We recently moved here and were not used to having our CVS inside of a store, but rather a free standing store of their own so we were a bit skeptical but have used CVS for our Rx for many years so we gave it a try. This location is wonderful! The staff and polite, kind and helpful and our Rx comes in a timely manner. We are very pleased.

I am so impressed with the improvements at this CVS. I have ben using it for the last 10 years, and until the last year or so, It has always been a pain to experience. Grump customers, long lines, and grump staff. Over the last year, they have hired competent and well traind staff. Even with many customers, they take care of peple quickly and efficiently. Well done CVS!

So RUDE and disrespectful! I came here the other night at 6:20pm when the pharmacy didn’t close until 7, and everything was shut down, ok fine. I then came to the pharmacy the following day after I got out of work, I stood in line while they helped the customer in front of me who was having trouble getting her prescription filled. Once it got to my turn the lady at the counter says “we’re closed for lunch”… like are you kidding? I stood in line for 10min and now you’re turning me away? All I needed to do was pick up a prescription and instead the staff member shrugs her shoulders and gives me a pathetic “sorry”. As I was walking away mumbling “that’s ridiculous” the pharmacist then decides to start running her mouth. If it wasn’t for my insurance making me go through CVS, I would never be back here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Going there is not pleasant. The tension projected by the employees is significant. I waited while an elderly person ahead of me was not treated they way I thought they should be. I had an appointment for a vaccine, went in and told the employee about my appointment, and she said and I’m paraphrasing, I don’t have anything for you, we lost power for 18 hours recently and the computer should not have allowed you to schedule an appointment, sorry. That was it, she just looked at me. This place is unbelievable, I’m done.

This is probably to worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. Really wish my insurance would allow me to go to somewhere else. They need to do a way better job at keeping prescriptions on hand. There is nothing new about shortages. Take responsibility and order ahead of time. They also need to do better with customer service and when another pharmacy does try and get a prescription released from them. Send the prescription. They also need a bell or something so people get helped at the windo sooner. Waited for almost 5 minutes. Made eye contact twice before she finally came over to help. I would give negative stares if it was possible

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY. THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE SHOWS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT OR WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!!!The pharmacist lied to me multiple times. When confronted in a lie he would say another one. They ignored the people waiting for five minutes and when I finally asked if someone could help in check out the woman was very rude. The other people in line commented on it. I understand being short stuffed, but acknowledge that you realize people are waiting and politely say you'll be with them as soon as you can. I have had multiple other bad experiences, but this was the worst. Never going back. Wish I could give zero stars.

Kierra is the absolute best. She helped get my medication filled quickly right when I needed. She had no problem taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I can’t say enough nice things about her.

The staff has always done right by me, helped me with my several different medications, been honest about wait times & helped me get my covid boosters, flu, & HPV vaccines.I started coming here because my UPS insurance only worked here but I've stayed because its a wonderful little pharmacy.Shout out to Karen for always being friendly & familiar when I'm there for pick ups. ❤

This pharmacy is definitely short staffed but they were able to still get me in and out in 5 minutes. They were very kind to the angry customer behind me no matter what he said. They are doing their absolute best and I appreciate it.

I witnessed one of the techs them lose a woman’s prescription while I was waiting in line. The same woman rung my prescriptions up and very loudly told all of the patrons in line what I was picking up. Not exactly information I want to share with people. However, there is one tech (also a woman) that is always wonderful to me. Very apologetic and understanding. And their pharmacist is quite pleasant. I just will be using a different pharmacy from this point forward.

If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO STAR I would. A bunch of incompetent pharmacy techs working there. They put my prescriptions on auto refill and I did not want it. I asked them to remove it. Didn't happen. Three times I ask them and they again today, I get a text saying my prescriptions are ready for pick-u and I never requested them for refill. Called them and ask for the manager and Sam basically refused to let me speak to her before he said he had fixed the issue. Hummmm, not sure to believe him since I have been told that three other times. I will be transferring my service to Walgreens!

Get on the same page! I went there THURSDAY to fill a prescription. I went under new insurance that had IT'S own prescription card I wasn't aware of. No big deal. The pharmacist tells me I can call back with the information once I get it. It is SATURDAY and this pharmacist won't let me just give the information until I go to the pharmacy. I'm still getting texts saying I can just update my information by calling. We are a one-car household after mine broke down so I am very limited in available time and desperately need my medication.

