Have variety of dog and cat toys. They also have a self pet wash station you can use. They all sorts of dog and cat food. My dog loves their dog cookies. They also sell products for small animals and reptiles. Everyone is friendly and gives your dog a treat if they come in contact with you. Only downside is they have rewards program but it’s not on a phone app still give this place 5 stars! They also have curb side pick up and the store is clean and organized.

We have a cat that has to have a special diet and he loves the Redford Natural Grain Free Sensitive Stomach wet cat food. We usually have his food delivered and we live on the 3rd floor and the driver always brings it to our door. Also, dealing with the employees when needing to adjust our order for any reason is always a delight. I have never had a bad experience with this location!

This store is great in my opinion. Staff was very helpful and understanding of our needs. We we're greeted with smiles and offered assistance without hesitation. Check out was also fast and friendly with no waiting. They also have a return policy which is good to know. Great store.

Honestly, one of the best experiences I have ever had at a store. We had our newborn with ua, and without prompting, we had two different employees help us carry things and get stuff for us. It was completely unexpected and made a monumental difference. We will absolutely be coming here more for our pet needs.

I had a wonderful experience here bringing my dog for the first time after a muddy trip from the dog park! Every staff member we met were very friendly and helpful. The self serve dog wash stations are amazing! They were very clean and came equipped with everything you can possibly need (i.e. shampoo, scrubbers, leash hooks, towels, dryer). I'm looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the store soon!

I love walking in this store! Everyone greets you and is really helpful. They always have exactly what I need. It's very hard to find the cat food that makes them hypoallergenic, but they have it, and they have the dog food made especially for Chihuahuas! Great news, because mine is very picky. They always have great advice on things that I use to this day for cleaning up accidents. Easy in and easy out. Can't ask for more then that!!

Great selection of products and frequent sale pricing. I regularly use curbside pickup, and find it to be fast, efficient and accurate -- in fact this curbside service is everything curbside pick-up should be. No hassles, no worries and quick. Highly recommended.

This place was highly recommended by my veterinarian, along with several nurses at the VCA ER in Kalamazoo. Unfortunately, my sweet dog had a hard time delivering and had several complications. I went in and spoke with one of the 2 managers recommended, and they were fantastic. If you need help, they are the place to go for knowledge.

I love this store! It has a real mom & pop feel to it, versus the big box stores. Everyone always knows my Koba when we visit their self-serve dog wash (its the best!). They treat him like a Rockstar and he loves it!

Wonderful selection of pet toys, food, treats, bowls, etc. staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and patient when asking questions. They also have a dog wash station which is beyond helpful! My dogs don’t like water and don’t enjoy the groomers so this is a great way to bathe them without my entire home bathroom being destroyed!

Love the dog wash! We live out in the boonies, but we like to bring our puppy to the dog park for socialization every couple of weeks and then wash him at PSP on the way home. We tried other self-serve dog washes, but PSP's setup and shampoo/conditioner/deodorant are far superior and buying the 8 washes for $40 card makes it very affordable.

The staff is friendly! I love that they offer curbside pickup! Prior to finding Dr. Elsey’s cat litter at Pet Supplies Plus Portage, I had trouble finding that litter anywhere other than Amazon.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff.Inventory is limited for cat products. Dogs seem to be the priority like at most pet places. It's a shame I need to go online for a lot of stuff because I would give them more business if I could.

Great supply of cat, dog and fish needs. They have feeder mice, shrimp (jellyfish owners), superworms, wax worms, mealworms, and crickets (sm, med, lg). I went there a couple of days ago to re-up on lizard food and bought a 50 gallon tank (not the kit) on sale for $55, originally $109. I have saved alot of money using their store member card. If they don't have what you need there, they are more than willing to special order for you. Or you can just go on their website :)

I usually buy larger items like big dog food bags. Unbelievably easy and convenient for delivery. And their staff is very professional. They drive marked company vehicles, wear uniform shirts, and the stuff comes bagged. I think that is a nice to let customers know exactly who is pulling up. They even leave thank you notes!
