Doesn't carry all the items I need! Also...I liked it much better when it carried clothing. Now it hardly has any clothing and when it does..it is much to expencive!! But overall a nice clean store!

10 stars to the ladies who baked my cake for my Dad's birthday. The online system put me down for wrong date and pick up time. These ladies were able to get the 1/2 sheet cake I ordered in 20 minutes. The Bavarian cream filling was so good and the whipped topping wasn't too sweet. This cake was delicious and I'll definitely order more again soon, just not online. 😘 thanks again

This Meijer Pharmacy seems suspiciously unable to stock birth control products. I'm not accusing anyone of anything. However; based on my experience here and trust me - I've tried to be as understanding as possible. There is something going on at this location. Just so you understand: I'm not of child bearing age (those days have come and gone). I do however; need some product to help regulate my system. I'm stating here and outloud that this pharmacy is intentionally preventing my medication from being dispensed and it has everything to do with it being birth control related (again not using it for birth control that's not something I need).

Very disappointing not having a Butcher at Meijer any longer, or even someone tending to the meat area. It was like pulling teeth to try to find someone to assist me in the meat department. I finally just left. I'll take my $400 grocery budget for the week elsewhere. Meijer rarely has much of anything on sale these day's. I'll go to my other stores, and 1 that still employs Butcher's & takes care of their customers!!

When I look for a specific item on your website and it says in stock in the very specific isle I expect it to be there. Sparkling grape juice was not in B8 section 17 instead a bunch of random drinks. There is no sparkling grape juice anywhere in that isle and boxes were everywhere.

I was very surprised while I was waiting for my groceries to be brought out at the curb pickup. Out came five people, one dressed in a Christmas outfit. All wishing me a very Merry Christmas and presenting me with two gift cards for Meijer groceries, totaling $250.00. Needless to say, I was so overwhelmed and surprised. Truly made my day the day before Christmas.Thanks to all.Bob Grinnell

Big thank you to Jessica R. On night shift. Around 11:00 pm Tuesday night 1/2/23. She went above and beyond to help me try to find what I was looking for.I was trying to figure the right way to flush the cooling system in my Toyota Tacoma. and Jessica went above and beyond to help me. From trying to locate the distilled water to calling her brother to ask the proper procedure for the flush. Then I told about a concern of not having enough of a certain product at night when I am able to get there. She contacted the right people and got more ordered...This customer service is so refreshing with the baseline service typical of today.So thank you so much again Jessica for leaving your busy job to help me out every way possible. I really appreciated that.I will be a life long meijer shopper for sure .You deserve a raise a promotion and some pto.. 😀

I hate this place. Everyone seems miserable, they never have what I need and I don't think they have cleaned it since Jesus was a baby. They do have fabulously fast bottle returns and my supremely awesome great niece are the only saving graces this place has to offer

I waited in the car. I do not shop at Meijer. Some years ago, I slipped on some grapes and fell. The cart even landed on me. I had a witness, and it happened right under a security camera. The store employees were kind. However, corporate loss prevention was rude and dismissive. I paid for my own health care for this incident. I don't believe that Fred Meijer would have approved of this treatment of a customer.

Meijer has betrayed me. As a single person on a limited budget it is extremely frustrating to see sales that require 2, 4, or even as much as 7 purchases of the same item BEFORE getting the sale price. I don’t need 4 boxes of cereal. I need one. I don’t want 4 blocks of cheese, I want one.Inflation: we CANNOT AFFORD ITThe “reward” for buying in these bulks is a sale price that is NOT worth it. Saving .40$ when I have to buy in multiples of two is not a sale a single person can utilizeSo now I wander around the store looking for items that are on sale that don’t have a big black block on the sale sticker, and I end up shopping at Walmart, Harding’s, ALDIs, Family Dollar, and Dollar General just to find a decent sale.Meijer has lost TONS of money from me because of these “black bar sales”.Once a community company, I now see it as extremely corporate, greedy, and taking advantage of us.

Great quality fresh produce in town, special made bakery items, hot deli food daily. Overall decent selections for a reasonable price. Also, have items available in the world food aisle. Bakery makes cakes specially ordered. Great card selection and has a nice flower section.

The store looks nice after the remodel, but the customer service at the checkout lanes remains extremely poor. I had to bag my own groceries Sunday morning (again) as there was no bagger, and the cashier was visibly irritated that I wasn't moving fast enough. Told me my total several times while I was bagging.Really? If I have to bag my own groceries, I could care less about your throughput rate.The checkout experience took a big tumble when the new checkout lanes were installed. If you can't hire enough people to bag groceries, why are you installing checkout lanes that require it? Really poor choice at the corporate level. I was hoping they'd remove these checkout lanes during the remodel, but no...they just installed more self scan lanes.

Its begining to look like Walmart as far as the one check out lane. Along with a long wait for a few items, the salads were gross, the cheese was soggy and lettuce brown. Someone is not checking. Slightly higher prices, so I go for the service and time it saves. I'll try the big top local mom and pop when I can. I refuse self check outs as it takes jobs from people who need it.

They have recently undergone a remodel and have set the store up differently. Not necessarily the best layout but it does help keep dry boxed goods seperate from everything that needs frozen or refrigerated.Did make it a little more confusing to navigate but does have the isles a little less crowded.The fruit and veggies section is better however than the rest of store and looks clean and organized. Overall not a bad way to redo the store but not the best.

I've been there several times. Ordered the same thing. 1st time really good, second time good. Third time horrible. Was sad, maybe new cook. The wait staff always ask. How is it? I nicely told them it had no flavor. They don't hardly speak English and I was told, I'm only a waitress. Ok thanks. Took the rest home thinking my son would eat it. NOPE, He said it was gross. I guess it was a bad cook day.

I had a bad experience this time but I don't want to rate it on this visit only to be fair. I had a gift card a Meijer gift card and I couldn't get it accepted. I had to go and sent to customer service to check out. This took a while and was getting upset. I had hot and cold food that I could have replaced I just didn't want to waste more time and have the food be wasted. I had the same problem with the card at the gas station. I was trying to spend it all so I would have to go through it again instead I have the card with 7$ and some change left and was warned I would still have the issue when using the card. I usually have a good experience with Meijer and I wish they had more lanes open with people at cashier lanes. I don't remember the price going down and I would like to have it done I get out of work and have to do it myself is work to me. I like customer service not having to go to the customer service for checking out and waiting in line. Sorry I really wish my visit was better.

I shop Meijer, because my wife likes their vegetables. After Meijer's charged my bank account $99.81 (11 times) and their Corporate office could care less that they overdrew my account, left us no money for four days (leaving me unable to get my wife her medications, food, cars needing fuel, etc.), I absolutely hate spending my money with the crooks!!! Never, in my 61 years, has a store been so uncaring about a serious issue. However, when you're worth Billions... little people like me don't matter to these people!!!

Love Meijer and MPerks, however the Meijer Plainwell occasionally seems to still be suffering from stock shortages.Always have the option of Kalamazoo stores but they're out of the way here in Plainwell

This was the worst shopping experience I have had in Meijer. Can we say rude with no customer service skills for cashiers and associates who work in departments? The only positive thing was Laura K in self check out. I watched 3 shoppers in the store slip items in her purse and in their pockets, and yet I was watched at the check out. Couldn't give a zero so 1 star it is. 😠
