We came in and spent $82.15 buying things for local charity event. After purchasing everything and of course the dollar tree getting their money, they then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t use a car nor any bags to help carry things out. You have a customer who is buying 75 items in a shopping cart they should be able to push that cart out to the car. We do Visit the store several times as we are active in our local community and help with different events. We will change this when they change their policy.

This dollar tree was alright. It's got your typical items but I also noticed that it carried quite a few name brand things I hadn't seen in other stores, such as green edition by Maybelline lip sticks. Had other nice things as well. Just hope they do not continue raising prices, it's not really dollar tree when items are more than a dollar. However, they are either severely understaffed, or just do not take care of anything. There were numerous uboats in the aisles, items in disarray everywhere, and I could not find a basket for my items when I first entered. Found a random one but it should not be that difficult I don't think. Overall, decent products.

I love the Dollar Trees in Kalamazoo. They have so many different items. Even though the prices are now $1.25 you can't beat it! They have so many snacks and even frozen food items. Wide variety of items.

I would not say it's my favorite place in the world but it's an easy grab. I'm pretty sure the employees hate their jobs, except for one lady I see all the time.

One of the cashiers betty was her name, had a major attitude and was threw my bag of items qhen I told her I had to get my boyfriendto come pay for the items. When my boyfriend went in again she was rude. He complained to manager and they told him to leave. Terrible customer service

The store has a nice atmosphere and I was able to find most things with ease. Cashier was polite. Only issue I had was they were out of Haribo Cola gummies. You see, I havent been able to find Haribo Cola gummies in several weeks and its beginning to worry me (and no, I wont be satisfied with Starmix, because most the flavors in Starmix suck and there is usually on like 5 of the cola ones). Im not holding this against this specific Dollar Tree because I havent been able to find them at any store Ive been to recently, but I felt the need to let this all out in this review

Oh, I recommend this particular Dollar Tree over a bunch of the others. This store had real food items so that you could put together a meal. A, functional utility home isle and a big selection of useful items. This,is not a store full of useless junk. This is my New Favorite Dollar Tree and it's at least 10 miles from me...but worth every mile.

Love this store! Can't get out of there under $20. Always find more than i needed to but my only complaint is i just wish they had more craft stuff. Overall very friendly staff and have always been able to find what i went for.

Stocked up on candy snacks. Love the food selection and this location has lots of fairy homes/gnomes to display for every season.

It kind of smelt bad in there, a mix or oders but, I don't think it was the store itself .. There were sills on the floor but again,not sure it had to do with the store itself.. First time and last going to this Dollar tree tho.. Customer service was polite, appreciate that, hard to come by these days, even though its their job..

This Location Is Very Unorganized & Like A HUGE # Of Businesses In Kalamazoo They Do Not Have Enough all Employees To Fill The Shifts The Employees That Are There Are Overworked & Underpaid! There Was 1 Casher & A Busy Store. Most Of The Local Dollar Trees Have Been Closing At 6 For Lack Of Staff. Family Dollar & Five Below Are Following Suit So You Never Actually Know What Their Hours Of Operation Really Are!

If you try to get cash back for 50 they won't do it, even though they offer it, and you pay a service fee to do so. They need to take it down if they don't want to honor an advertised service. I spend money in here twice a week, plus get cash back. Not anymore.

They have some amazing finds I never thought I'd find for $1! Everything from car stuff to craft supplies to pharmacy to groceries ECT. I'd recommend that everyone take a look around this store if you haven't already, or even if you have! :)

Don't let the small size of the store fool you! It's packed with just about everything you can think of and then some! Management was helpful &friendly when I had a question as well as the lady that checked me out. I recommend this DT over any of the others in the area!

I love this dollar tree, unlike alot of dollar trees out there this one is clean and it has alot of stuff, it's bigger than most of them. Very courteous and polite and helpful workers. I love this store and recommend it to everyone

Pros: clean, well stocked shelves with great finds. Cons: it's just hard to only get what you came for without ending up with extras.

Still have pretty good selection of Christmas and shelves were pretty stocked and like most Dollar trees that we've been in of late the store is still a dollar.

Well I'm not allowed to go back do to the cashier Betty being very rude to me and my girlfriend I went in to pay for my girlfriend's items that you're very rude to me feeling my receipt across the counter I asked to speak to the manager I was complaining to the manager at the same time the cashier Betty was yelling at me and then I got kicked out and was told I would not allowed to come back to the store 👎

This dollar store is a quality one, all the staff is friendly and willing to help if needed. My experience here was great I would recommend this to anyone who is on a fixed budget or is in need of certain things.5/5
