They need more people in the pharmacy, they don’t have two lanes so the driveway is always slow.. try to go in and 9/10 times it’s the same person running drive though and the inside pick up switching from one to the other. You need more people, store is kinda grungyThe store staff is always nice, but the staff inside the pharmacy is something else. They’re not friendly, rude and very short. I honestly recommend switching. We have a family of 6 and now have a new pharmacy. I think it’s time for Walgreens to go unfortunately

I get my RX here, but that's it. The prices at Walgreens aren't competitive with anywhere. If a bag of Twizzlers is 2.95 at Kroger, than it 5.95 here. No thanks!

The overall store is fine and the lady I talked to at the pharmacy when I went in was very nice. But when I called regarding my prescription a few days ago, a man answered and proceeded to be disrespectful and judgmental, and then told me my prescription was actually being held at another store. So I went to that other location (about 15 min out of the way from where I live) AND had to wait for them to get back from their lunch break only for them to tell me that it was, after all, at this 10TH st location! So not only was he incredibly rude but he also sent me out of my way for something that could’ve easily been prevented since it was in his pharmacy after all. If you’re going to treat your customers so poorly then maybe find a job not working with the public.

I just moved here and doctor put in my sons Ritalin script on July 13th and still haven’t received it??? I’ve called and been to the store three times! Now summer school issues as he can not focus without it! Never had these problems in Dundee and they ordered and had it within two days. Sad that they say it should be on order but I don’t know! I guess I’ll be switching to cvs

After a family member declined new prescriptions due to her confusion I had to return here to talk to the pharmacist and staff. They were absolutely wonderful and understood my family member had just gotten out of the hospital after a lengthy stay. They explained the new meds prescribed, filled them promptly and I was on my way. Thanks so much to pharmacy staff Kris and Jake, you guys are doing an excellent job. Also the girl who checked me out was great too!

So this store has a really great crew and I've had two employees help me with purchases, I was short a few bucks both times and both cashier's paid and I am more then grateful for that!To the young lady with the Chinese face tattoo, I appreciate you being so kind to me yesterday and to Sarah, you are an amazing employee and I love talking to you everytime I come in there!

I have been going through Walgreens since I was a child, I knew them so well I even stayed with them when I moved out of town, and today I have cancelled my service. The past 3 months they have been late with my prescriptions. This month they said they had an "insurance issue", when I called to resolve the issue the woman on the other end was BEYOND rude. If you can't be polite to your customers, get out of customer service.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru pharmacy! The employee was rude from the start and would not accept my insurance card even though I have used it countless times to pick up prescriptions. After I told her to please give me my card back, she stormed off. I called the doctor's office after my encounter and she said that she has never heard of that happening! I switched to Rite Aid and picked up my prescription with no issues. That Walgreens employee needs to be fired ASAP!

Pharmacy staff ALWAYS making mistakes, and getting things wrong, ALWAYS!!!!! CONSTANTLY saying one thing and saying they didn't, or doing another it's very frustrating to say the least and 4 out of 5 staff members have ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE attitudes!!!!!! And don't even get me started about how long wait time is to fill a prescription is SO RIDICULOUS TOO!! Some of the most rudest people at the pharmacy section. They are extremely slow, have messed up on our medicines countless times, have rushed us off the phone countless times, and almost always have attitudes aside from one of the employees there. Too bad we don't deal with him too often. Out of the big chain pharmacies on the South end of Port Huron, CVS is the most friendly one we have dealt with. I am appalled by the way we get treated here and at Rite Aid

Pharmacist was extremely rude to my wife and would not fill her seizure medication because it was ripped. I can understand why, but he was really unprofessional and made my wife feel out of place. I feel bad for his co-workers, they probably have to feel his wrath all day.

I received a text notification about a prescription and it said to CALL THE PHARMACY, I called and Shelly acted like I interrupted her personal time with her cats or something. Honestly, don’t take a job that’s 95% customer service if you don’t want to help customers.

Always ordered online and had those boxes shipped to my cousin's place. Awesome. Anyway, tired from my appointment, I ordered food then i went into walgreens. Starving I purchased a snack bar. my friends would wait for me. My other friends lived on the block. Unfortunately I was already snacking on a tiny bag of chips. my apologizes. I was at the checkout counter and the cashier asked If I had a Walgreens card. She explained what I would get if I signed up. Excited I said yes. She asked for my phone number and she typed it into the stores computer. The cashier said that wasn't my phone or number and that it belong to some guy (she said his name). Same guy I filed a police report on for stealing from me and bragging about it. I explained to the cashier that I signed up for that phone. It was shipped to my place. I pay for the extras. that number I have made hundreds of calls to my family, mentors, banking, officers, retired military, universitys, and those calls was made to me. it goes everywhere as my second number. then the cashier told me that once I gave the number. She actually said, with a crowd of people now listening, she said, it's not like anyone is gonna wanna call the number, or u 😥. Then she gives the same attitude about my name. Like it was stolen. She couldn't believe that's my name. I have birth certificates, driver's license, SSN number and card. Omg I have gone through countless judges-attorneys and not one of them insulted me over my name. not one of them doubted my name. it's okay though, for this Walgreen's cashier who had to be 52, to insult the hell out of me. I spent the whole evening crying.

Don't bring your Fed Ex to this location. After taking my package, they couldn't tell me if Fed Ex had arrived. I had to stand in line to find that info, then I was called out of line. The person that took my package handed it back claiming they don't take samples. No notes about that anywhere. Bad attitude. Bad service.

I have been waiting 2 weeks to get my prescription filled and they called me today on 11-7-18 and told me my prescription was ready for pick up and I even got a text message just to go there and find out my prescriptions was not completely filled right after they told me it was. I will never return to this store due to the rude and unprofessional quality of the staff at the pharmacy. If I could give 2 thumbs down I would. Rite Aid here I come.

Refill medication not needed.Allowed me to run out of seizure meds.The worst pharmacy I ever tried to see being close to home.I returned to my pharmacy I had before and had my seizure meds next day by mail to my door. I had nothing.Now I jeek getting calls to pick up my prescription.To late over a mth now.Happy to see some good comments.I bet not many scripts to fill.Don't know how to.

Pharmacy staff are rude including the pharmacist. You have to wait about 15 minutes usually to find out they don't have your prescription in. The pharmacist threatened to call my Dr if I didn't fill evey script, we which I didn't need. Yes he extorted me. Avoid this particular dump at all cost.

I had a very bad photo experience where they sent me to a different store after waiting 10 days for my photos to come into theres cause they claimed they didnt have my photos and then when I drive all the way to the other store that they sent me to. they said I didnt have it only to find out it was actually at the original store (in port huron) i dont feel i was valued as a customer and i certainly wasnt respected enough to even get an apology all I got was an excuse. "Oh I thought... blah blah blah" I wasted a good 45 minutes going on their scavenger hunt when my photos were in their store where I originally ordered them.

This Walgreens just refuses to fix it’s photo kiosk. I need to make a copy of a photo and this is the third time I have came in this store and it’s “out of order”. Come on, get it together Port Huron Walgreens, that’s ridiculous.
