We love perfect paws! Our dog has been to a few other groomers but this is by far her favorite! She walks out with a strut of confidence every time. The price is reasonable and they do a fantastic job. Also she always gets a cute festive bandana.

We are new customers to Perfect Paws, and so happy we recently found them. I have a small teacup Yorkie, that suffers with severe anxiety after being cut by a previous groomer. I’ve been looking for weeks to find a trustworthy establishment to take my baby to. When finally someone recommended Perfect Paws. Makayla was outgoing, and immediately started working on georgie when we arrived. She took such good care of him, and gave him an incredible cut! I couldn’t be happier! Perfect Paws is now the only groomers we recommend. And we will be sure to request makayla for all of our grooming appointments in the future!

Natasha did an absolutely fabulous job on my foster dog last minute. My Foster Avocado was going to a Meet & Greet for a Adoption event. This was the fosters 1st beauty appointment ever. Natasha was so patient, and kind with her. Spiff her up looking beautiful. I was so pleased. Definitely I will be returning.

They were quick but most importantly they handled my wild dog well. It was a walk-in for nail cutting and I will definitely go back. Only one thing I wasn't prepared for was they only take cash or check. I highly recommend them!!!

Our regular groomer at Peppermint Pet is out for a few weeks, so we decided to try Perfect Paws at the recommendation of a couple of friends. The front desk staff were friendly and we were able to get our Goldendoodle in two days later. Our doodle was pretty matted and needed a shave down. It took about 4 hours, and they charged $100 ($30 more than our usual place). He was so excited when I picked him up and I didn’t get a close look at him. Once we got home, upon closer inspection we noticed how completed lopsided his face was. One side of his mustache was noticeably longer than the other, and on the opposite side, his eyelashes were much longer. He had long tufts of hair all over, especially on his feet and legs. The top of his head can only be described as a “hack job.” The very nice girl at the front desk said, “I tried to get it as even as I could.” I’m not sure what her training is as a groomer, and perhaps I should have asked, but it definitely did not look like a professional job to me. I’m pretty sure I could have done a better job myself, and in fact I had to go back over him with some scissors to try to even it out as best I could. Overall, we were not pleased, especially considering the higher price, and will not go back.

During these crazy coronavirus times, I ended up moving and my apartments a/c unit wasn't working. With it being 90F or above in my apartment my poor long haired Norwegian forest cat was very uncomfortable. I was able to get in right away, the same day I called! I had called over 15 grooming salons before calling Perfect Paws Pet Salon, they were truly a life saver for my cats comfort. Gabe took extra care of my Cat Morocco, it was his first ever haircut and I left the salon knowing he'd be just fine. The service was very friendly, professional and caring, I'd recommend going here for your pets grooming needs. It's totally worth it! I couldn't be happier with how perfect Morocco's haircut turned out and Morocco couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!-Alexandra

We are so happy with Perfect Paws. We've been taking our dog there for about a year. Every employee we have dealt with has been so incredibly nice and accommodating. The manager got us in last minute even though they were booked up. Our dog looks great every time, we have never been unhappy with the service. Would definitely recommend them!

We had our dogs groomed here today and I was not pleased with the experience. We called to get a quote which was $125 for both of our dogs. This was quite high for what we usually pay, but we were tight with scheduling and made an appointment. When the dogs were brought in, we were told it would be $160, which is double what I’ve paid in the past for our dogs to be groomed (we have a border collie mix and a golden...the border collie mix is around 20 pounds). We ended up paying $150 after talking with them about our quote, which they did not recall. They were polite, but my border collie’s cut looks very off. There are chunks of hair longer in places, and the cut is not flattering to her at all. I expected much better results, especially considering the high price. We unfortunately won’t be going back.

Had a 10 o’clock scheduled appointment on 4/20/19. They acted like I didn’t have an appointment. They stated that it would take five hours. I let them know what kind of dog I had and what grooming I wanted done when I initially scheduled. They knew nothing about that when I got there. They should really tell people on the phone that an appointment time is actually a time frame of five hours. They appear to not have their act together and it’s clear that an appointment time is absolutely meaningless. They made no attempt to accommodate and I found the receptionist to be rude. Never again!

Terrible salon. Made an appointment and ended up walking out because the receptionist was so rude and couldn’t explain why it would take 5 hours to groom my small dog. We made an appointment for 10 am. When we got in she didn’t ask us if we had one and said we wouldn’t be able to pick my dog up until 3 pm. When we pressed for an explanation, instead of giving one she got an attitude and basically left us in the waiting room. I decided not to leave my animal with someone who can’t even explain how they’re going to be caring for her, and as we were walking out the receptionist made snide remarks. Complete waste of time.

We have been taking our cat to Perfect Paws every six months for close to 10 years and have had a consistently great experience with the way he's bathed and his fur trimmed during shedding seasons with knots and dander. We have been told time after time how well-behaved he is. Two trips ago, he came back with cuts on the pads of his paws. One trip ago, we brought the cuts to their attention and asked for caution, which was met with dismissive remarks and an annoyed demeanor. The most recent time we took him in, he came back with twice the amount of cuts on his paws and along his forearms. We were told they did the best they could as he was one of the most difficult to work with that day. Our cat gets cut several times, on two different occasions, and for a "random" reason or because it wasn't his "best day" he was difficult to work with. We will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Best shop ever!! Dont listen to the bad reviews. We were blown away by the outstanding haircut. Gabe is super talented and we are forever coming to see him with our fur babies. The rest of the staff are super friendly and you can tell they love animals.

They conned me out of $50 ($25 per dog) by claiming that both dogs had fleas and required a flea dip. Since both dogs take medication to prevent fleas and ticks, I knew they were lying. The dogs are also brushed and combed regularly and they’ve never had a single flea. I’m very disappointed in this crooked practice.
