Like visiting a store in a third world country. Shelves were empty, product we wanted was completely out of stock. Aisles blocked by debris and utility carts. It looked short staffed, but I am going to guess this is intentional and part of their business model.Just an absolute disaster. Even if I can save some money; I never want to visit a Dollar General again.

Evidently devoid of any semblance of organization or concern, this establishment is an absolute chaos, rendering it arduous to maneuver through cluttered aisles obstructed by stock-laden carts strewn across the floor. The employees exhibit a palpable disinterest in their work, mirroring the sentiments of disenchanted shoppers who reluctantly find themselves within these walls. It is a place that no soul willingly chooses to inhabit.

This store is never open, 75% of the time there is a paper sign on the door saying "closed til 5" or "closed for (today's date)I've never seen a DG as horribly ran as this one

The past 2 times I've tried to go there, you've been closed for some reason with a handmade sign on the door. If you need to "clean," do it after hours or before hours. Don't close your store without notice. Very frustrating.

Clean . I love the fact that the manager is down to earth. Friendly and very polite. oh, and that his hair is vibrantly colored, a great example of individuality and showing people the color of your hair doesn't determine your work ethics . I'm all for being who your are , standing out and that going against the current sometimes is a good thing. . All employees here have always been friendly, helpful, and checkout is always quick.

Manager is so helpful seems like anytime I go in (4-5 times a week) he's always there and a valuable speaking to guest, stocking, running cash just always busy. Wanted to give him a special shout he's so great. Wish I was better with names or I'd give you that.

The single employee was very friendly!These stores are apparently severely understaffed though and unable to put away deliveries, as all 3 locations around in this area have stacks of product crowding the floor isles every time I walk in.

The store was very clean, everything was stocked and organized, workers friendly with good customer service. They have reasonable prices and even have a whole aisle for $1 items. Workers mentioned there will be a sale for all clearance items this Friday. I would definitely recommend this location.

Just was in there on my lunch and waited forever to get helped and the older woman at the register was on her phone and telling customers to wait as she was in the middle of calling her family. Line was building and we could hear people in the office talking. Very rude and inconsiderate as most of the people there were on lunch breaks and had limited time.

This store is the most stocked and clean of all the dollar generals I visit around me. I noticed a newer employee that went above and beyond to help me find my needs so I could get out as quick as possible. The name on her name tag was Jessica. So thank you dollar general and Jessica for being so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

The store on Sprinkle Rd was a mess. The shelves were messy and at the end of every aisle they had big metal carts full of stuff to restock shelves. I've shopped other locations and they were much cleaner and not nearly so congested. I was surprised at the condition of this location as it's less than 5 yrs old.

New store and so awesome! Literally every time I go in there, I get lost and buy wwaayyy more than I went in for lol but I just can't get enough of it. And the convenience and ease is fantastic!!! Employees are friendly, fun and always helpful! The Dollar General is EXACTLY what was needed over here.

This is my hometown dollar general and I have to say all of the employees are absolutely wonderful! Huge props to the Manager Derek B. for maintaining a friendly & efficient dollar general! I really do like this store but something has changed. Now way worse than ever shelves not stocked but u-boats full of product that needs to be unloaded is blocking isles. Very obvious this location needs a lot more help!

Was told to shut up by employee when I asked a customer where her mask was. Very negative Trump kind of people at store. If your a good person you may want to skip this store.

This is the most pathetic store I have ever been in. The cashier sat in a chair that is for sale waiting for me to go to the register. When I did, she got up and brought her phone that she was on speaker phone and continued to talk while she was ringing me up. I will never go back to this piece of s*** store

Small, clean, relatively quick. Good place to pick up basic groceries, birthday cards and such when you don't want to deal with the traffic of a super store. Prices are pretty cheap.

I was shopping here last week early in the morning and a short brunette girl working there was making out with her tall hillbilly boyfriend ! Not appropriate and when I said I shouldn’t do that she said what and grabbed his pants like she was gunna rip them offf! I think her name is sheena

New store so nice in that regard. Fairly good selection of items. Often time isles are jammed with boxes. Some employees are quite helpful and friendly, some not so much.

Been going here since it opened then yesterday did cash back and got a counterfeit 20 dollar bill. Went back then one of the managers said that a customer told the cashier that I was a scammer. Why am I just hearing this as I been going here since it opened. Called the cops but I'm sure that 20 I will never get back. Just want to let everyone know to check your money when buying from this Dollar General.

Fix the dang parking lot pleaseeee. Where it is located, is sometimes impossible to get in and out of. They have outgrown their capacity on Portage rd. Dollar general is a solid, very necessary store in the hood. We support yall seriously! Make it easy for the city people, because we are definitely coming in to buy that wine (hidden secret) and everything else we don't need for cheap. We love y'all.
