Purchased a new riding lawn tractor and picked up the unit at the drive through. The associate at the drive through was friendly and helpful and we loaded up the tractor and I was on my way. After I got home I went to unload the new lawn tractor and noticed that there was no ignition keys. So...now I'm going to need to drive 20 miles one way to pick up the keys because the customer service department said that it would be too costly to sent it. I don't recommend that store!

went through the drive through to pick up a generator, The two young men who loaded it into the backseat of my mercedes were very nice and went above the call of duty as this was very heavy lifting. I was very grateful for there good service. I wasnt aware of how heavy those things are and i show up with a too little of a car also. Thank you guys in the drive through dept, RBjr

First time I went to Blains was 3 years ago. Very clean and great products. I went back a month ago, still the same! The manager at the service center is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and knows everything about cars. I got all 4 tires replaced and living in Green Bay, Wisconsin during the first storm they were amazing and I’ve had no issues!! I highly recommend the Service Center over Uncle Ed’s, Discount Tire, and some dealerships. Thank You!!!

Great store! We were just driving by and my husband needed something he thought he'd be able to get there so we stopped in and were very surprised at how large it is and how much stuff they carry! We walked around a lot, got what he was wanting and more. We'll be back for sure - very convenient location and easy to get to.

I've only been to Blain's three or four times, and it's a great store with a fantastic selection, but... Two out of the three, I have been overcharged st the cash register. I tend to make buying decisions based on sale prices shown on the shelf tags/endcap displays. Seems the staff is 'a little slow' to take down old, previous sale tags! I was overcharged once for nuts and once for horse feed. Great place, but keep your eye on the prices you are actually charged at the check-out. (In both cases, I was refunded the difference at the service desk.)

Blaine's is my go-to place when I need a good deal. Our new space heater is keeping us cozy during these negative temperatures. P.S. They also have a stellar snack/candy section for the munchies.

They have a very wide variety of goods at Blain's, so it's a little difficult to review it overall, but it's clean and well organized. They often have the supplies we need for cats, dogs, and horses.

Very nice store with a wide variety of things for your home inside and out. Yard tools , garage tools, you name it they have most of it. Definitely a good place to go for variety.

I went to Blains for 2 items i can only get there and it's a 30 min. drive. I am disabled and can't walk without extreme pain. I arrived on Monday afternoon. The 2 handicap parking was full. A very nice young man offered to get a motorized cart for me. I made it way to the back of the store where women's items were. The cart died. Had to hobble all the way to the front where 2 other motorized carts were. Both unplugged and were unopperable due to not being plugged in. I went to customer service. Woman was uninterested tho asked me if I could wait she would get a manager. I said no couldn't continue. By that time I was exhausted in pain and had to leave without being able to continue shopping wasting gas money and time. I had good experiences in past but this time was very disappointing.

The staff there are little to no help whatsoever or have an attitude of "why are you bothering me" and waved in the general direction of my items I needed. So rude. I don't think I'll be back for a really LONG time.

Just got my cars ball joints, tie rods, steering idler arm all replaced. Was told I needed to get all these replaced before I got an alignment and they were right and they did a great job doing all this. HOWEVER, this place is very very corporate. I first go in just to get my alignment then the guy calls me within 30 min saying they can’t do any of it until they replace ball joints, tie rods, steering idler arm. Quoted me at $1173 and I figured it out to get the money to pay it and I was happy to pay this to get my car running. But then I pull up to pay and then Nick tells me “oh wait we forgot to add some parts” telling me it’s now going to be $1350. He sees that I’m frustrated and I ask for $1300 since he quoted me lower and we both agreed. They get my car and work on it the whole next day. In the middle of the day they call me again saying they forgot two bolts they needed to charge me so it’s going to be an extra $78(I have a feeling they did this because they just wanted that $50 I asked for off) . But I had just earned rewards of $120 and was told I could use the points on the 2nd so I ain’t tripping at all. Comes February 2nd and I come to pay, keep in mind I have already paid for everything to be replaced and the alignment ($1300). I go up to the counter thinking I can use my points because that’s what the mechanic said but then when I ask they tell me “no you’re going to have to wait until the 8th” so then I could ask if they could work with me to where I can have them hold my vouchers so that I can just pay it on the 8th rather than pulling another $78 I don’t have. It would’ve really helped me and I probably would come back but instead these guys tell me they would have to hold my car until the 8th if I wanted to do that. You really think I’m not going to come back and pay the $78 after paying $1300?!?! Come on as a business, you work with people to make them happy , especially when you know they aren’t lying. I would’ve done whatever to work it out and come back. But I will never be back and I will spread the word.

Pick-up has gone way downhill. The young lady who waited on me literally said nothing. She just stood there glaring until I gave her my name and then walked away. Also, all my items reeked of perfume and not the nice smelling perfume. Stunk up my whole car.

Overall they normally have what I need and great service. 4 stars only because this last time I called to verify parts in stock, had to repeat myself multiple times, said one in stock. Drive in to get it and the parts guy had the wrong lawn tractor belt. When he went to look again had to repeat myself many times again and then even hand him my phone to look at it. Needless to say it was not in stock.

This is the place with the lowest priced Pickled Quail Eggs. No farm stand, Amish store, farmers market, etc. sells them close to this price. All of these places order from the same Texas company and pay to have their name on the label.
