Many thanks to cashier Ashanti for helping me today! She went above and beyond with customer service by assisting me with finding, loading a cart with qty. 19 of 30 lb. bags of landscaping rocks, and then proceeded to load them into the back of my truck. I was beyond impressed and appreciative! HD give this girl a raise! She was truly awesome!

Rented some equipment. Thought sweet honey do list getting smaller. But their equipment failed after 3 hours of operation. Called to see what they will do. Absolutely nothing. Ended up spending 350 on a van n sod cutter. But the kicker is they don't maintain their equipment. The hour timer is broken. ? Guy said he rented it 4xs that day. N said after 9hrs needs belts? If u know what it needs why not do it. Lazy. I'll never go here or any other home depot. Not the first time they fail

This has to be the dirtiest Home Depot that we have ever been at!! Not only was the picking stock of home trim very limited, but it was also very damaged, and the entire area was a complete mess. There is no organization, and the employee that we asked for help finding a certain type of base molding told us, "It would be somewhere in that isle." This is without a doubt the dirtiest Home Depot we have ever shopped at.

Nice workers, but I feel sometimes walking up to cash out your materials, I feel like I'm looked at if I'm stealing things. Maybe go back to cashing your custmers out that's what there getting paid for especially one worker in Pontiac.That really aggravates me I'm truly not that.

Requested assistance from an associate today in order to get a car key copy made. They sat with me for a few minutes, made a phone call or two, told me someone will be with me very shortly, and no one came for over 20 minutes... That's ridiculous so I ended up leaving.

Home Depot is what you expect a big box, home improvement store to be. Tools, they got em! Wood, they got it! Dirt, you bet! It's got everything but lacks the charm of a good old hardware store.

Personally, I love Lowe's over Home Depot, HOWEVER, if you're building something Home Depot is where I go, since the products seem to be straighter/more uniform!As for the finishing touches, hardware, appliances, decor, etc., then I go to Lowes!

I use the website and app to find products ahead of time and usually only go into the store if I know the product is available in store and I need it the same day.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The customer service lady (short, black nasty attitude having) was Unprofessional, rude as hell and didn't know how to do her job. People should be retrained at this store for customer service. We will never come back to that store!

This is the worst store and management, if there is no star I would give that. I ordered 21 doors and I was told the day of promised shipping that they will be delayed 1-month; and then I was given a new date for shipping and that date did not come through. They told me the shipment should arrive to my site first thing in the morning between 8-12 and no one showed up and I no one answers the phone. I wasted days waiting for this lousy service. The delay costed me a lot beside the pain and aggravation and when talking to management they are no help at all; they drop the calls left and right!. The worst I have ever seen and I will never order anything from home depot after this type of service. TERRIBLE!

Previous experience included for context. A few years back, we decided to get all new kitchen appliances. Went to this Home Depot and bought them. The day scheduled for delivery, 2 guys show up in a box truck with cardboard duct tapped over the signs on the doors and they bring in the stove and fridge. They refuse to take the old ones and won't plug them in or push them back against the walls. 3 weeks later, same guys show up with the dishwasher, same deal. Won't install it and won't take the old one. Our clothes dryer broke last weekend, we (my wife) decided to give HD another chance, I went in and spoke with an old high school friend who was working there. Ordered the dryer, scheduled delivery after stating my concerns from previous experiences. Today, I get a call 30 minutes before they are supposed to be there saying I had to move the old dryer out of their way. I said they were supposed to take the old one, they said that was "someone else who comes behind us" and said they would not be taking the old one. I asked about installation and after a 30 second pause, he stated yes, they would be installing it. They arrived 45 minutes later and same truck, same 2 guys, same cardboard. One guy comes in, looks at our 3-prong 220 line we had installed by an electrician 13 years ago when our gas dryer dies, and declares, "This is the wrong 3-prong 220 line. I can't install it. I can leave it here and YOU can install it if you want." I refused delivery and went to tell the manager at HD about it. I was told several times she was not available in-person, and then I called from eating lunch 3 times to be told she wasn't available. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND THEIR DELIVERY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes this Home Depot can be a little sketchy, just make sure you go during the day, or at least before it gets dark. I needed help with some simple plumbing issues and the gentleman that helped me was fantastic! I believe his name was Marvin? Very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional. Actually, most of the staff at this Home Depot are very nice and helpful.

Very clean and organized store and friendly staff. I was immediately offered help when I was standing still and browsing and I was left alone when walking. Absolutely perfect experience. Went in to buy some utility rope and I found quality utility rope, poly, at a great price for the footage. I was in and out quicker than planned.

The Pontiac Store is a pigsty. The material is becoming defective due to improper storage.The employees are almost impossible to find and when you do you have to wait until they finish their personal conversation with another employee or their cell phones.

The parking situation and the drivers at this particular Home Depot are atrocious. However, the staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. You need to watch your bumper, but you’ll be taken care of inside.

I walked in at early morning, the store was not busy at all. There is no reason the guy at the front did not greet me, but customer service is not number one for home Depot. I asked him if he could direct me, at least he then acknowledged me, and said he would radio someone to meet me in the aisle. A guy met me and I told him I saw a product online that I wanted, unfortunately the counts were wrong and they could not locate the item. I left empty handed and disappointed.

We were looking in Appliances for the VISSANI 7 CU. FT CONVERTIBLE UPRIGHT FREEZER. We met the best Home Depot employee JAMES ROGERS he went above & beyond to locate the appliance for us. We thought there weren't any available and we called three other stores and they had none. We were almost to our car in the parking lot and James Rogers came running out to us & said he found four APPLIANCES IN THE above in the storage area. He got someone to get the pallet down and put one on the cart for us. What great customer service plus! Give James Rogers a bonus! We'll be back again for future needs.
