Always have staff working compared to target in Kalamazoo. Much better organization. Just wish the inventory was larger. Pharmacy needs help though. Always going through staff and not all staff is polite.

I would give 0 stars if I could, RUDE EMPLOYEES. 1 lady at customer service is extremely rude. And I have only had 1 nice person with order pickup. The rest are extremely rude and told me I dont give “them” enough time! Last time I checked you are making $17-$18 to do this job. Stop complaining. Target do better! West Main is much better!!

This is solely for the Order Pick Up experience I had at this location. It was my first time doing it and I’ll probably never do it again. I started out as the only person in line and pushed the bottom even though I heard someone inside. After a few moments the person inside walked passed me & didn’t say one word. Minutes passed and more people got in line, an employee walked up and asked us to move so they could get into the area. Again they did not address anyone in line or ask if we needed help as they went about their business inside the room. More minutes passed and the employee from earlier came by, was about to walk past without saying anything to any of us again, until I stopped them and asked if they could please have someone come help all the people in line. Thankfully they radioed and someone came fairly quick. Why this didn’t happen earlier I don’t know. These two employees could’ve at least acknowledged all of us waiting. And they also appeared to be getting orders for people who drove up as opposed to us who had walked in so it was pretty frustrating.

Great store. I went in to return an item which was super quick and the girl who assisted was nice. I then went and bought some different items. Store was clean with helpful workers.

Horrible customer service. They have signs for things on sale but they ring out as regularly priced. Customer service will come over and make a scene even when proven wrong. There other employees are rude and just treat the place like a hangout. Saw one guy pushing a rack of wine into a crowd or people while he just talked with another employee. The whole place needs new staff

Nice store for general shopping. The staff is helpful. Make sure to look at the Target rewards app before buying as there are a lot of promotions found there.

We were having some issues at the register and asked for some help, had a girl come over that had no clue how to help us. Tanay came over to help us. She was so pleasant and helpful. Wonderful customer service. We ended up leaving very pleased customers.

I come in here a lot! From clothes to groceries to electronics. I don't think I have had a bad experience here yet. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! The bathrooms could be a little cleaner at times.

I do appreciate the convenience of this location and the available parking. They have a CVS in it as well. Staff are friendly and the store is clean and well stocked.

I’ve been using Target pickup for many years- people thought I was crazy, until our state was shut down due to Covid three years ago. Their app and pickup process has only improved over the years and it’s so accurate, fast from order to pickup, and timely on the trunk. This is my go-to pickup store for less than 2-hour pickups. Excellent job, Target!

whoever they have zoning those aisles and making them super neat is amazing. i don’t think i’ve ever been to a target that’s this organized and i can find everything exactly where it should be. especially the makeup section!! plus the shelves are stocked frequently. only downside is lack of checkout lines and the store being a little smaller but the overall atmosphere is so much better and it’s generally a much quieter and calm store too.

I was in the store for a purchase yesterday. The cashier was lovely. Very sweet with my kids. I did misread a clearance sticker and had to run back in to make a return. Nothing but kindness and patience from the guest services staff. These staff members are working on the weekend so people like myself can shop on the weekend. I hope they feel appreciated. Staff was quick with returns and purchases. They're was a rush, and they did great!

The lines to check out are consistently abysmal. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 10 minutes. To make it worse, the clerks KNOW that people have been waiting and are just indifferent to how unpleasant it is to see straight up inconsiderate people who go up to closed registers to check out who think the long line doesn’t apply to them being helped. This needs a serious looking-at by corporate because I’ve never waited so consistently long in line at any Target. It’s disrespectful to my time.

Never enough people to cash out and auto check out is turned off. I'd say I get the labor shortage but when you have 3 employees standing around talking about gender studies and one lady ringing out the whole store that falls on management

Both the cashier & the physical layout of the checkout area made the process very unpleasant to the extent that I almost walked away in the middle of it. I had numerous very large items yet the protective acrylic screen for the cashier was SO LARGE that I had to force the items behind the screen so they could be rung up. That includes a 12 pack of paper towels, for example & 75% of my other items. Worse yet, the screen showing the amount rung for each item was impossible to read unless I turned away from the items, then inserted my head around the sneeze screen so I could read the amount rung up (which was in small print). It was deliberately made inconvenient for the customer to check the transaction as it went along.

