I stopped here to pick up a few items. Not the best place in Pontiac to shop. But the lot was empty no loitering at the door. However there are guys walking around inside with cell phones buying nothing. The store itself has a lot of merchandise but it is dirty junky and no shopping carts. At this one you cannot remove the carts. This makes it a little risky if you have a lot of stuff to take out to your car as i did. I have a clown taking pictures so i took his. I definitely will not be back to this one ever again. Just plan weird!!!

Friendly and polite. I'd spoken in advance about a product that I had stocked up on and no longer needed. I was given good, accurate information and (that's a relief) completed my transaction with ease. Yep, got some chocolates.

Checking out is always painless and fast. Like cash back option Alot!! Place is always organized and freshly clean. Things are easily found with prices label to clearly see. I'm start to fall in love with all their locations.

Went to return a pair of pants because someone didn't take off security clip. The unknown cashier said they couldn't exchange so I paid for my new merchandise and then bought the pants. Now I have to come back? I practiced safe distancing. What happened to the consumer?

I just went to the store and spend over 100.00 dollars but the person works there is really rude and racist and give me a wrong name ask her a question and she walk away from me with zero respond I was so disappointed about it when that store as been my favorite to shop but after today I won’t going back and the funny think is the population around that area is Hispanic I don’t think you deserve a job with costumers if you going to be so rude, remember you work for someone else is not even your store. lady be kind that won’t cost you any money

Terrible! Always people begging, manager doesn't care when told. Boxes blocking the aisles, employees can't find anything to do though. Seriously!! Im not moving the boxes, I'll spend my money at a store that appreciates their customers.

I came in today and was followed down every aisle and then carded for cigarettes and I'm reaching almost 40. Definitely not returning here again.The store manager not owner left that review about being the best in town and blah blah blah. It's so obvious.

I don't care for the set up of this location. It does not invite me to shop longer than I planned or really to buy things I don't need. So, that is sort of beneficial. I feel closed off in this store. Everything is too close together.

This place has the best customer service in the entire city...under new management, and the sista is doing her thang, still understaffed and needs a crew but to feel great after shopping....ill walk around a few boxes.

New store is a lot smaller and has way less items than they did at their old location. Not really happy with that. But I'm happy that they are closer to where I live.

This Family Dollar needs better inventory control, and better restocking. The employees do seem to try really hard, but seems like a corporate failure (my opinion).

Staff do not wear masks, or have masks worn under their chin. No enforcement of customers being required to wear masks.

Store has down sized a lot. There's always a line at the registers. There's always boxes or carts in the isles so you can't get down them.
