Little bit of everything. Some unique and interesting stuffNot as cheap as you would expect it to be with the exception of their furniture such as couches , chairs, beds and mattresses however you get what you pay for.The store is not well organized and items in the center look like they are haphazardly put there. Doesn't seem to be a lot of staff. Hard to walk around summer furniture as well to know what prices are.

Although the products appeared to be of adequate quality for what we needed, we could not find anyone to help us with what would have been a sizable purchase. People approached, said they would find someone to help, but it never happened.

About 3 week back as I was at work next door. I look out the window as a cart rolled across the parking lot into my mustang. So I made a report and still have not been contacted.So tonight I stop in to see what the update was. Well the manager HEATHER was very rude and dismissive. Then she mumbles a very rude remark as she turned her back on me and walked away. (she was also very rude to another lady because she thought she was with me.) is that who you guys want representing your business?Terrible customer service, and I would like something done about my vehicle?

I used to go to this store a lot in its previous location. I went through the entire store and didn't buy anything on black Friday. The prices are not what they used to be, I didn't find a single gift or bargain.

Been awhile since I was here. You will find furniture, bedding, mattresses, some eletronics,tools and much more they get a lot of stuff from closeout and stores going out of business.

It was a pretty good shopping experience. Prices were a little bit higher than I was expecting but over all okay. The store I was at in Portage, MI is huge. Good inventory of things.

I visit this location fairly often. I was there on 12/28/21 and Tasha M. rang up my purchases. She was super sweet & nice. Very friendly and was on it. There were two other women there at a register, looking at a binder and just minding their own business but not jumping in to help their fellow coworker. I waited in line as they stood there talking, while Tasha M. helped all of the customers waiting in the line. I thought it was very unhelpful of the other two women to just stand there, and not help her. There’s no “I” in teamwork. As far as Tasha M. is concerned, she should get recognition for her hard work and friendly attitude and outgoing personality. Thank you Tasha M. you are wonderful! Don’t let anyone dull your shine! ✨

Unsure what is going on with the sales associates. It seems like they want to avoid customers OR are understaffed at the moment! We want to buy a couch but it seems like no one is working the furniture retail currently.One person we tried to get the attention of was busy with something else.I hope the workers here are okay with whatever is happening. Maybe hire some more people to assist with medium traffic periods. 7/17 2pm

Deb saw me with things in my arms, and got a cart for me....and checked a price on an untagged item. And because of her I bought what I bought. So hopefully she is recognized. But it's still a great store ...the people that work there just make it better. Thanks Deb!!

Despite the overall old-fashioned and desolate appearance of the outside of the store, the inside is surprisingly nice! The employees were all friendly, the store was clean, and I'd definitely shop there again. Only giving four stars because of the outward appearance. A new sign and freshening up could work wonders!

Their prices have gone way up. Looked for prices for sheets and blankets, as well as curtains and decorations. Since I have been shopping for these items at local stores, I found I can get them for the same price, even a little less, at other local stores. I was disappointed and walked out with just a couple food items.

Associates were friendly and helpful. Purchased a daybed and found that some finishing pieces were missing. The store took them out of another box and gave them to me, so I wouldn't have to repack it to return to the store, and get another. Great price. I'll shop the a lot more.

the move was way better. this store looks great and has more of a furniture store feel with a mini grocery. big lots always has good deals with financing. location is what this store needed and a good change

Probably won't go back, I know prices are higher these days, but there are no savings there, prices are higher then Meijers and other store. They have taken price hiking to a whole new level.

You gotta go!! Major upgrade from the last time I was at one!! Very clean, little bit of everything. Some really nice stuff actually!! Good prices too!! Clerks etc were kind and helpful!!
