Bakery did a fantastic job on my birthday cake! I came in the day before and the lady helped me and said a day is more than enough time! She was super sweet and helpful. The cake was moist and spongy. So delicious! This whole cake was $16.98!!! Seriously one of the best cakes I’ve had.

Today I came home and looked at my receipt they double charged me for one item. I drive 20 miles one way just to go to Sam's once a month. That upset me but the prices are going higher on some stuff. I love what I got plus more for only 100$

I really liked this location until my last visit... my boyfriend and I were minding our own business when approached by a manager. People were complaining about my boyfriend carrying his pistol. HE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO CARRY! He was not breaking any laws, and he has his permit to carry (not that it is really anyone's business) those same people are probably the ones who would be begging to be saved if it came down to it. I'm sorry but I pay for a membership just like them.

I love having memberships at both Sam’s and Costco, but this Sam’s is really struggling to offer full services post-pandemic. They routinely shut down the rotisserie chickens and food court at very early times. Even checking receipts when leaving can we a lengthy process. Seems that they have trouble recruiting talent.

We really love visiting Sam's Club. It always carries great deals and have good selection of products. The Club is usually kept clean and is in good shape. Having plus membership definitely has its own perks but regular membership is pretty good as well.And offcourse the Gas price here is always unbeatable. Makes the membership worth it just for the gas itself.Great selection of groceries and household items including very nice furniture options.

If you ant part of dis club, here wat du hub bub is all about:Cheap gas, candies and chips and energy drinks in bulk (at least that’s what I buy).Other stuffs I see too: kayaks and clothes on the cheap.You dink dats good. Imma saving the best for last- 89 cent slushees. Pizza w pop (or substitute dat pop for a slushee) run ya two fiddy, n dem big ol pieces of pizza. Hot dogs gotta be da longest, fattest, juiciest dawgs dis side of the Mississippi!Come join the fun. And fill up ya tank whilst ya hear. Dem gas prices be low.This be the high end Walmart experience !

I was so impressed with this Sam’s! It is much larger and cleaner selection than the only near my hometown. I love the way it is set up and there is even a cafe at this one!

Bought an 85 inch tv today at 6 pm. Spine to 3 separate people a total of four times asking for just a little help loading. Tv was in the minivan but was half an inch too wide. Just needed anybody to help with a slight tile and push. Waited ten minutes. Even asked cart guys whose response was not my job. Will never ever buy anything I need help loading with at sams club. It’s sad because I go beau back to when sams club wasn’t even called sams club. Very disappointed.

Sam's club is the way to shop!! They are cheaper than any store (my opinion)when you break it down. However, it is so easy to spend 4 to 500 walking out of there if you aren't careful

The specific location is great and they do a good job with customer service. My only complaint is that you can’t call the store anymore. Sam’s now sends your calls overseas and it is a terrible connection and I am rarely helped with what I need. Super disappointing!

I was in Sam's club today and a gentleman needed help and customer service wouldn't help the gentleman who tried to catch their attention for help. Bad customer service I was very un-pleased with my visit

Deli is decent but they unplug the phone so we can’t call in orders for lunch break. The phone physically has the cord hanging next to it so they don’t have to answer calls.

Be careful when buying wine. I gt stuck with $60 of wine that tastes like vinegar. I was told to gift it to someone. Why would I do that? It is awful, totally undrinkable .Either they are storing it incorrectly or the wine buyer is terrible. Save yourself money and go to a local beverage shop or Costco.

We always go as soon as they open. They were stocked up and the only issue was that their popular loss leader, rotisserie chicken, was not ready, and we had to wait around for a few minutes for the employee to get them out and packaged up.The store is always clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Great store all around! Great deals! Tons of clothing for all ages and genders. Huge frozen section with everything you can think of. Dry goods galore, good place to buy bulk canned vegetables. Tons of spices and baking goods. Huge soft/ hydration/ energy drink section with tons of water. They have a nice fridge section with lots of great things pre-made. Like Tamales, chicken parm, brisket baked beans, pork burnt ends, prime rib, tortellini, broccoli cheddar soup. Huge fresh meat section with everything you could want, literally. MASSIVE liquor section with so many options you will be baffled. Great bakery with endless tasty treats. Nice electronics section. Did I forget automotive area for tires ect. Pharmacy and eye place. Fountain drinks and instore deli/ restaurant. Strongly recommend!

F mark that works there he's rude and judgemental. He literally picked on me the whole time I worked there and was looking for a reason to fire me. They were very discriminate towards me. Especially him... If you get a job there stay away from him he will get you fired so quick.

She was very professional and worked as quick as she could but who in the right mind sends only 1 person to handle such huge volumes of customers?The same story of ONLY ONE CASHIER!!! keeps repeating itself more often than not. I normally shop after 5PM and it seems to be the busiest time but the respect for the customer's time doesn't seem to be the priority these days.On Tuesday, June 6, 2023 I was hoping for a quick trip to Sam's Club. No such luck! Ironically, the store was full of employees I saw at least 6 walking around having conversations some stretching out of boredom but none had walked to the second and third register to quickly help out.In my opinion, that's poor management and poor customer service. There are age old proven ways to train and incentivize good management with appropriate employees' performance and good customer service. I'm not sure why it's not the priority?In my time when I had worked in a grocery store in the late 80's; it was totally unacceptable to keep people waiting like that in a long line for so long.The standards have definitely dropped.In my store, the store manager himself would jump behind the cash register with the co-manager and an assistant manager if he had to. During super busy moments, the stock-clerks would come up front and assist cashiers with bagging grocery.Long lines belong in the history books of the Soviet Union not at Sam's Club! The management needs to do a better job.

We love the fuel prices at Sam's Club. It has been very consistently lower than anywhere else, and we have sometimes been as much as $0.50/gal lower in fuel costs. As we also own two Diesel vehicles and one gasoline vehicle, we feel this alone, makes our membership pay for itself, and a tremendous value in these days of runaway inflation. We have also found great service in the tire department vs other retail stores, particularly if one is traveling because there is usually a Sam's Club found not too far away, and the tires,service and warranty are excellent.

As a new member I love this place. The prices are great and the selection of products is great too. The only reason I give three stars is because of the hours. For as busy as they get they are only open for 8 hrs. Do better Sam's

The Portage Sam's Club is bar far, the best in this region! Clean, well stocked, and customer service is 2nd to none!. I appreciate their efforts, and look forward to shopping here every single time! I love that Sam's is technology forward, feels like they're on the leading edge of the industry. Scan and go is the best thing since sliced bread, and you can use it at the pump too!
