and blowing bubbles!!! Very unprofessional! I have been coming to this walgreens for many years and normally have good experiences not today.

I hate Walgreens...there were 12 cars in line for the pharmacy...so I went inside...I've been here for 7 mins and they have helped 1 person...there are 4 people in front of me. Update...after waiting in line for 20 mins my prescription, which was supposed to be available at 9am wasn't ready. This is the last time I visit Walgreens.

Not 24hrs. Has a "cleaning" sign out front. (230 am) Waited 20 minutes you can see the mirrors inside showing the floors. No one is inside cleaning. Likely 3rd shift bailed on their shift and did not bother telling anyone.

Went for a flu shot... Made an appointment online. And we still waited nearly an hour to get the shot as other walk-ins were serviced and they prioritized walk-ins getting prescriptions filled. What's the point of making an appointment then? No respect for people's time! Highly disappointing.

i’m sorry i literally hate this walgreens i’ve been going here for like two years idk why i keep going back 90% of the time they don’t even know what i’m talking about even though i have confirmation my doctor sent them the script? it doesn’t matter if u call, go through the drive thru, or in person they literally never know what they’re doing and they are always gonna make u waste half ur day before they tell u

Staff is really rude. We have a daughter with medical complications and have to go there every month and our Medicaid and insurance is always messed up. Granted, this is not their fault however I’ve been frustrated with them because I deal that every time I go in. One lady helped me it was really great, the other was really rude and snapped at me when I snapped at her. I understand that I need to be polite, But I am a customer. If they are understaffed, they need to find help and they need to realize that the people coming in half tough circumstances that they are dealing with and all they are trying to do is get their meds.Another time when we needed A med, they told us they were “out” and that I myself could call other places to see if they have it available. I am just on impressed with their willingness to help and the condescending behaviors. If we didn’t have such complex medications I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Had our prescription sent here by our Dr and apparently they needed "clarification" about something but of course they couldn't bother to tell us that there was a delay. Now over 24 hours later and our Doctor is out of the office all weekend so we have to wait 3 days.

Kim, the pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure why people feel the need to use their position as a power trip. Just another reason for people to consider taking the holistic route. If I ever need a pharmacy for any reason it will definitely not be at this Walgreens location..

Its a Walgreens they have things you need. Consistently though the staff is unhelpful and talk to customers like they are an inconvenience. I just today listen to a cashier tell a customer its their 2nd day and they can't answer questions about their products, so I helped their customer find a better store that carried the things they needed, because apparently looking behind the register he was working was too trying.Get it together guys.
