Yesterday I found lots of what I call treasures for next year. Very good deals on out of season stuff. I found school supplies, children's lunchboxes, neck fans, and tons of other things in their clearance isle.I purchased school supplies, and lunchboxes to donate next year and help my family as well so we are able to save some money especially if you have a big family. I just put items in a box and mark what it is then store for next year.

This store had a nice selection of items. I certainly enjoyed how the sweater I purchased today was the same price in the men's section as it was in the women's. At my home Walmart the same sweaters I had been looking at were higher priced for the men's. Even though there didn't seem to be a noticable difference. However, I spent around 15-20 minutes in the jewelry department waiting on an attendant to get me an item from the case. We rang the bell 3 times and eventually had to go find an attendant who called another person. Felt like my son and I were being followed by secret shoppers or theft prevention. He kept saying Mom wasn't that person over there where we were, like 3 or 4 separate times. I get it you don't want people stealing but for cripes sake make better judgement calls. That's why they have 3 instead of 4 stars, well the following thing, and to wait that long for someone to come to jewelry. Including a picture of my new activity tracking ironman watch I found while waiting on someone to come to the jewelry department.

They never have enough isles open. I'm handicapped and it is difficult for me to be doing my shopping on one end of the store and then there are no isles open on that side of the store so I have to walk to the other end just to check out. I never take the handicap carts because every time I have they've died because they are never fully charged, and it's not worth the trouble. Not only that but a lot of the time they have people parked in handicap that aren't even handicapped

3 days ago I purchased 3 pairs of wrangler jeans, all 3 being different kinds of wranglers, at my local Walmart in Plainwell, Michigan. I got 1 size 32 and 2 size 34s. Generally I wear size 32 but I've packed on a little weight this year. As they didn't have the size 32 ones in 34s I tried them on and they were a little tight but figured I'd manage. Assuming since they were able to button, the size 34 ones would fit no problem. Well that wasn't the case as one of the size 34s did not fit me. I brought them up there without my receipt as I lost it and they won't even let me exchange them for a size up. If it were a return, this would be understandable but this is ridiculous as I spend over $200 weekly in your store sometimes up to $500. If this isn't made right, I will no longer be shopping with you guys as customer satisfaction should always be #1 priority for you guys. Meijer here would have 0 issue doing this for me. As of today I've been to 2 different stores who told me this and the second one told me I could do it at a third store which is way out of my way and not worth the drive

Easily the nicest Walmart I have ever been in. Clean, well stocked, and nicely organized. Much different than the usual chaotic free-for-all feeling of bigger city Walmarts. Heck it even smells good.

Associate Manager Rose is on a power trip & Store Manager Andrew is lazy. Refused to help with a return. Rose said she wouldn’t care if we never shopped Walmart again. Stated she would fire her employee if he handled our return and said she had just last week for a similar issue.Andrew clung to “store policies” instead of making a customer happy.

Absolutely terrible customer service! My family and I went here to return bottles and we were denied the money we were supposed to get. The manager was called and was even more rude than the other people working in service. Terribly rude even towards kids. Never giving Walmart another dime of my money!

What happened to customers' service? We shop there today. Had a shopping cart full of food close to 250. Two cashiers are working, and one is 20 items or less.No help for the cashiers had to go and get a second cart for her to put the bags in. Sorry, but when we shop at other stores, they have a bagger for the cashiers and most stores. The bagger brings the cart out for you.Walmart, you have a greeter that should go and help up your cashiers.I don't mind using self check out. I scan every other item. I figured that what I am owed for checking out myself. If you want me to use selfcheck out, I want to be paid.Don't be so cheep your a multi-million dollar corporation

I had a pickup order here between 7am -8am, the workers just got there and said it was going to be delayed so I took returnable cans in while I was waiting and the can deposit area didn't open til 8, so I left my 5 twelve pack of coke cans where the employee said to then continued in to purchase cat litter and they only had large container of so I carried it all the way back to the self checkout and then seen all my cans were gone, asked a female employee that was 75feet from them she said another employee took them so I thought she was contacting them she was on her phone finally I asked her if I needed to call someone then went and got him. He gave me my cans back. Poor customer service, slow, nobody seems to know what is going on or care for that matter. Although they have a wide selection I do not go there unless I absolutely have to

Never disappointed with the entertainment when visiting a Walmart. They do have the best prices for groceries and I actually had the opportunity to use a cashier. She was very nice.

