My old dog I had here I got groomed here by stacy she did an excellent job. The grooming is affordable. The store sells good quality products. Have bought 2 ferrets from here they both had ear mites and parasites BUT Petco reimbursed me for the vet bill. They have ferret food, bedding, toys and grooming unlike most pet stores. They sell fish and other small animals. Prices are fair. They also have dog training. The store is cleanly and organized.

Interesting. The store item selections were great but it was an interesting time. Would not recommend bringing your dog if you don't need to. Charges for bags, I sincerely hope those are biodegradable or some eco-friendly bag.

Lacked empathy when my grandmother returned dog food after her dog passed. Kept pushing the gift card even though my grandmother would have no further need to shop there anymore. i understand it was past the 30-day window but the pure lack of empathy for the situation was concerning.

Every time I go in to get fish I have to play hide and seek with the employees. They see us over by fish and ignore us. Will be going to petsmart for live fish as they always are on it with the customer service. Prices are ok though. Although if you have the means Pruess Pets in lansing sells the same tanks Petco does for 20% less

Petco carries all of the usual and unusual brands of dog and cat food along with many other things you need for your pet. They also have a great grooming area where you can have your dog groomed and if you're a Petco rewards member you can points for grooming towards a free one. They're friendly and helpful as well.

The girls were so friendly and took care of my puppy. It was his first grooming appointment and definitely won't be his last. He was so soft and his coat was so shiny when I picked him up and he smells great.

The cashier I had on Jan. 31st at night was the most polite cashier and was aware of her surroundings. Most times, when I go in, I have to ask them what cash register they want me at because they are too busy talking to others.

Nice little store though it did not carry the brand of cat food (Reveal) and the wet dog food I purchased only sold as individual pieces instead of a pack. And since my purchase was multiple pieces, no boxes, I had to spend an extra 10 cents on a bag to carry it. 10 cents wasn't a big deal, but had I known, I would have brought in my shopping bag. Not my regular store. I'll be more prepared next time.

I moved and went to a new Petco in my area. My dog received the worst haircut every. I had to trim her up more. There was strip of hair all over her. I bought her the Halloween spa package she still smelled bad. I will never go to this Petco again. Very upset. My old Petco was great.

Store has something for any pet . Good selection of dog foods and treats. Staff was helpful trying to get a alternative treat for my dog. Our regular item is currently not in-stock at all the local stores.

Dog training class.My experience was excellent. I learned a lot about certain issues with my dog and how to address them.Trainer is an excellent instructor, is clear and concise in his communication, and makes the sessions fun for the dog.

Twice in the last two weeks with a bad experience here. First time the girl at the counter was unknowledgeable about a sale price and rude about it. I had to get a manager to intervene. Gave the place a second chance today. Went to simply buy live crickets. Saw zero employees working after standing around for 10 minutes. Went to cashier to ask for help, she said she’d send someone back. 15 more minutes of standing around waiting, nobody came. Went down to Pet Supplies Plus and was in and out in about 5 minutes.

I typically there for cat foods. I recently began using the refillable litter station. I've found that it clumps well but tracks out of the box so a mat is highly recommended.I've also gotten some information on the dog training that they offer.

Probably the 5th or 6th time I've been here and employees stand around and never help or assist with anything. I come ready to spend and after 15 to 20 minutes always end up leaving. I shouldn't have to walk the whole store looking for help. worker still look at you then walk to the back. I'd fire the manger and all employees and start over
