I try so hard to be nice to everyone especially since I understand what it is like working in retail. However, this is not the first, second or thirds time but it's the fourth now that when I try to get balloons they don't want to do it. The first two times they said they were out of helium. The third the girl was so busy and said she didn't have time to air up any balloons right now. This time for my daughters birthday the girl kept saying "were out of that balloon, were out of that one" every number I read off she quickly said they were out. The laziness here is pathetic. Hopefully they find better employees soon.

Went for one item and bought 4. Stocking going on but aisles were passable. Halloween decorations well stocked. Christmas is almost ready. Convenient shopping.

I love going to the Dollar Tree in general and go all of the time, but the ridiculously long wait in line without enough people at the registers / not going to the registers quickly enough when needed ruins everything. So, I've had to set my stuff down and leave several times over the years, because I was trying to stop and get a couple things real quick on my way to work. This is a reocurring problem at all Dollar Trees. Their public bathroom is DISGUSTING! As a store, I love their selections, and in particular the art supplies is amazing to me!😁😁😁 It's just that I don't always go when I really want to, because it's always a risk that I'll be standing in line FOREVER.😐😕

Nice store , clean and organized , however the staff is horrible . How can people work in retail and just look completely agitated to be there and completely agitated that customers are in the store . Customers pay your salary . In particular there is an elderly gentlemen who works in this store and i believe is a manager . Horrible at his job . Each time i come to his checkout lane he never greets me , never says have a great day and is always in a bad mood . Why move up in a company that you can't tolerate what the job requires of you . This is why so many things are transitioning to online order because of people like this individual in particular. Customers want good friendly service not your attitude and ignorance . Hopefully Dollar Tree's coporate looks into this matter as i will definitely be writing to the Dollar Tree corporate office on this matter . In conclusion... I will not be returning to this Dollar Tree.

This is my absolute favorite store to come to. They have some really great products that I believe work better than any name brand, high end products. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean.

Kendra thought it was more Important to finish her Cigarette..watches AND notices the line build up. Then choose to get carts ( plenty already ready in building) mind u theres now nine ppl waiting and line going down alse. She then moves baskets inside around. And then leans over register 3..and then fiddles wit register. But then its down to 4 ppl. And about 6-7mins goes by and watch 2 ppl leave line and store. 🤦 customer service is so backwards nowadays. Good job to the fellow working on register 2 for trying to keep up wit the demand. Never mind waiting till it gets a min to slow down then take a Cigarette break.

Is it because this is port huron and the expectations are lower? This place is terrible and the staff is worse. For a new building it seems to age at a rate of 1 week equals six months of age. It's getting very nasty and not take care of. I wonder what it's going to look like in 5 years. The worst part has to be the staff. I have been here at least a dozen times over the last 6 months. The staff is not helpful and it's almost like an inconvenience if you ask them anything even when there's no one else in the store. Tonight I ask for something and the cashier had yelled to somebody in the little office. They seem to almost bicker between a closed-door in front of us. I'm not sure the woman behind the office door but she clearly hates life. Each time I come here I chalk it up to maybe somebody's having a bad day but how many bad days can one store have?

Loved the store! 1st time there, nicely (well) lit. Very spacious inside, terrible parking. Extreme lack of space! Liked the cooler (singular). Trouble with Dollar Tree Corp. is their redundancy in all their cleaning products, soaps et al. This "mistake" leads to not all their stores have coolers. For a store this lg. 2 registers was very insuficiant. This visit they were slammed. Hence the 3 stars.

I love dollar stores period! Such a wide variety of merchandise! Seasonal items to cooking and cleaning supplies etc. I also like the fact they have a large selection of frozen and canned food.

Had my 1 year old son with me and the cash register stopped working. Had to pack up all of the stuff and move to another register. Instead of making me the next person in line I had to wait in line again for about 10 more minutes. Son was not happy sitting in the cart. I was double charged for several items, didn't notice until I got home and looked at what I got. I should of payed attention to her ringing it up but was attending to my annoyed son. One of the garden pots i got the lady cracked when putting in the bag. Do not go to this dollar store. It was the worst one I have been to.

Love this place, but I could easily spend 100 bucks every time I go in. Because everything is a dollar. Most the stuff they have would be double the price or more anywhere else you go.

This is a new and very clean and organized $tree. I do find it funny that they had to raise prices 25% to $1.25 instead of something like 5-10% to offset pricing increases.

This Dollar Tree was under staffed and the employee I spoke to was not familiar with the location or what was in stock. Needs better management and reliable employee's with knowledge of what they have in the store.