This place kind of has an element of low class people. But it's hard to beat Walmart's prices! On a better note they do have an excellent new line of tools as well as hand tools called heart. It's more affordable than the stuff at home Depot but everything heart makes is excellent quality especially for the money . And they have an excellent paint in color selection.

I went to get Iams cat food and Iams dog food. I can always find the sizes and varieties that we use. The store is clean, the prices are good and the associates are always friendly and helpful when needed. There are 3 walmarts that are within 15/20 miles of my home. The Plainwell store is my favorite.

There should be more staff and the staff they have need to smile more. Walmart always has what I need that I can't find elsewhere. I tried the order and pickup grocery shopping for Christmas dinner and it made shopping for the holiday meal so much easier and convenient to have it delivered to our vehicle! !

I'm giving 5 stars for the staff. The store is okay, nothing different from any other Wally World. Not complaining about the stock or cleanliness or anything, just nothing special about it except for the staff, who are always friendly and helpful.

As an ex employee it’s pathetic how they treat the workers there let alone the fact that the store manager can’t keep employees so they’re extremely understaffed not to mention you have a 60 year old woman as a coach who’s hopped up on who knows what screaming and berating teens who have just gotten their first job all things considered 9th street in Kalamazoo makes this place look terrible and that’s rather saying something not to forget the front end management who treat the workers bad which due to customers seeing this seem to feel as though it’s simply fine to treat the cashiers and associates the exact same it’s truly pitiful how much of a power trip the management feels as though they have considering they’re working at a retail store

They need to work on stocking. The past several months they have really been slacking. And rotating products a lot of times there are expired products that they just haven't bothered to pull if you don't check the dates you will end up with things like moldy bread. Great store, nice people. Just need some improvements

I was upset with auto care. I have tried for the past 2 weeks to get an oil change. Someone told me last week that I need to make an appointment so I did. When I got there to drop my car for service I asked that they take a look at a tire. They told me they did not have time to do that and that I would need another appointment. I got my receipt and it said that I declined a bunch of services. I did not. I want full service. I depend on the people servicing my car to let me know what I need. One last tidbit..the receipt I got said that all 4 of my tires were perfect with a 35 psi essentially telling me they checked them. I know that is not the case, because I asked them to check them for a reason. I guess it is not worth being a walmart plus client or saving 15$ on my oil change.

Went in to pick up a prescription which was ready of course. Picked up some Omeprazole, a brace for my sore wrist, and their cheapest non clumping clay litter for some oil spilled on the garage floor. A successful visit!

I got tires for my daughter I am 19 hours away and they would not go out of there way to get one of here tires done. I bought 4 to have new tires put on and they said one is to tight I just had that same tire off 2 months ago to have a hole fixed because she got some roofing nails in it. Now they are saying they can’t get it off. I do not recommend them for there service they are trash

The ladies who where working self checkout tonight were very rude, I am 21 and they kept denying me because my sister is deaf and they kept asking for her ID and they didn't give me enough time to translate it to her so they had people walk us out to the car and made my sister cry!

It's great that they are expanding their selection of products, but their change of entrance makes unloading and loading of handicapped passengers VERY inconvenient!

Chose a shirt and shorts outfit from a clearance rack for my granddaughter. When we got to the register, the outfit rang up at the original price, not the clearance price. I questioned the cashier about it. Her response was that it didn't have a clearance sticker on it and someone must have put it there. I tried explaining that there were about five or six outfits like the one I had hanging on the clearance rack. She goes and gets someone else. I'm guessing it was the person in charge of the cashiers. This woman was clearly not interested in doing her job. She told me that it was not a clearance item since it didn't have a sticker. I attempted to explain to her the same thing I tried to explain to the cashier. This item was not the only one of it's kind on the clearance rack. She told me she didn't care about that. The only thing she was concerned about was the fact that it didn't have a clearance sticker on it, therefore it wasn't on clearance. I told her she better have someone go take the other outfits like the one I had off the clearance rack. No response at all!! She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The cashier cleared the item from the register without asking me if I still wanted it and threw it over to another register. I told her I still wanted the outfit. I said I didn't agree with the price, but the outfit was cute and I wanted it. I normally use the self checkout when I shop at Walmart, but my husband insisted that we go through a cashier since we had more items than normal and too much for self checkout. This experience right here is exactly the reason I don't like going through a cashier. The upside of the shopping experience? There wasn't a greeter around to accost us to see our receipt as if we were stealing things.