I love this store. The employees are so attentive, respectful, and courteous. That mean a lot to me. You have an A+ team there.The store is usually clean and well organized, with the exception of the clothing department. It needs some work. It’s usually a bit of a mess and the dressing room is very small and outdated. No one is ever present there as well. That section kind of feels like an abandoned ghost town. Lol The shoe section is always slim pickings. That whole section needs a revamp, like yesterday.I’d also like to see more brands in the grocery section. The grocery and skincare section need better restocking.The bathrooms can also use an update. The one next to the pharmacy is a bit gross.The return policy is pretty good and the shopping carts are super smooth and in good condition. 👍🏽The lines can get a bit long and there needs to be more people and less reliance on self-checkout.All and all, I do like shopping there because it’s calm and upbeat. The employees aren’t unruly and rude like at Walmart. Lol 👌🏽Ps: A little music wouldn’t hurt either.

Poor experience. After searching the store for two items before leaving out my nephew wanted to ask the staff one last time if they could look up an item. We walked up to two staff, a man behind the register and a woman standing in front of the register, who was facing us when we walked up, then turned her back to us instead of assisting. With knowing they both saw us, and him seeing us stand behind her and just ignore us was insane. Leaving out of frustration was enough but to hear my nephew ask if it was because we’re black earned you guys this review.

as a kpop fan, the selections of albums here suck. they barely have any new or good albums, and since there’s no employee nearby, almost all of the albums are ripped open with missing photocards & inclusions. it’s very poorly organized, and hard to find the items that you’re looking for.it took so long to check out as well. if you’re paying with cash, you have to wait for an employee to come over and count the cash & put it into a register. it took me over 10 minutes of waiting at the checkout to pay for three items, and there wasn’t even a line! the staff clearly doesn’t know what is even going on here.

*Extraordinarily rude* customer service over the phone. Arrived today for a store *curbside* pick up, had to go in the store to get the order, inside the store nobody knew where anything was. Someone brought out a damaged item and thought it in salable condition; the item was rejected and the associate brought out another item. I reported this to target's 1800# to report the manager of the store, and the rude man on the phone at customer service. The lady on the phone reported this to someone above the manager of the store and made a special case for it. This experience ended it for target and I to say the least. Never again.

I ordered two items online for in-store pickup in 2 hours. Received an email that order was complete and ready for pickup. Arrive at store and am handed bag containing my purchase with an "You're all set!" I open the bag and see only 1/2 of the items ordered. When I ask front desk they say, "Well, we don't have any way of knowing what the truck will deliver when." Huh? I ordered this 2 hours ago, your website said you had it, I got a confirmation that you had it, but now you're handing me a bag (without even looking at the contents OR my ID, which contains only half my order. Inventory control is not to be trusted at this store. Once I walked myself back to the baby department to find my OWN replacement article, I also discovered they entire towel/robe baby section was empty but for 4 items (3 after I took one). 1. DON'T shop pickup in store. 2. Always check your bag before you leave. 3. Be prepared to wait while the front desk calls 3 people and finally walks you back to the section YOURSELF, to pick something else out. Target, you never fail to disappoint. Again, it will be another 8 months before I go there. Maybe by then it will be better.

Our visit occured early August 2021. You guessed it! We were school supply shopping. As a parent, this trip can be emotionally exhausting. Throw in Covid19 worries and it gets super sketchy. By the time I made it to the check out I was done. Our cashier Craig was amazing. His kindness and proficiency immediately eased me. This review isn't really for Target, but for Craig and all the people out there doing their job with the best of attitudes. Definitely 5 stars. He changed my whole mood in just one transaction.
