I have been using this pharmacy on Pine Grove for many years. Always received the best service. Over the last few months, they have not had my dosage of my prescription in. For multiple prescriptions. The pharmacist seemed angry when I phoned in that I hadn’t heard that my prescription was filled. He told me to fill elsewhere as the medicine I needed hasn’t been in stock for 30 days. I’ve always been polite. The service had really gone downhill. Disappointing that the pharmacy has gotten this bad.

Nice Ride Aid. Right near the border with Canada. Amy was our cashier, she was very polite and helpful and upbeat. The only con was the drink cooler was broken. Otherwise, a good experience.

literally just had the worst experience calling this place to get my refills on a drop off THEY lost. they hung up on me and ignored my calls seven times because they said on the 8th call there was "nothing they could do for me". I already spoke to my hospital who said to have them call them, but did they give me the chance to relay this? no. instead, they gave me more grief. and when I called back upset and angry, I get sarcasm and mockery. this place is a joke. I will be getting the name of that pharmacist and getting her reported. be more professional. working the 10:30am shift on a Wednesday 3/22

This is an absolutely terrible Pharmacy and Pharmacist. I called for 35 minutes straight to ask the Pharmacist if a prescription was called in, there was no answer. Then I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said they are understaffed and there was NOBODY helping in the Pharmacy. I gave him my info and he said the Pharmacist wouldcall back. She never did. I went there in person there was no line, i asked the pharmacist if my script was called in she answered in 30 seconds. They are lazy and incompetent. There was also a Pharmacy Tech there helping.

Came in for a walk-in vaccine and when I told the girl at the window she huffed and gave me an attitude.. made me feel like an inconvenience… Giving two stars beause the pharmacist himself was very professional and nice.

Sean may benefit from additional customer service training. Picking fights with friendly customers about which register is open and what type of soda they chose, not professional or necessary. Hope his day got better.

We just came home from there we are in there multiple times daily and most times are good but tonight dec. 7 2017 8.30pm we had a small order and 2 customers in line ahead of us...the cashier was not one we see very often and I wish they would move her to a different area..she was very slow...it seems she needs manager assistance constantly...there were many problems and we had a cab waiting outside for a half hour...the cashier cost us wait time for the cab and i am handicapped and had to stand with my walker...very painful and annoying experience

4-20-17 My wife has BOTH Medicare D and CHAMPVA for Rx Insurance. On multiple occasions they forget to bill the CHAMPVA. She shouldn't have any copay on any RXs.5-12-21 Since my review 4 years ago, they have really cleaned up their act on insurance billing. I am upgrading them to 4 stars because they generally have it right most of the time and when they mess it up they do fix it.

Don’t bother coming here for a Covid test. Scheduled an appointment and waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me the guy in front of me got the last test? What’s the point of having an appointment then??

Nevermind I did give it 4 stars I just called and apparently the store is open 24hrs the PHARMACY is only open till midnight but that is still better than anywhere else...nobody seems to care if you get sick at night...wth??? I don't get it? Why do they lose so early?😭

Very rude and slow service 9/17/2017 on the 3 time returning to pick up the prescription witch was over 3 hours from droping it off with being told its going to be a hour we had the lady at the window roll her eyes and then after we called her out for being rude she yelled at us as i pulled awayAnd we will be reaching out to uper management to make sure this issue never happens again