I’ve been a long-time CVS customer. This is the worst location I’ve ever worked with. There is generally a long wait no matter the time of day. All three times I have tried to save myself a trip and accomplish something over the phone, it was screwed up. There is a serious under-staffing issue here. Some of the staff are kind and helpful, but others seem overwhelmed and are not pleasant. It’s an overall frustrating experience.

Hire more people. The two employees there were swamped but seemed to handle it well enough. The older lady who mostly handled the register was GREAT! Super helpful, informative & sympathetic.

Very good staff that works hard under poor conditions. I've never had a single issue there that was their fault, and even when it isn't, they will facilitate a solution. Just like anywhere else that has over-worked, stressed out employees with poor resources, if you are respectful and reasonable, they will go out of their way to help you. Five star crew, two star company. Thank you CVS-Westnedge-Target Team.

It's always funny when I go here. Last time they changed my prescription by themselves to 4mg of "med" from 6mg. The last time I picked up it was 6mg why would it now be 4mg with no doctor visit in between?

The pharmacist told me they did not have my prescription and gave me a partial(3 day) supply. After 3 days I went to pick up the rest and he said they still had not received the order. I explained that I needed my BP medication and had not taken it because I was waiting to pick it up. He responded that there was ‘ nothing he could do’. I suggested that he transfer the prescription and he responded that it was ‘illegal’ to transfer the BP medication to another pharmacy!Most people know that this behavior is a no no! It puts patients lives at risk. It will be beneficial to the public to have Pharmacists that care about patients lives! I give this particular CVS pharmacy in Target on Westnedge Rd a negative 👎 for patient care and misleading the public!

The service is horrible, not enough employees! They said my RX would be ready after 11:00 am it’s now 4:45pm and it’s not ready! A half hour and there’s only “2 of us here now” I can’t wait to transfer my prescriptions! But my Ins says this is a preferred pharmacy!!! And you have to go in and walk to the back of the store(Target) to the pharmacy! Bad Management!! Save money somewhere else CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT!!

Terrible hours always a long wait regardless of the day. Poor customer service almost every time. It seems rudeness is the major requirement in order for a person to work there. They are out of stock usually of the items prescribed. They don't stand behind their work or products. I once had a defective emergency inhaler even though I went back hours after receiving it they refused to exchange it. I was forced to call the Dr to write a new script to go to another pharmacy. Go anywhere but there for your prescription .

Seriously such a slow place to get your prescriptions!! My order onlwas There'ssent yin in the morning and they didn't even fill it till I called!! Then I go there an hour later after they say 30_45 minutes and they say another half hour!! Only two people usually and one is off hiding somewhere. Line is always ridiculously long and half the time they don't even have your prescription that is needed. Seriously Do NOT Recommend getting meds here!!!! AWFUL

I used to love this pharmacy when it was just Target. Now that it is CVS the staff has changed and there is no manager assigned to this location. These people check in and check out to get a paycheck and that's it. They don't care about the customers at all. I have waited two days for my script only to find out there is none in stock and nobody ordered it...but was told yesterday it would be ready today.

Came on three separate occasions to get a flu shot. All different days and times. All three times they “weren’t doing flu shots.” Finally asked when they do them and came back a fourth time when I was told they would be doing them. Once again they are NOT. Also, each of the four times I had to wait in line 10 plus minutes to find out they couldn’t help me. Utterly ridiculous. If I could write a review with no stars I would.

This place is horrible! Scripts got called in around 1pm. I waited all day for notification saying they were ready, which I never received. So I called and of course they didn't have them ready. Called the next morning for them to tell me that, again, they don't have them ready, for me to wait a few hours for them to get the meds ready. So all this time, they couldn't fill one of the seven scripts!?! What a joke. And this happens all the time here. I hate that we are stuck dealing with CVS and can't go elsewhere. If you have the choice to go somewhere else, do it!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Poor communication, never followed up with the customers, took 4 days to fill in a generic med. No accountability whatsoever. Do not come here if you need your meds right away.

Customer service is awful and you will be given misinformation or a trite answer. The staff is not knowledgeable about billing, insurance, or medication options. If you can get through to the pharmacy they will just hang up the phone. Ridiculous.

Out of common meds all the time. Tried to transfer to another pharmacy and they gave me a hard time. Certain medications need to be dispensed in a timely manner. If you can't take your job seriously then get out of it.

Not a big fan of the CVS Target pharmacy buy-out. I have had a few issues with CVS. The employees don't seem to give 2 cents. I stand in front of the counter for 5-7 minutes with no one in front of me before I am greeted.
