This place never fails! Consistently providing beautiful arrangements time and time again. Whether I'm the one ordering for a delivery, receiving a delivery, or just stopping in for something to brighten up the house...they never let my family dawn. We've thrown some challenges at them too...my daughters cheer competition, my cousins last minute wedding when her florist couldn't produce what she was looking for, or when my husband needs to apologize lol... they really are the one stop flower shop! Thank you Vince, Jessica, and team! From my crazy little family to yours, we appreciate you. And, the shop looks so cute right now! Everyone should stop in for Valentine's Day! this flower shop goes above and beyond expectations. i’ve received multiple arrangements from them and they never fail to amaze me! customer service has been great and made things easy considering i’ve used them plenty of times to send flowers on many occasions for various purposes! these are my favorite arrangements i’ve received myself! awesome service and awesome arrangements highly recommend for any occasion!!

We ordered flowers for a last minute event and want to say they were the prettiest and freshest flowers I have seen come from a florist in a very long time. Whoever at the shop who put this together more than out did themselves. Everyone at the memorial love them as well. Thanks so much for making our event perfect. All I was looking for was a nice plant in a wicker basket for my aunts funeral so that one of her children could take it home with them. I spoke with Judy at the flower niche and told her I wanted the green emerald basket and I have attached pictures of what I was supposed to receive and what they actually sent to the funeral home. Although what they sent was all right, it was nothing even remotely close to what I had asked for. I did contact the flower niche by email and attach these pictures as well but never heard a thing from them. I guess lesson learned go back to Ullenbruch’s where you always get what you order.

I called to order a plant for my aunt's funeral and spoke with Judy at The Flower Niche. I told her I wanted the Teleflora's Lush Leaves Pothos Plant that was on their website. I specifically mentioned that I wanted only a pothos because it is the only thing I was able to keep alive from my own father's funeral from more than a decade ago. I have attached pictures of what I was supposed to receive and what they actually sent to the funeral home. I have had many people tell me how lovely it was, but it is not what I asked for. I assumed I would get a planter like what is shown on the website. Instead I got a wicker basket. I did not ask for any carnations or butterflies in it. My name was also spelled wrong on the card, even though I spelled it for her to which she laughed and said she almost spelled it ending with an “i”, which she ended up doing anyway. She asked my price point. I said $40. I was charged $51.39. Not sure if there was a delivery fee as nothing was quoted to me. Not a great experience.

My wife and I chose the Flower Niche for our wedding after the incredible attention to detail and honest passion shown in our first consultation with Alexis. We sat with every florist in town and no one got NEAR the passion, excitement, and expertise that Alexis showed about our upcoming wedding in that 30 minute meeting.The following weeks featured Alexis reaching out regularly to make sure what she was planning was on our radar and up to our expectations. On the day of the wedding Alexis went above and beyond with setting up décor, helping the groomsmen with boutonnieres, and even fixing a spray rose on-the-fly, essentially SAVING our wedding as we knew it!As long as I'm in Port Huron or the surrounding area I won't use any other florist. The way Alexis made my wife and I feel like the only customers in the world was an experience I won't soon forget, and the whole crew at the Flower Niche deserve recognition for their expertise and customer service. Five stars!

Rude, unprofessional. I ordered a succulent plant for a friend who recently lost a family member. I paid for expedited delivery. The delivery person arrived to the home of my friend and no one was home. So she called me to tell me "the door is bolted shut" because yes people tend to lock their door when they are not home. I then told her that she could just leave it on the step as my friend wasn't going to be gone long. She refused and did not deliver. Despite the fact that I'm the one who paid for the thing! I then called the shop directly to get it figured out. And the owner was extremely rude while I stayed calm and polite. She agreed to try the delivery again in a hour. Three hours go by and my friend who has been watching her door for them ever since says they never arrived and she now has to go to work. What is the point in offering delivery if you don't plan to actually do it? If you need a person to be home everytime you deliver something then you shouldn't bother offering it as a service. Its not a pizza! This was my mistake thinking I was saving money not using the better Florist in the area.Update a man from this business just called me to "explain things to me." I was NOT as nice to him. I have canceled my order with them and placed one else where. And they are still texting me now after I have stated I do not want to discuss it any further.

I've gotta say how impressed I am at the quickness and greatness this business is... I ordered flowers Halloween day for a friend who had lost her dad.. the flower shop didn't even open until 9am and by 1030am the flowers had been delivered and were absolutely beautiful!! Definitely recommend!

We ordered 4 bouquets for our wedding. With the store being closed on Saturdays we picked up the flowers on Friday. By Saturday morning, the day of our wedding, the flowers were so wilted and unusable. We contacted the florist who personally made them only to be met with rudeness and hostility. Then we spoke to the owner of the flower niche who was equally as rude and accused us of being liars, stating that she has pictures from the day of our wedding, and the flowers lasted 5 days, and then proceeded to hang up on us.There's no way they have pictures from the day of when we had picked up the order the day before. It's absolutely appalling how rude these people have been to us. Take your business elsewhere because they will give you a product that won't last and will refuse to refund you.

Words can't express my gratitude towards these guys for a funeral arrangement that went sour from Avas flowers. The silk flowers I ordered are lovely....Good match for what I wanted....A bit more costly than I had imagined but, I had not asked them the cost...so that's on me.....I am having them do another silk arrangement and I am buying the flowers elsewhere.....some of the silk flowers are very costly and hard to locate....Ordered 1 type of flower online.......I am very happy with this first arrangement.....Added my 2nd Silk Flwer Arrangement

I have to say I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase after reading some of the previous reviews, but WOW! I was pleasantly suprised...needed some flowers for my office, stopped in and met with the new owners. Super personable and eager to help make just right arrangement for me. IMO those with poor reviews should give this little shop another chance... you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday, told them her favorite color, that we needed it "pet friendly" and price range. The arrangement was fantastic, my wife said it was probably the prettiest flowers she has ever recieved. I will definitely return in the future.

I ordered a holiday arrangement Thursday night. It was delivered to my mother the next day during the snow storm. It was beautiful with vibrant red and white colors. My mother said the driver called when she got to the house and was amazing. I highly recommend this company. They even hand wrote my note instead of a print out. Can't wait for Valentines Day!
