Not sure where to begin.. I absolutely love this place! Every Sunday I get my Java chip Frappuccino while I do my laundry here. From hot coffee to iced coffee, they can make pretty much anything you ask. The owner is a very nice and friendly guy who loves to have conversations with the customers, I could sit for hours and chit chat. His dog whiskey is always there to greet everyone at the door and The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. They have puzzles, books, magazines, and a TV. Outside and inside seating. Not a very big selection of food,(muffins and stuff like that) however what they do have is great. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to get a coffee and a snack, do some laundry or just relax and get some work done on the FREE WiFi. They also offer showers. $12 gets you a towel, bar of soap, shampoo and a 10 minute shower. There is also a baby changing station in the bathroom.[9] - Regular size Dryers = $1.50[9] - Regular size Washers = $2.50[1] - Industrial Washer = $5.00[1] - Industrial Dryer = $2.25Kid-friendliness: Baby changing station in bathroom. Ramp for strollers. And kid friendly dog.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp on side of building for wheelchairs.

Our experience here was interesting. The lady who helped us was very kind and the drinks were fine, however I thought we had walked into someone’s house and not a coffee shop. There was clutter everywhere and the cooler where I’m assuming treats were at one point was packed full of papers and cans and things. I’m hoping this is just because its the off season but I unfortunately didn’t feel it was the most sanitary place to be serving food and drink.

Lovely place with a sweet dog that hangs around the coffee shop. His name is Whiskey and he is in the painting I took a picture of. I had a fresh apple crumb muffin with a protein caramel frappe that was delicious and unique. Nice place to sit down and hang out before a day of fun.

The coffee was incredible!! I got a blended vanilla cinnamon latte (highly recommend a blended drink). The staff was so kind and there’s a very friendly dog there!! I actually accidentally left my wallet and the owner even went back to help me find it after hours. Such a kind person!! Highly recommend if you’re in Port Austin:)

Good coffee selection, atmosphere relaxing and friendly, owner / manager great conversationalist , labradoodle greats you at the door then quietly lays at your feet. There is a small laundromat in the backroom, however sound from there is muffled and doesn't interfere with the coffee shop. Did not try the muffins, cake or cheesecake but looked delicious. Will definitely be back .

This place is just the best ! In a little vacation town, this shop covers it all- Great Coffee and snacks, a small (and clean!! ) laundromat , wi-fi, and TV. Spent an hour here and got all my e-mails done, did a load of laundry, had great coffee, and nice conversation with the owners and others. The perfect combination to fulfill those essentials in one place !!

I've been visiting Port Austin every summer for over twenty years, and this place is one of the best additions to the offerings there. The drinks are good and not too expensive, and the owner is just genuinely a nice person. Also nice to know that there's reliable WiFi in town if I need to get some work done in between relaxing, and also nice to know that if I ever needed to get some laundry done, that's covered, too! Love this place; I hope it sticks around for a long, long time.

The owner Dean was very friendly and serves up a great cappuccino. He is accompanied by his sweet labradoodle, whiskey. Whiskey kept my daughter busy as we waited for our wash. It's off season and slow, so I was able to get my loads in and out quickly. Machines worked great. They do have an extra large washer and dryer for big loads or bulky items. regular wash $2.50, $1.50 to dry. Bulk washer is $5, bulk dryer $2.50 (you can extend time by adding additional .25 if needed). Definitely will return for both laundry needs and my coffee fix!

Excellent Mocha Frappuccino!! Very friendly and outgoing staff. Also property is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend the business to anyone who drinks coffee and needs to do their laundry!! Wish I could give more stars!!!!

Acquiring a Cookies n Cream Cappuccino as well as a high quality tasting iced black coffee from Dean of the Bean and his canine companion Whiskey was an extremely pleasant experience! He was both very friendly and knowledgeable on the area; highly recommend, 10/10

I am from out of town and myself and my boyfriend happened upon this coffee shop. I got a cookies and cream frapp and it was one of the best I have ever had. You could taste the coffee and it gave me the caffiene I desired without all of the sugars I usually taste at chain coffee shops. Dean was super friendly and had so much knowledge about what you can do in Port Austin for fun. I will definitely be back and I would recommend to all of my friends and family who want to visit Port Austin.

The best coffee in the entire Thumb of Michigan, get 2 or 3 and put in your thermos if traveling. The laundromat is clean works great, restrooms are clean. Pet friendly 2 decks to share with your 4 legged friend. The baked goods are very good, scones my favorite.

I am new to Port Austin and was in town and walked into the Green Clean Bean to the most welcoming person ever (later found out he was the owner). I was happy there was a laundry facility closer than Caseville or Bad Axe where I've been going since moving here and told him so. The owner gave me his card and the hours and I am online making sure they are open since it is after Labor Day and I realize this area is seasonal and some businesses may not always be open all the time.I just happened to see this review which I copied and pasted here and feel compelled to comment on. This review is so typical of people who think the world evolves around only them. So it's okay to park anywhere one wants for their convenience and not be considerate of others? Wonder whose idea it was to park there in the first place. What this woman failed to mention was that it was raining and apparently hard since the owner's response indicated that he was getting soaked. I have 2 daughters and I would not have allowed my daughter to park as this mother did. Besides, I raised my girls to be respectful, considerate and thoughtful of others. It's unfortunate that some people cannot take ownership for their choices. To think that this one bad choice on the part of this writer would cause a family to not support a local business is a bit overboard ... don't you think? I wonder what the other "lots of people" this writer knows in Port Austin would do in this same situation. Maybe she could put herself in the other person's shoes ... I think the owner was tolerant with what he had to deal with. Kudos to him! Coming from a small town called Antioch outside of the Chicago area, I support local businesses. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment to be successful. Being an establishment dealing with customers is not always easy. As we know, there are those that can make a business-owner's day quite challenging as this day was. Be kind, considerate, courteous and thoughtful of others and support local businesses. It doesn't take much to do so; and others will notice and "pay it forward".Here's that review: "A man whom I assume is the owner of this shop just made sure that my family will never be back by treating us with utmost rudeness. Because there were no parking spots on the road and because I was waiting in the car while my daughter got a coffee and because there's no sign prohibiting it, I parked in the driveway while she ran in. The man pulled up behind me blocking me in and began unloading things from his car. He could see me sitting in my car so I thought it was odd but I figured he'd let me out when my daughter came out. Nope. My daughter VERY politely apologized for parking there and asked him to let us leave and he refused and kept unloading. I got out of the car and reminded him that I would gladly have moved if he had asked me and that now he had alienated us as customers. That didn't do it either. He just kept doing his business while we waited. It seems like a bad business model. I live in Port Austin and I know lots of people. Remember, at no time were we anything but polite. You must all decide for yourselves, but my family will never be back."
