I got here 15 minutes early and this girl has the store locked and closed.... bad for business I know corporate won't like the fact they did that .. very rude shouldn't work there if you don't like the hours cause 9 pm when you are supposed to close ot 8:45 and then to walk away like you don't see you have people wanting to shop I'd hate to see the attitude that comes with that manager bet it's great.

Very easy place to shop for so many things. I usually end up getting more than I have came for because of price and selection. So many crafts and potential possibilities are endless. Great selection on perty decorations and also cards for any occasion. They really do fit a lot inside the stores and should drop by for yourself to get the idea yourself.

Clean, well stocked and the people who helped me were polite and knowledgeable! A wonderful place to shop! I would recommend that store to anyone!Well worth the time to go there.I plan to visit it, over and over again. A great experience.

Very poor service. My daughter bought a pair of headphones. We walked out to the car. She opened them up and they didn’t work. She went back in to see if you could just exchange for another pair. They told her no because we didn't get a receipt when we paid. She didn’t expect them to last long, but they should have at least worked for a few days.

Normally I love shopping here... but in the past 3 weeks I have shown up to locked doors 2. I understand that they are short staffed and sometimes that happens. But when your hand made sign states that due to staffing you will be closing at 5pm actually lock your doors at 5 pm. Not 450 or 455.

Stopped in to stock up on necessities for my new apartment... was able to locate everything on my list and save about 70% off what retailers would normally charge for the same items. For a Dollar Tree, this one is well stocked, organized and clean! Staff were friendly and the location is ideal for me.

Very disappointed that they are not staying a dollar store. They have put in a lot of $5 items, etc. More like a Dollar General now, and we sure don't need more of those...

I absolutely love this place. So many choices in all departments. The employees are also so nice an cheerful an willing to help. Its always nice to deal with a smiling soul , because we cant see faces. Great place to shop an save money.

The store in Plainwell always locks their doors early, usually 2:00p&4:00p. I love Dollar tree but the employees at this location have NO work ethic. Period.

Awesome, clean store,no long lines, and very courteous cashiers. I found a lot of different things you don't usually find in the store. Great selection. YOU have to check out their Fall dishes. They are gorgeous.👍💜.

I never had a problem with Dollar Tree before the COVID19 crisis other than their merchandise is cheaply made and very poorly put together. After the crisis they refused to let anyone in that wasn't wearing a mask even though it was against their corporate policy. However, the crisis did give me perspective that only solidified my determination to never buy from this business again. #burnyourmask

Good things to buy here that are inevitably cheap. The cashiers were very nice the last time I went. It's not a really nice store, but that's not what you'd expect anyway. It's what I would want a Dollar Tree to be.

Bought a box of Mikes and Ike’s and opened it up and the bag fell out the box. And there was the use by date. O5/2017. That’s it for me, no more dollar stores!

Store was a mess, looked like a tornado went through it. Not sure why stuff was all over the floor. Maybe bratty kid's went through and made the mess? Anyway didn't find what I needed.

Great place to buy items when money is tight. My favorite items from here are the balloons, school supplies, and cleaning items. Their bathroom is nice and tidy too.
