I deleted my last post because I finally got a text saying my medication was ready I do not abuse my medication unfortunately there are people out there that do abuse opioids and that's a shame and kind of bad for people who really do need medication for pain I do like Rite Aid and the workers it's just that one guy when I asked around about time he's like I don't know I don't know you'll have to call back I'll get to it when I get to it he said and hung up I just thought it was rude the other workers keep up the good work!

I work out of town a lot. My prescriptions were scheduled to where I could set my work schedule around them. Now it seems my prescriptions will be filled when ever they feel like it. Had to miss 3 days of work because my regular pick up day was moved with out informing me of the change.

This has been my first choice in prescription for many years. They seem to have some good pharmacist year after year and assistants working there are great. The last two years have been better than ever before when focusing on the pharmacy assistants. A couple of years ago I noticed the parking lot lights were not on at night. I ended up contacting corporate and received a phone call back from them indicating that they would get that resolved. A few days later they have a well-lighted parking lot. As a guy it is not that big of a deal, but no lady should have to walk through a dark parking lot leaving work. Anyways Kudo RiteAid keep up the good work.

I moved to this area and stopped by to fill my prescription. I was informed my insurance isn't accepted at rite aid. The pharmacist welcomed me to the area and continued to be professional and polite even after we discovered I won't be able to shop here. If my insurance ever changes I will be back. Maybe people are just more friendly in this state but I wasn't expecting that.

EDIT: I have to come back and leave a special compliment for miss Brenda in the pharmacy. Not only is she always kind and helpful, she always takes the time to answer all of my dumb questions without hesitation. I never feel like a bother when Brenda is assisting me which is more than I can say for the other pharmacy staff in the area.I can only speak to the quality of the pharmacy staff at this location. I changed pharmacies from Walgreens on 10th because the pharmacy staff at Walgreens were extremely rude. Now that I am at Rite Aid I am treated with respect and concern every time I speak with the staff. I am so happy I changed to this Rite Aid for my medications. They are always prompt and friendly. Thank you Rite Aid pharmacy staff! You have restored my faith in customer service.

This pharmacy is by the far the rudest I have ever dealt with. There is no talking to them, on the phone or in store. On the phone, they keep saying bye as I am trying to talk and ask questions. They always have an attitude and never fill requests like putting something on autofill. They always mess up such as not charging the insurance for the medicine and then they take a long time when I notice it to go back and put it through them. As long as a different pharmacy will take my family's insurance, I will never return to this place to get any medications filled unless it is in a different town where they actually treat their customers with respect.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. I switched from Marysville location several years ago and have been very happy. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!!

Argued with staff in pharmacy over my covid test. I had a confirmed email proving my appt but they just wanted to literally point fingers at me through window and argue sbout it. Honestly I wouldn't of trusted them with my test anyway by the way they carried themselves today. Trashy place

It's a Rite Aid! Lol!! Nice and clean store with very helpful pharmacists! Nice employees all the way through!! I like how this store is no longer laid out sideways but back to normal of horizontal lines to ship in. You are not zig zagging around anymore. Good!! Lol!

HORRIBLE service by the pharmacy. Called multiple times, when I finally got through to a person I was rushed through the call and my questions were not answered clearly and in full. When I called back later I was told to “call back” when another associate could be in. I had a hospital issued prescription for pain and now I sit as I wait longer and take more ibuprofen. This is my first time using Rite Aid and will also be my last.

I am very frustrated and unhappy with the service at this pharmacy, they areExtremely disorganized and unhelpful. I've even been given the wrong medication and I don't take that lightly. carelessness like that could cost someone their life.

Web says they are open until 10pm we pulled into the parking lot at 9:10 and guess what. Closed up tight. Not good when your sick

Pharmacy takes too long to fill scripts and many times has to order few days. Isles blocked. Have to walk around for cashier to check out. Not enough staff
