I had a terrific experience at Vac World. I needed a new vacuum for my office and they hooked me up with a Riccar upright. It is the best vacuum I've ever used by a long shot. Its powerful and light and very easy to use. The guys were great explaining the options. I would recommend Vac World to anyone who will listen.

Had an amazing experience with very knowledgeable employees! Joe was wonderful and very helpful he even carried our newly purchased vacuum to the car. Also gave us an amazing deal. Exceptional customer service!! I was a little hesitant to order such an expensive vacuum online but proceeded based on the positive reviews I read. I placed the order that evening and the next morning received a call from the owner, Mark. Unfortunately, they had just sold the last of the model I ordered and hadn't yet updated the site. Mark was extremely apologetic but spent time to understand my specific needs. He reviewed various options and provided the pros/cons of each along with some great history on vacuum brands. To make things right he sent me a better vacuum than I had originally ordered for no additional cost. I highly recommend Vac World! You won't find better customer service anywhere.

These guys are amazing. I ordered a Riccar from their website and unfortunately the manufacturer had stopped making the model I ordered. (I have the current generation of the model I ordered.) The guys at this shop are amazing. I am so happy that they were able to accommodate my purchase and they will have another returning customer.Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and take care of your customers. Experience with the seller was excellent! When The vacuum I ordered was due to arrive I was contacted by Mark, the owner, who told me Michigan had experienced a record breaking winter storm which was disrupting all shipping in his area so there would be unavoidable delays in delivery. Mark was very apologetic and then offered me a full refund due to the delay. The delay was totally out of Marks control so I refused his offer and thanked him for the courtesy of a phone call. After this call and until the item was delivered to me, Mark followed with me on a regular basis until vacumn was delivered. I rate the seller as outstanding, very professional, and certainly very courteous in how my transaction was handled. I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a vacuum.

Mark has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We’ve been using vac world for our vacuum cleaners since our daughter was born in 1991. Now she has our first grandchild and we just bought them a refurbished vacuum cleaner. Mark is so good at trying to meet us where we are and helping our family any way possible. One day I had my grandson in the car and he came right out to the car with the vacuum cleaner I didn’t even have to get out of my car. He gets it because he has six kids of his own. I love this store, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The vacuum cleaners last for ever and have awesome cleaning ability.

It has been made abundantly clear to me that this business is owned and run by people who are not only passionate about vacuums and the services they offer, but also passionate about the people that walk in their door. I had made a review based on what ended up being an absolute fluke with faulty parts and unexpected issues. We live in a world today that makes us feel as though we’re going to get screwed around every corner and after a phone call I had with Mark (the owner) today, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I will be taking all of my future vacuum business, be it service or purchases, to vac world from here on out.

Vac World has a lot of 5 star reviews and I've always heard good things about them. You can get very nice vacuums here much cheaper than you can on the internet. I had my own very good experience today. I got an incredibly low price on very good vacuums. I've actually never seen a Miele priced so affordably. They worked incredibly hard to both meet my needs and my budget. They were extremely understanding of my situation. They only sell good vacuums. You can't go wrong at Vac World. They really bent over backwards to make me happy and went above and beyond. 10 stars.

Kalamazoo is lucky to have Vac World. I have been a customer of Vac World since 1996 and love the service and knowledge Mark and his staff have in guiding me in my various vacuum purchases over the years. Joe is great too and helped me with a couple of recent purchases. Currently I own the Miele HX-1, Miele Complete C3 Brilliant, Miele Carina, Hizero, and a Bravo carpet cleaner. And they keep my machines in tip top shape ready for any cleaning job with regular maintenance. You can’t go wrong with their competitive prices (why buy online?), superior knowledge of their products, and impeccable, friendly service. And bags are ALWAYS in stock and also competitively priced. This is a wonderful locally owned business who has earned my loyalty.

I ordered a Riccar vacuum online and they had just sold the last one, of that model, right before I placed my order. They called immediately to inform me of this. They offered a refund, an upgraded model for the same price or credit to a much better vacuum. After discussing our needs we upgraded and they gave us a great deal.We have been using the vacuum for a few days now and it was a great choice.Direct honest service. Had a really great experience buying a Miele vacuum cleaner. They have a floor setup where you can test vacuuming up material (similar to cat litter, actually small plastic beads) so you can test how it feels and works on both carpet and hard wood / vinyl flooring. They also have all the accessories for their vacuums you can try different ones without needing to purchase everything at once.They are very knowledgeable and professional. End up purchasing a Miele HX2 LED model with a very good price compared to online. Would highly recommend for new or refurbished vacuum sales.They also do repairs on existing vacuums and clean them as well. The techs seemed very knowledgeable as well.If you're looking for a personal touch I would definitely go here.

I never thought I would be excited about a vacuum but I love the Riccar vacuums. I bought my first around fifteen years ago, and I just upgraded today. I wouldn’t have, but the service and sales aspect of Vac World on Westnedge in Kalamazoo is top notch. The owners and staff are helpful, honest and very thoughtful-which can’t always be easy when dealing with the public. I was able to afford a new vacuum with a trade in, and a generous spirit from the owner. He helped me out where he could and he did it out of the goodness of his heart. This place is not a cliche vaccumn sales store. They truly care about making sure you receive the right machine. Please understand that this is not a store to get a sucking machine for cheap, that is what Wal Mart is for. This is a store where you receive personal attention for your vaccumn needs at all times. The machines are well explained to you and priced at the market prices. If your need for clean is not being met, check them out.

Mark is not only passionate about vacuums, but he is patient with his customers and is able to explain things in a way that is both helpful and understandable. He listened to every concern I had about our household's unique needs and then made a recommendation. When I wanted to try a vacuum other than the one he recommend to compare, he allowed me to do so without hesitation. Before I left, he was sure to show me how to use the different functions on our new vacuum and wrote down clear instructions about how and when to change the filters and bags. In the end, he gave us a great deal on a higher-end vacuum to keep us without our budget and even threw in an extra vacuum attachment.
