I was hoping that they would be able to exchange some vape cartridges that I was having trouble with. They pulled up my receipt and unfortunately I had purchased the products too long ago for them to be able to do anything for me. But they were very nice about it and I understood perfectly about their policies. If I had tried to return them sooner, they would have been happy to assist me. I wasn't aware of the policy but I will keep it in mind for future purchases. Ricky was very nice and professional and pleasant to talk to.

I have gone to this facility since it bore a different name and it was originally opened. Every visit has been a positive one. Since the change, I have found the staff to be as warm, welcoming and informed as in the past. Keep up the great work!

This is the best dispensary, prices are cheap I can usually get a $3g of flower or a 1g cart for less then $10. The people are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Armunde is the greatest person to have ever lived. Sold me weed and fixed 2 flat tires on my car in negative 3 degree weather. Then gave me 5 dollars for gas to make sure I made it home. Thank you Armunde. Forever grateful 🙏

Excellent service! Helped me get what I wanted on a budget and was very patient with me. Being on the spectrum it’s a fine line between needing some extra help and being patronized, George did a perfect A+ job. (I would consider this the most ASD friendly place in the area as long as you’re okay with music, which I happen to love. All the other places seem to really blast the music so in comparison I’d consider this place the quietest anyway). Thank you George and all the great staff, I have always been treated fairly and with respect at the Outlet and I can’t thank you all enough.

Wow!!!! I felt like a kid leaving a candy store.Ivie is the girl you need to see; she knows her sh*t and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! I’ve never been a fan of edibles, but she knew just what would change my mind- the Bubblegum Gelato flavored Gyman THC Gummies are DELICIOUS 🤤, as well as the MKX Lime & Green Apple flavors- which are all high doses bc Ivie just✨ understood✨ -My boyfriend and I are so excited to try the popcorn and the moonrock once we’re back in Texas- where this dispensary will ALWAYS be recommended to friends who plan on visiting Kalamazoo! 🤠
